I had my car brought to Catonsville for repairs to learn they were beyond my ability to pay. I was offered the choice to sell my car to the dealership and provided a quote. Working with the service team was efficient and easy, everything after was not.It took 3 weeks to get ahold of the sales team, after leaving over a dozen messages and leaving my name and number with employees.After finally getting ahold of a sales member (through the chat function, they never returned my messages) I was told the quote I was given wouldn’t be honored and in fact I owe them a fee, so we could call it even and I could sign my car over to them for $0. My car had new tires, new registration, and I had to pay an additional month of insurance while trying to get in touch with them. When trying to advocate for myself I was told to “take a deep breath and calm down, this crossed the line.I choose to take my car elsewhere. When it was being picked up I found the inside of the car to have trash left behind, and parts of the interior insulation had been removed and not replaced.I would not recommend anyone go to Mercedes Benz of Catonsville outside of working with the service team, I found the sales and administration to be disrespectful, inconsiderate, and belittling.UPDATE: My car sold for over $1800 at auction, proving I was being lied to when they told me it was worth nothing. Tiger and the team at Mercedes Benz were trying to take advantage of me.

What started off as a wonderful experience quickly declined. An abhorrent representation of the MB brand. Lacking customer service, accountability and basic communication. Showed up several times after booking service appointments only to be told there are no loaners, was sold a “new” car that had catastrophic engine trouble 7 months later only to be completely ignored by the general manager and sales manager when I needed assistance with what to do with the vehicle. I took my business and referrals to Owings Mills and won’t ever look back.

Kane attended to us, he was really good and was very patient with us, he made the whole process easy and he was polite and friendly but also professional.We a got a Mercedes Benz that we love, the only thing we werent happy about was the warranty on the car was only for 1year which is really short so you have to pay for extra years of on the car,thats the reason I gave four stars instead of five.But above all it was a pleasant experience especially working with Kane.if i want to get another vehicle, I will definitely go through Kane again.

Greatly disappointed with the management and staff of MB Catonsville.I purchased a van from the dealership. I paid for the vehicle in full. The finance employee set up a separate loan for me - even after I pointed out that I was paying for the vehicle in full. After multiple times pointing out the error she reassured me that the loan she created would not be used. Maybe you can guess where this is going. She set up an auto loan for the vehicle and put a lien on the vehicle (I paid for the vehicle in full). After a few months of not getting my title - they finally sent me my vehicles paperwork - and no surprise there was a lien on the vehicle. I have communicated with the the dealership over and over - and they can’t seem to fix the issue. So I have a vehicle that I paid in full for and the title is with a bank that won’t communicate with me. I can’t resell the vehicle - They refuse to fix the issue. The manager doesn’t return phone calls or emails. Do not expect to get Mercedes quality service from these guys.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SUPER SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!!!

I had my smart car brought in for a check engine light that was just malfunctioning and to get them to just look at the check engine light cost me $175, of which this price was not disclosed to me until the day I came to pick up my car. I scheduled an appointment for this visit and still had to wait a full day to get my car looked at. Upon attempting to file a complaint with the service department, I was never reached out to. This is my second time dealing with this particular dealerships service department and both times I have had nothing but a bad experience with everyone involved. Would not recommend going here if you want to avoid hidden fees and obnoxiously long wait times.

Worst place to go and get the service. Not even worth to get one star, in fact it should be NEGATIVE TEN.I feel terrible why I bought my car from this dealer with extra warranty!!!The service Dept has no shame at all and totally waste customer’s time and money!No place like this!Before I go, one manager said tires are still under the warranty and bring into the dealer for free replacement. However, when I get there, the other manager said completely different stories and nothing is covered!Full of irresponsibility and no customer service at all, this dealer even asked me to call to see if the tire company covers the tire warranty although the dealer was the one who already chose the tires to any brand new car.Seriously service manager doesn’t know why and what my car is for at first.

My wife and I bought a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 at Mercedes- Benz of Catonsville in May 2021. Like many customers, we were a little nervous about the car-buying process, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience, mostly because of Tiger Robinson, an excellent sales consultant there.Mr. Robinson is very friendly, professional, helpful and capable. He is highly knowledgeable about the automobiles performance, and he patiently explained the various features of the car to us. He knows the customers needs, and left plenty of time for us to ask questions and make our decisions. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed in the whole buying process.Our after- sale experience with Mr. Robinson was just as pleasant. Two months after we bought our M-B GLC 300, we still had questions about how to use some advanced features of the car, so we went back to him. Mr. Robinson spent almost 30 minutes answering our questions and showing us how to use those features, to our complete satisfaction.Mr. Robinson is by far the best car sales person we have encountered in the last 35 years. I take great pleasure in recommending him.

