My husband’s family has been cooking with Le Creuset cookware for years and we finally invested in a set of our own a couple of weeks ago and OMG do we love it! The cook is so even, the cleaning is so easy and I love having the leftovers in ready to re-heat cookware so we can enjoy the same amazing meal the next day. If you are thinking about getting yourself some Le Creuset, don’t even give it a second thought, just do it! You won’t regret it! And for a great deal on it go to the Le Creuset outlet store in Castle Rock! Not only do they have great deals, but the ladies working there are so incredibly nice and helpful! Olimpia was the main woman assisting us and she was so knowledgeable about the product, gave us some great tips and recommendations and was so patient with us as we took our time to make this investment. But like I said, it is so worth it! Thank you Olimpia, we love our Le Creuset and will be back for more! (And the store was dog friendly, and they treated our little puppy so well with treats and a bowl of water out of a Le Creuset dish 🙂)

Whenever we visit family in the Castle Rock area, of course we have to shop at the outlets. The Le Creuset Outlet store is always a must stop. The store is always so organized and clean and the staff is very friendly. Jim is my favorite! He is always so polite and helpful. Jim makes great suggestions but is never pushy. I started out my collection with everything in cerise but now added the blue color to it. We can’t wait to come back and shop again.

I bought a huge 13.25 quart Durch Oven and a spatula in May. I use this huge DO for making sauce with my garden tomatoes. The size is perfect and using with a simmering mat when its cooking on low for hours keeps it from getting a hot spot and burning. This DO is sturdy and holds a ton! I absolutely LOVE it! I use the spatula for baking and cooking. It was a bit small but bought a larger one this past summer. I LOVE my purchases, found the staff very helpful and though it was a bit slow getting here, it came in perfect shape! I would happily buy again from this store!

Absolutely fabulous virtual shopping experience. Leslie, Denise, and everyone at the store were an absolute pleasure to work with. My purchases were great, and when one arrived broken, they immediately sent a replacement. I will definitely be using them again.

If You love Le Creuset you need to go here now! They even had clearance items 40 50 and 60% off. Great to add to your collection or buy as gifts. The store was clean. And the employee agknowledged we were there but was not friendly.

Very quiet store. Seems rather overpriced for an outlet. Most outlets are having 40 to 70 percent off of sticker prices, Le Creuset is giving you a discount of 30 bucks on a 500 dollar dutch oven? Discontinued stoneware is a good deal but for the enameled cast iron you are still better off buying online if youre looking to save money

This store has great customer service, especially ordering over the phone with Leslie and Olimpia. They’re patient, understanding and knowledgable, what I’m looking for.

Im a chef and caterer and this location carries everything I need at a great price point. (They always have good sales.) The staff are all extremely interested in helping and questions never go unanswered. They invited me back for a cooking demo coming up and I will definitely drive back into town for it. Any person new to the kitchen will leave here with the confidence to cook in the best pots and pans on the market. 5/5!

Had great prices and especially good deals during their labor day sale.

Denise and Jim are very helpful and nice. My fiance and I purchased a few pieces there yesterday to augment the two we had at home. But when we got home, we realized we may have been over-zealous with the sizes for two of the pieces we got at the Outlet. They were happy to exchange two of our pieces for smaller sizes. On top of that, they helped pick colors that would look nice with what we already had. Obviously the quality is exceptional - I just wanted to say thank you to them for their service and recommendations. I highly recommend this Outlet. Great prices, selection, and service.

I have tried calling the number listed and it continually says its busy. I have tried over 10 times today.

I was amazed at the pricing. I purchased 3 pans for almost the price for 1. I wanted a starter set and wasnt sure what exactly I needed. The people there were so helpful and gave me a lot on information on what sizes and pots to get. They also explained to me how to keep them clean and gave me some information on how to take care of them. I was concerned with taking them to my car and the gentleman helped me load my car..

30% off cant be beat! I found what I was looking for, at a discount. Only glitch was that I had to hold on to the charge card device in order to get my card in and out. And a signature was required. Not wise in the Time of COVID-19.

The two women employees were very helpful and nice. They explained the different pots, etc and helped me find just the right present. I will be back.
