Absolutely love the support I get at this store. It takes me 20 mins to get anyone’s attention at a big box, but these folks are always right there to answer your questions. I recently ordered a Weber grill and since I ordered online, they assemble and deliver for free. The delivery is “to the door” but Matt (the man who delivered mine) made sure we put it on my back deck, which meant I didn’t have to beg a neighbor to help me. That’s how service is done, and that’s why I’ll go back!

I ended up buying a Weber smoker through Moore Lumber/Ace. Crystal, the assistant manager was extremely helpful and kept in contact through the whole process.A nice part about Ace is they assemble and deliver certain grills. During initial assembly Crystal called to inform me the grill received had a pretty nasty dent and sent pictures to my phone for review. They were able to send the dented grill back and assembled a new one without any issue.Overall, I would not hesitate to use Moore again and highly recommend them as this level of customer service is not going to happen at your big box stores/Amazon.Also, Juan the delivery driver was helpful and on time. He helped get my grill situated on our back patio.

The good people at Moore Lumber & Hardware were extremely helpful (and patient!) when we were deciding among decking materials for a home project. Casey shared his experience with various products and helped us arrive at a selection that perfectly fits our needs and budget.Matt, who delivered our decking today, was very courteous and carefully navigated the trees and other obstacles in our yard to place the materials near our build site. I was expecting to carry the heavy material by hand from our driveway, so I am extremely grateful for Matts offer use his forklift skills to offload the goods much close than I had hoped.We will definitely do business with the Moore team again!

My favorite hardware store in town is Moore Lumber! Stellar team members like Angela make you feel like family and any of them wont hesitate to help you find what you need, give advice, or brainstorm ideas for your projects. Moore has just varied enough selection to likely have what you require, without being overwhelming. I appreciate that the store is ALWAYS extremely clean and well-organized... Say goodbye to frustratedly digging through bins of mismatched nuts and bolts—Moores fastener section is as well put-together as a library. Only once did they not have some larger stainless bolts I was looking for. Their wood selection is also high quality and laid out well. Ill continue giving my business here for the foreseeable future!

I went in to get a pipe wrench and after looking I asked the gentleman in the paint area if he knew where they had them. He told me, I went back to the same spot figuring I was just blind...and didnt find any. He came out, looked for himself and determined they were out of stock. That would typically be the end of it, except this guy said you can take my extra one from my tool box, I found it and can pay it forward. That would never happen at the big box stores! WOW, what an amazing person! It wasnt expected just because they were out of the item, but that act has gained them a loyal customer! Ill happily spend my money there! I was having a real hard time finding a certain product for a few of our jobs that were around the country. I call Moore Lumber to check if they had any poultry netting or if they could lead me in the right direction in getting some. I spoke to Carl Bragg in sales. I had to do no more. Carl took the lead and did all the hard work for me and he found exactly what i was looking for and shipped it to where it needed to go. Carl really helped me out. It saved me a lot of time in looking any further. I recommend Moore Lumber for your needs. Super helpful!!!

Moore Lumber and Hardware is the gold standard of customer service. Their products are amazing and their staff and customer focus is even better. I was looking to build my own Pergola in my back yard, looking at the daunting task I found my self working with Moor Lumber and Hardware. They delivered all the required components needed to build this, from lumber to the brackets and even the hardware. It couldnt have been easier. Great lumber yard they will design your deck with you, down to every bolt. Becka went above and beyond to help me with my order, and worked out every detail. It was a real pleasure doing business with this company, I couldnt be happier with both the quality of materials and professional and friendly staff.

It was a great place, open space and plenty of wood, of course. We had a pleasant experience, especially working with Casey and Zach. They made it fun both working hard for us while accommodating all needs while making it entertaining and as speedily as possible.

I have been visiting Moore Lumber for a while now and can not say enough positive things. Carl helps me and always goes above and beyond. I originally went in not knowing exactly what wood I needed to accomplish a project I was working on. I had several failed attempts at Lowes and Home Depot. He knew exactly what I needed and special ordered it for me. I have been a loyal customer ever since. I am excited to know they have expanded and now have paint and other hardware needs. I can not recommend them highly enough!

I found two styles of Simpson doors online and was set on buying one of them so I asked for a quote and sent it to this company however I didnt get a single response back through email. I then called into the company and ended up playing phone tag through voicemail for which I told the representative that Im only available on the afternoons from 3:00 until her leaving time of 4:30. Not only did they not call me back in this time frame every time I called in hoping to get ahold of Crystal Im told she is with another customer or that she left early for the day. How am I ever going to purchase anything when you have 1 representative and they are never available? Rediculous!

Moore Lumber is a joke! Ordered wood on a Monday, was told wood pack would be there in a week. So I called the next Monday and the order hadn’t even been put in! Then they said they needed more money because they didnt have the right size boards so they needed to be bigger. So then, they said they would have the pack of wood there on Wednesday which is today and still no wood pack. O and not to mention its January so we wanted to go with a lumber company that was fast, because we were told they would have us a pack within a week. If anyone in Moore Lumber actually reads this, your whole company needs to do and be better!

I have placed two special orders with them now and they have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Everyone is so friendly, they make you feel like you are one of the family. It seems like prices are about the same for like quality stuff at HD, but they don’t have cheap junk either. I’m done with big box stores, if I can buy it at Moore Lumber they have my business!!

I dont usually write reviews however this is going to be the exception. Being a woman walking into a lumber yard can be a bit intimidating. Ive worked with Carl on a few projects now and I walk in and he calls me by name. You dont get that at Home Depot. I found baseboard that I wanted to install. I priced it at Home Depot and then at Douglas Lumber. Douglas Lumber came in at $.90/ft cheaper for the exact same product. Not a big deal with small amounts but this adds up if youre doing a big area. They even delivered my molding right to the front door for a very small fee. LOVE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED! Keep up the good work!

Poor customer service, When order was placed they refused to get it ready for pick up. Next attempt we were told it would be 30 minute wait to get material. May not want to buy rebar form this store as it is buried in the very back and the yard help and sales help complain and grumble. No WONDER they dont sell any product.Thank you,

This has been the worst experience I have had with a lumber company, After waiting 12 days I called to ask if they have made any progress on a estimate for just a couple of doors. And the salesman said he was busy and might send the estimate if he had a time in the next week maybe. Wish I would of known I could not get an estimate or a straight answer so I could have started looking somewhere else sooner. Very unprofessional
