Diversity reigns King, as theres many sports to choose from.They have pretty good deals and it helps to bring in a coupon which you can find pretty much any Wednesday weekly ads.Its just so tight! theres so much stuff dont even think about a shopping cart!

Reid is an exceptional manager. They did not have my size in boot I wanted and he went extra mile to have boots brought to his store for me. All the employees are very nice without the millennial attitude. Nice place to shop with reasonable prices.

I where a size 12 and a half shoe but they stopped making half sizes at 11 so you have to get a size 13. I have wide feet and it makes it even harder to find shoes but they had what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was very nice very helpful and a very pleasant person

NO HELP dang no wonder this place doesnt get business. 3 people at the register 2 of them talking amongst themselves. Then the manager looked through the boxes making small talk with the cashier and not the customers, maybe she was trying not to make it obvious that she was checking for stolen items inside. No greetings when entering and no thank you for your business when exiting. If you want to go un bothered with zero employee contact this is the place to go.

WORST EXPERIENCE.Male, Caucasian mid 20s, dark brown hair was very rude to my Filipino husband and questioned us when our pin didn’t go through (I wasn’t at the counter at the time, looking for a solar powered battery pack which they don’t have) ASKED MY HUSBAND IF HE HAD FOUND OUR DEBIT CARD ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE. No. My husband simply didn’t know I had switched our pins.Not only that we were being profiled from the time we came in. You can be a MINORITY and have money.We’re on the verge of being homeless, nonetheless we’re very clean as we been staying at Motel 6 and needed camping gear just in case we can’t afford.

Always have discounts always satisfied! They only sale air rifles and pistols, nothing above a 22. But the customer service is great!

Usually have a good experience at Big 5, but I couldn’t locate an item that their website indicated was in stock in the store. The young customer service guy didn’t seem to care or offer to check the stock. So I left.

Decent prices and helpful staff make this our go to place for sneakers. Great deals on clearance shoes at times, and coupons are available in the mail or newspaper. Guess they have sporting goods too, but we dont use any of that stuff. Would give 5 starts, but the store is a bit small and doesnt always have the sizes we need in stock.

Employees spent time ignoring customers and blabbing with one another.

They treated me like a thief based solely on my appearance. And their was an incident which was I immediately brought to the attention of their corporate office.which they never offered me any sort of compensation or made any attempt to make me a happy customer not even so much as a formal apology or a 5% discount on next visit. I had even made a follow up call to cooperate to ask what if anything did their investigation to which I was stoned walled by saying that they couldnt give me any information on the matter even though they were clearly in the wrong.

Horrible. Not one of their stores was in stock of either. 223 or 5.56 ammunition, was told it comes in on Fridays and sells out the same day... There should be a box limit per household like other gun shops have in place

Friendly staff, and the only sporting goods store anywhere around this area you can get most of your outdoor,sport stuff here. I have used it for boy scout needs, camping, general athletic apparel, some baseball and soccer gear, bikes and some water equipment. Worth a look before driving across the valley.

Went there to buy some portable solar showers for a camping trip I was pretty disappointed when we got all the way up there to the campsite and one of them was broken and did not work

Was there with my family shopping for things. Everything was great. Went to go check out my things, walked over to one check out stand and was told to walk back over to the other one to be helped to ring up my stuff. While I was there I realized there was a sign that says checkout for disabled people. Just because someone has a walker, scooter, wheelchair, etc. does not make them disabled, handicapped, whatever you want to label. We are normal and can go to any checkout and are not limited to a certain one. I can’t believe that places like that have a right to do something like this. It’s total discrimination. How the store is run when you check out needs to change.

This is like my candy store bought a couple good guns from there always buy a lot of pocket knives get all my camping gear from there but a $50 backpack for like 19 bucks bought all my daughters baseball stuff here stores not that big but I can literally stay in there for hours great for shoes to especially hiking

The customer service here is great, very smart, and friendly staff.

I come in here frequently to look for shoes and check out some of their other items. I find that they put sale signs on racks where most of the clothing is not on sale very misleading. Often dont have your size so clothes shopping here is not really recommended.
