Our little Castro valley store might be small however we definitely do have the best customer service sales reps. I had the most patient young lady help my family out today. I was properly greeted when I came in and I just can’t believe that this hard working person here in this little store. The time passed fast because of how pleasant it was to receive such great customer service. I have had att since high school and finally left my family plan to get this amazing two line unlimited deal with my wife. We got a brand new free iPhone XS because my wife came from another provider. This was very unexpected for us and I’m so happy that it worked out. Please help out this little store so that Patricia may be given the opportunity to grow in this company. I can see it. You’ll have to drop by to experience the wonderful service. Thank you again! Today was also the date of 12-12. My lucky numbers.

Went in on Black Friday for a new iPhone and was helped by Patricia, who is awesome. Another store had the phone I wanted in stock and she actually drove over there to get it for me. Who does that ? She did. Even though she was slammed with a number of customers on Black Friday, she kept her cool and helped everyone in a professional and friendly manner. She is knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile to be helpful and make sure you walk out with the product you were looking for or the assistance you need for whatever issue you may be having. I hope Patricias boss / supervisor reads these reviews because she deserves a raise / promotion... Shes an asset to AT&T and I appreciate her caring and professionalism.

This review is specifically about Patricia Rivera. My iPhone kept dying for a month or so because of the battery problem but I felt dreaded to go to a store to address the problem because I hate waiting in line and it is just not fun to deal with bills and buying a new phone and so on. Patricia made all the difference and I left the store smiling and feeling happy. I was so impressed with how helpful she was to each customer WHILE attending to every customers who kept coming in. I was thinking..how does she do that??? True master of multi-tasking. I would have felt totally overwhelmed to be the only staff in the store yet, she kept her professionalism and stayed friendly, kind and calm. In fact, I learned a lot just by watching her work. Nancy was very kind and did not hesitate to place a screen on my daughter iPhone XR when Verizon refused to place one on her phone stating they didn’t know how to do the work. She saved me a trip to Dublin! That’s excellent customer service !

I TOOK MY OLD MODEM TO THEM AND ASKED FOR A RECEIPT; THEY SAID THEY COULDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT, AND WHEN I ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER SOME SNOTTY WOMEN, WHO WOULDNT GIVE ME HER BUSINESS CARD NOR HER LAST NAME NOR HER ID NUMBER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF HER MANAGER. SO I LEFT THE MODEM WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT.THE STORE WAS EMPTY, IM NOT SURPRISED WHY CONSIDERING THE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM EXHIBITED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WANTING A SERVICE PROVIDER SERIOUSLY CONSIDER SOME OTHER THAN AT&T, OR AT LEAST GO TO ANOTHER AT&T PROVIDER.HARRY

I came in yesterday (9/24/19) to just see my options in terms of moving from sprint to at&t.When i arrived i instantly was greeted by Patricia and she was the nicest, most professional phone sales-woman i have ever delt with.I walked in not expecting to get a good deal and to leave with what i came, but it was certainly the opposite.After speaking to Patricia we agreed on a deal for 5 IPhone XSs, i went home and gathered all the information i needed while she went to other AT&T stores to get the phones we wanted.She was extremely communicative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.She gave me a great deal on the phones as well as a great deal on all accessories for them! If i could give Patricia a 10 star review i would!

Kyrii was so helpful and quick he made going there a 5 star experience He is the only person the in 8 years that I went there who went out of his way to help and solve problems and is a fantastic employee.He was like that with all patrons.He is quick and cheerful.I am very happy with my ATT service now.The Castro Valley CA store.Kyrii.Go see him.

Came in to activate a sim chip that wasnt working, and Nancy fixed it straightaway. Professional atmosphere in the store. Very short wait time. Easy parking. 10/10 would use this store again.

Wanted to purchase a prepaid sim card. This store was out of sim cards and was unable to sell one. No wonder there were no other customers. Unbelievable.

This store finally has a new manager! She is awesome and has the skills to be a manager. Her name is Nia. I used to hate coming here because it always took so so long to be helped. Minimum time was one hour. Yesterday I go in to get a replacement IPhone........I was out of there in 30 minutes thanks to Nia!!!

Austin is a very bad salesman will waste your time for hours trying to sale u a product before asking to do credit check.. he wont keep it real up front with u and will tell u one thing and act like thats not what he said later.