Extremely disappointed. I have been taking my wifes and my vehicle to this location for over a year and have been getting constant professionalism and flawless service from Gordon. However, I decided to schedule a service on Saturday with any adviser available and Yousef was appointed to me; that was my worst mistake. Starting off, I was given a call (which I missed) shortly after my vehicle had arrived to this location (via Valet pick-up @ 0930) so I called back and Johnathan stated that the call was probably only to let me know my vehicle had arrived. However, later I found out the call was to ask me about what repairs needed to be done to this vehicle (this could have been avoided if a voicemail/text was left regarding this as I have done many times with Gordon). Fast forwarding to 1630 hours, I noticed there were no updates to my vehicles order online, so I called multiple times but no answer. Then I keep going with my day thinking it is still in the works and they are simply busy, so I miss another call, again no voicemail. So I called back again multiple time with no answer (receptionist Debbie can confirm this) to the point that I decided to ask my wife to take me straight to the dealer to find out what is going on and just stop all repairs and get my vehicle. I suddenly find out that the Service Department was already closed, no repairs were done ,and that my vehicle was unable to be given to me until Monday, so I ask for a loaner vehicle since I need to go to work on Monday, but informed i was not possible, so I had to come to work today asking my wife to drop me off and pick me up and still waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and dropped off at home. In conclusion, my vehicle was held at the shop WITHOUT my authorization/consent, no repairs were done during the weekend, no loaner was offered after the fact, and to top it all off, in Yousefs attempt to remidiate this situation, I was still being thrown multiple service recommendations to be done (worth $2100) which I find very odd, since none of this recommendations were given to me 6 months ago at my last spark plugs service (which by the way was not even updated on the system and I was still being recommended to replace my spark plugs) at this point with these many RED FLAGS, I have lost all trust and confidence in this dealer and their technicians. Again, the only reason why I trusted this dealer in the first place was because of Gordons service and work ethic but now that trust and integrity has been shattered by the rest of the team and unfortunately will rather take our business elsewhere.***Note how the Owner only gives feedback to positive reviews and ignores the rest, that alone should tell you a lot about their professionalism and work ethic.***

There’s aaalways an issue in this dealership. Ever since we bought from them, we had to be sealing with lost documents, people who don’t get back to you on time, basically chasing them to do their work.Now that we deal with service maintenance, there’s clearly no communication between the employees, we wait for hours and we don’t get our loaner car, no one asks you if you’ve been taken care of, I have to be chasing them in order to have things done.Too bad it’s the closest dealership to me, but I’ll definitely make a drive next time.Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I received a letter about potentially trading in my car for an upgrade. Tiger Robinson was randomly appointed to me and I am so grateful he was! I had some questions and reservations about it and wanted to know if this was a right fit for me. I was not looking to buy a car on this day. A car buying experience is so amazing said No one ever! However, the experience I had with Tiger changed my perspective on buying/trading cars.Not only was he able to find a car that was right for me and my budget, he was straight up and realistic with how much time it would take and what to expect going forward. Ricky in finance was also a straight shooter which I appreciate and got me in and out.This was was seriously the easiest car transaction I ever experienced. Took my car there for an insurance claim. They were only suppose to do a 3 hour diagnostic and 3 hours turned into over 2 weeks. After getting my car back I told them my tint on one window was torn and the trunk piece above the plate was broken. The piece above the truck was recently replaced (proof was given) before taking the car to the dealership. The manger of service Patrick told me there was video of the car arriving with the problems but when I went to see the video it mysteriously could not be played. I was repeatedly lied to and they refused to fix what they broke. I will never use this ghetto location again or refer anyone.

WORST Customer experience ever. They should not even call themselves a Mercedes Benz dealership, seeing that they do not live up to the excellent customer service I have experienced from other Mercedes dealerships. I had an appointment for Saturday, went to drop off my vehicle and was told I needed to wait an additional 20 or more minutes before I could leave because they needed to know why I was dropping off my car ( mind you I had already provided this information to the customer service representative when I made the appointment). My appointment was for 11 am and I was there at 8am, because I had another appointment somewhere else. I told them I would come back at my appointment time because I could not wait and didnt understand why the tech could not just call me to get the same information I had already provided over the phone. As I was driving out of the parking lot the service tech started yelling at me to stop.I thought something was wrong. He begins to say I have the wrong keys. Now anybody who is familiar with Mercedes should know that the key fob is specific to each car. There is no way I would be able to drive my car with the wrong keys. He proceeds to tell me he has my keys and tells me to take my keys out the ingnition. I tell him these are my keys or I would not have been able to turn on my car and drive. Just to prove to him I am right I take the keys out and proceed to turn my car on again for the tech to see in fact I do have the correct keys. He then says, sorry, they had these labeled as your keys.That late afternoon I receive a text stating they need to keep my car until Monday because the tech didnt have a chance to get to it on Saturday. No, problem, I saw they were very busy on Saturday. Today is Thursday, and another tech called and asked what I needed done to my car because the previous tech did not work on my car but also did not even care to pass on information to have another tech do it. So they had my car for 5 days and nothing was done to it. I had my other Mercedes schedule for this weekend, but I will be taking my business else where.*I have posted an update review based on my good experience with the service manager Robert.

Brian and the entire team were acomidating, courteous, patient and very non-salesman. I didnt feel the usual pressure I do at a dealership. The atmosphere and vibe was really friendly and more focused on my preference and questions as opposed to just rushing me into a sale. I was able to take my time and review multiple vehicles and they stayed 90 min past closing just to get me all set up properly with my brand new SUV. I would definitely recommend this location.

