No Service. I called, (while the guy yells in my ear) got a quote, gave my address, made an appointment, they gave me a time frame of 12-3pm when they could come to me. No one showed up. 3:30 I call but the office closed at 2pm, even tho the guy I spoke to said he’d contact me to let me when they were on their way (idk how you can do that if you’re closed). I got no service. They just completely lied to me. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Pros:- Cheaper than other places ($177 for the window repair including tax)- Will fix mistakes made by them- Will come to you for no extra charge nearly anywhere- Wont charge until the job is done- Available to work fairly quicklyCons:- Customer service aspect could use some work, very little follow up on repairs and payment- They may make a mistake the first time around- May show up late or not at allMy experience with this company was overall okay. It could have been better, but in the end I got a new window installed properly for a lower price than a lot of other places would do it. Heres my story with them:My car got broken into and they broke the passenger side window on a Thursday. I call them on Friday, they said they can come out Saturday between 1-4pm. 4pm rolls around, nobody has shown up. I give them a call, they send someone out and they arrive 15 minutes later. They install the window, have me check it. It rolls up, but what I dont notice from the inside is that it doesnt roll up all the way. I give them my credit card number and discover the issue a day or two later.They call me back to say the credit card number is wrong, I use this time to tell them they need to fix the window. I was in Catonsville before, but now Im near Laurel. They tell me theyll come out the next day (Tuesday) to Laurel to look at it. Nobody shows. I call, they say theyll come out the next day, Wednesday, to Laurel. They show up after some struggle trying to find out where I am. The guy looks at it, says I need a different window and hes going to call his boss. A couple days go by and I havent heard from them. They havent been paid, I havent gotten my window fixed.I call them, they send a different guy out. I leave the car at my parents house, my mom says the guy was very nice, competent, showed up exactly at noon (as they said he would) and fixed the window. The window works perfectly now with no problems.

They were the first to respond to my request for a quote and they were extremely reasonably priced. The customer service was great and they had my windows fixedthe same day . thanks
