Had a hitch put on a 11 Crown Vic on 5/6/19. They didnt have the parts so I bought the parts from Uhaul and bright brought to them; only because Uhaul did not have a time slot available for the job. They installed the trailer wiring harness of the incorrectly and without using the supplied hardware connectors. Went old school with spit and tape. Fine.But then both the left and right turn signals only lit the left side on the trailer lights and became a road safety hazard. They could not figure it out (even though there was an idiot proof wiring diagram included with the kit; guess now we know how idiot proof that really was!), STILL charged me $200 (almost double of what Uhaul charges, but ok) and claimed the wiring harness was bad.I ended up having a heated exchange with Uhaul who said it was mostly certainly installed wrong, but agreed to get me a time slot after a couple of days to have it looked at by one of their techs.Lo and behold, the harness was connected shoddy and wrong. So in the end, I had to pay Uhaul another $57 to fix VOs mistake and apologise for blaming Uhaul for something that was not their fault.When I called Bill next, the old honcho, of Vehicle Outfitters to ask for reimbursing my cost to have their mistake fixed, he flat out said NO! He doesnt do refunds!So there is your lesson folks. If it does not work correctly at this shop, DO NOT PAY! For they are not going to accept their mistake or make any amends.And the customer is obviously a fool.

They did my rims, tires, and leveling kit. Fd my truck up!!! Rode around with my rear axle floating for about a month. Tore up the drive shaft. Who knows what unseen damage was done to the guts? They made repairs, but very frustrating experience. I guess its straight now. Maybe.

Have brought my 2017 Ram 1500 here for several things. Chris is always great to deal with and can get you just about anything you want for your vehicle. Plus, they do the installs right there onsite. Definitely recommend using these guys for customizing your truck.

All I can say is, WOW the craftsmanship and quality of the leather is better than I expected!Vehicle Outfitters changed my cloth interior from black to a red Italian Leather with Black Stitching to accent the the interior.The outcome of the project is overwhelming of detail, quality, and beauty!I can only recommend that you speak to Doug, Max and Ashley if you have a project, upgrade or remodel of a current vehicle.Ultimately, they exceeded my wildest expectations!If you care to see my interior of my S550 Mustang GT, call me at Koons Ford Baltimore.Ask for Don....
