They just reduced prices in Oct. Very friendly very reasonable high quality fabric. Only complaint... wish their hours werent so short. Closing at 530 I barely made it after work!

Friend was looking for fabric to re-cover a large chair. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very very large selection of fabrics.

We purchase a fabric to custom curtains for our home back on February 11, 2021 and they said the fabric will arrive in 2 weeks. 3 weeks latter we called for an update and they said to wait 3 more days for the fabric to arrive. After another week, since there was no update we called again and the Sales person Linda had no response but said Jack, the owner, will be picking up the fabric from Boca Raton on Monday and have it ready at the store on Wednesday (1 more week). NO RESPONSE. We called again the following week and they said this time Fabric did not arrive when they said the owner was going to pick it up. They promise this time the fabric was going to be at the store by that following weekend because Jack was bringing 3 different fabrics for us to choose. WHAT!!!! we dont need to choose was my response, the fabric was already order and paid in FULL more than $1,600.00. We waited 40 days , after all the promises Jack did not have the fabric, did not inform us he will not be able to get what we choose, did not have the 3 options Linda mentioned. This pass weekend, Linda said again that Jack wasnt at the store and the container was closed; to wait a couple of hors for response. NO RESPONSE. I called before the store closed and complained about the lack of customer service, decency, lack of communication and the dishonesty from it owner. Linda offered a call back from Jack, the owner.No phone call on Sunday, no phone call on Monday. They dont know how to do business.

Super impressed with the inventory selection and ordering options at this location. If you need assistance, the staff is extremely helpful in both the selection process and amount of material needed. Its like the candy store of fabric!! I love that the inventory is separated by color palette - this certainly boosts options for companion pieces. The performance fabric area is extensive as well! Great experience! Loved that they let us bring home a dollar-bill sized sample and that you can bring home lots of samples! Other stores make you bring up the rolls and they cut them.. and they give you a swatch the size of a business card! What do you do with that? really? But not here..you walk around with the scissors and start cutting a sample when something catches your eye! and there were lots of somethings catching my eye! The staff was easy to work with and friendly..! I covered by dining room chairs and am now going back to get the matching fabric for the valences!!! And the prices were affordable!!!! Loved it!!! (and I am not one of those sewing types even!)

Update to past review:Over the last year this place has gone downhill.. one of the employees who was very helpful, Brian I believe his name was, is no longer there and this place is definitelyworse because of it... They had gotten so good but now its back to being most unpleasant. Its a shame.Original review:This place has really stepped up its game. They recently changed some stuff and it looks amazing! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Keep it up guys!

The young woman that assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable. I believe she is well acquainted with the inventory since I described what I was looking for and she said immediately that they currently did not have the item. (brown linen) However the suggestion she made I purchased and it worked out beautifully. I plan to shop there again. I was very impressed.

Were going to Boca Bargoons are the first words out of my cousins mouth whenever I see her. I drive her there all the way from Orlando so she can get everything she needs for her whole house. The one-stop fabric store with a flair for unique designs. They have the Hemming-Way Design center that lets her see how fabrics will look in a room or out on the patio furniture. They even customize the order to get exactly what she wants, no matter how long that takes. She says the low prices and huge selection are worth the drive, so we stock up on home decor for the entire year all at once.

I had a terrible experience with :1. The poor quality of fabric that I purchased in the Casselberry store2. The poor response for satisfaction from local management, and3. The lack of response from regional/corporate /Atlanta Office to my reasonable accommodation for satisfaction request which was to reimburse me for fabric expense or allow me to select a preferential replacement fabric.Deb Driskell

Could not get in contact with someone when my order didnt arrive. Went to the store in person to buy blue stripped fabric. Was told the rest of it would arrive at my house a week later. After two months my fabric didnt arrive and I couldnt get in contact with anyone who knew about it. Do no go here.

Very bad costumer service. The people who works there are not professional. I will not go back to this store ever. The manger is very rude and she treated me in a very bad way. If you keep doing what u do with costumes, no one will come back again to you store.My answer to ur question. Is when I asked ur assistant about the the color of the fabric that I want, she said we dont have this color in the store like she doesnt want to search or help then I told her lets try to find the color in the store and yes we found multiple color very close to the one I want. Then I asked her about the charges for my job and she asked u and u said u want the size which I dont have it. And I saw u and said hi to u and I didnt like ur reaction!!! Yes u said Im busy now with other clients but the way u said it and the look u gave me was very rude and not nice at all. I advice u to be more nice and friendly with pp and if u smile that will better for ur business.I have visited many fabric stories and all of them welcomed me with a smile. And they were very helpful even i they r busy.U & ur assistant are not professional enough to deal with pp and plz show respect to the clients.