The person I was assigned in the service department informed me that my service would be done the same day but if I decided to have the car detailed I would have to leave it overnight. I was fine with that since it only had to be detailed the following morning. I called that morning to find out what time I could pick my vehicle up. I was told my service rep Stan would call me right back. After waiting and waiting I called again this time speaking directly to Stan. He also said he would call me right back. After waiting around again which seemed like a long time just to give me a time when I could pick up my vehicle, since according to Stan only the detailing needed to be done I called for a 3rd time. This time I was informed that they were working on the service that I was told would be done the day before. After finally picking up my vehicle I was informed that they didn’t have the part needed to do the complete service and they didn’t even have the detailing done! I was not going to let them waste anymore of my time so I took my vehicle and left. If I have to endure this poor service again I definitely won’t be back.

I was referred directly to Deontae. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didnt try to pressure me into something I didnt want. He asked me point blank- which I really appreciate as a businesswoman- what it would take for me to purchase the car I wanted that day. I shared with him the two things I needed from the deal and he came back to me 45 minutes later and made it happen. This is how business should be done. The appointment was honored and prompt, he gave me real numbers and was efficient- as was the entire team. I sat with Liz for my financing and she was transparent and pleasant to work with. She had answers to all of my contractual questions and when necessary, have me the name of the person with whom I needed to speak directly to get an answer to my service questions.I almost didnt take this appointment because of all the horrendous reviews online. Please, give them a chance. This experience, to me, certainly spoke and rose to the standard of care one would expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand. My wheel was damaged while my vehicle was there for tire replacement. I was told the video would be reviewed, my calls were not returned until days later just to tell Me to contact the tow truck driver. I was TOLD the video would be reviewed and it wasnt. I used Mercedes Roadside Assistance, paid for my services then they dont want to fess up to the damage nor speak to me. My car didnt get washed and they tried to send me off with all four of my old tires stacked up in the car. I expected more from Jackie, her manager and Mercedes.

Where should I begin? A rude service rep, or the techs not being able to fix an issue?I brought in my car to fix auxiliary battery malfunction light. The first service rep was very courteous and caring. Got the service A done while at it. When The rep said the auxiliary battery needed to be replaced, and the issue is gone. The moment I picked up my car, the darn message came back again. I booked another appointment, and this was where my experience quickly turned south.I believe I dealt with Jacquline; the moment she found out that I was there to address the issue that came back, she wasnt nice. Literally everything I said she had a cringe on her face and made me repeat what I said, as though whatever thats coming out of my mouth didnt make sense. Later in the afternoon, I get an email from her with literally nothing in the body of the email; I texted her, and she said the cars done. I went back to the dealership - as I was getting out of the loaner, she sees me, and when I went inside, she was already gone. I was just standing there waiting for her and nobody bothered to ask what I was doing. After about 5-10 minutes, I decided to talk with someone else to pick up my car. The service rep clearly did not want to be there that day or couldnt give 2 cents about me. Either way, it wasnt fun. Ive had different brands of cars like Honda, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc., and by far, this rep was way worse than the ones at Honda. Im not expecting the service/attention that youd get at any Porsche dealerships, but come on.As for the techs - the second time I went in, they said they forgot to code the battery. First off, theyve probably installed thousands of batteries - how do you forget to code one? The malfunction message was popping up randomly, so why would it be okay on this start up but not at the next? Anyway, coding the battery didnt resolve the issue. They are either bunch of recent grads or they just really cant care less, just like Jacquline. I ended up taking my car to a different dealership, and they told me that the cable ends were corroded, and it just had to be cleaned. This was extremely frustrating because as technicians, how do you not see that?In short, horrible experience - I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I been looking for this particular car with low miles on it and they just so happen to have it , it had low miles and and everything I needed on it . I called and talked to Kory Matthews And he hooked me up from their on out he processed my paperwork, answered all the questions I had and on top of that he even brought me my car to North Carolina. They are sooo inhuman, I had a situation with my brand new SUV 2021 and the service manager Robert call me 2 hours later, and I explained to another service guy (Jonathan) what was my emergency, I need to be at the airport (Philadelphia) at 2:30 PM for my 7 year old daughter and my car do not want to start this morning, I called roadside, I try to rent a car but nothing available for me, I did everything on my hands, so I call back to the dealer and the answer was sorry not car available for me, of course they want to sale you the vehicle because they only want your money but not the customer. My point is: is always a way to do exceptions because emergency happens, can you imagine the frustration as a mother when your daughter is flying and you need to be there on time because she is a minor ? super bad experience, very upset.

I received a call the very next morning from Erik Hershan, the experience was amazing. He was very professional the entire time, even when I called back he was In a meeting, Erik went the extra mile to text me, and explain why he didnt answer an answered all of my questions. I had a not so great experience at the one in Hunt Valley, Im so glad they didnt value my time and business, and I walked out of there because the experience I received from Erik in Catonsville I wouldnt have received with Hunt Valley. From the very first phone call to walking through the doors it was a 10 out of 10. The management in Hunt Valley should really come and learn how a true luxury dealership is ran.
