Find super sales. Might have to do some alterations but for what you save, its really not an issue. Got my mom a new living room set. She loves it!!! Came with everything pictured, killer price! Good quality. My mom literally cried and the changes Im making for her house. Not done yet. We havent even started decorating. 😉👉

This is a good one. I love their decorations, essential oil diffusers and aromatherapy oils. Great for last minutes gifts. The one in Yucca Valley is the best. The new one in Indio is not as good as Cathedral City.

This big lots location has almost everything you need. I absolutely love this location. Lots of parking and a variety of affordable top notch items. Would definitely recommend for all my bargain hunters.

Always nice to walk around new layout new brands. Something different to look at. Hounestly cant give it a 5 stars because bathroom was manhandled and extremely hot. Uncomfortabe to even try and change a child.

Always find something here that challenges me to try! Jar of beets...now to come up with fun ways to serve. Always get my coffee here...store has been totally rearranged...so keep discovering new things.

The store was dirty, floors, carts etc. Also only one cashier (he was actually very efficient and friendly) and we were 9 customers deep in line. Watched several customers abandon carts and walk out. The 2 star rating is generous only because of the excellent cashier.

This is a pretty sizeable Big Lots. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase items that were sold out at my local Big Lots. This store is very far from my home but I was out of town so I stopped by here and was able to get EVERYTHING that I needed.

Good location with decent employees.

The people who work here are the least helpful and least caring people I have ever encountered. From the check out staff who cant answer basic questions to the woman collecting carts who parked them directly behind my car so I hit it as I backed up, with no apologies. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Not friendly. Have no idea what customer service is. I used to shop in the store a lot before they changed the name to Big lots. In the store has gone downhill ever since. One of the original employees thats left is the only one that says hello. Went there last night and the employee running the cash register with no smile no hello and no ideal about customer service. Because youre wearing a mask is no excuse.

First of all, I want to thank the CEO of Big Lots for allowing seniors to shop for 1 hour before the store opens to the public.I want to thank him for telling the public that he will to the best of his ability make certain that Big Lots will have the essentials that is needed during this difficult time for everyone.I was there yesterday and I was thankful that I didnt have to maneuver through humanity to get what I wanted.What did I want? You got it! Toilet paper and paper towels. I got 2 packs of each which was allowed.The store had the products displayed so it was easy to find. I put the products in the cart, paid for it and I was out of there in 10 minutes.The employees were efficient and expedient.Is this anyway to run a business? YOU BET IT IS!!! Thank you Big Lots for your foresight, compassion and stepping up to the plate! Job well done!!!

A very serious lack of enthusiasm and customer service I havent experienced that one of service in a very long time. Also they also need to put the price on the merchandise nothing more annoying and frustrating. now I remember why I stopped shopping there plus theyre more expensive than walmart on a majority of their items. Please know I do not like to give a negative review but this store deserves it.

Ive been coming here since it was Pick n Save. They allow pitbulls and big German shepherds now? How is that not a liability? I mean they are not service dogs. I doubt Ill be shopping here on the regular.

I always find great deals on my favorite lotion, ( Nivea Essentially Enriched with Almond Oil) and home decor and furniture. Staff is always friendly and easy to locate. That locate you! Its great for anyone wanting to avoid the awkward feeling of needing assistance but not wanting to ask. First time ever in big lots. Was unaware all that store offered. Luckily loaded up on personal effects and supplies for enjoying football games. Many sales and great pricing to match wide selection. I like saving money with one stop shopping.

Its a good place if you like to hunt for bargains. I find cleaning products and some teas and stuff. Not interested in their furniture

The cashiers are always very nice to you when you come in saying hello to you unfailingly. Most times what you were looking for is in stock and is somewhat generally cheaper. All those are subsections where the prices are more expensive than other discount stores. You can also find unusual products here that you cannot find anywhere else.They do have a delivery service called Go Share where the store will connect to a local delivery company they use and you can set up exact delivery (size of truck, date, time, etc.) with their local contact. I believe this is for those stores (and this is one) that have an extensive furniture collection.

Changing out to fall and Christmas season so about 1/3 of the store is empty at the moment. Aisles are extremely narrow, a couple of them you cannot even get a shopping cart down.

You can find great deals but it is not that cheap as one would think. If you like corned beef in the can, it us $2.00 cheaper than other stores. Canned food is cheaper as well.
