I went to the auto department to exchange a battery that had died prematurely but was still under warranty. The warranty was honored and I was gifted with a new replacement. I want to give special thanks to store associates Sylvia and Erik for their outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanor throughout my experience there.

Redesigned. Super clean. Polished floors. Friendly staff. Well-stocked with variety. Love their outdoor gear section. Wish the helmet rack was more organized.

Very clean and up to date. Always pushing to stay stocked up. I rather drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes to visit this one vs the 2 closer ones to me. I highly enjoy this one and usually give walmarts 4 stars except for 1 other 5 star.

Honestly every time i buy produce here, it is either bad the next day or slimy. I have been going here for more than 7 years, and honestly, Quality of this walmart keeps going down. I hope management has a plan cause what they are doing, is not working.

Product was out of stock on the main shelf, but stocked on the very top shelf. an employee had just climbed up on the shelf to get the same product to scan for a customer pick up order, so we asked him if he could get one for us, to which he replied no I cant, Im busy and rushed away. smh ::sigh:: However, the sole cashier who checked us out was the best. She was friendly, efficient, fast, and thorough. She redeemed my negative experience with the previous employee.

Same complaint for Walmart, not enough registers open. Handicap accessible all the way. Although your best bet of finding a motorized buggie would be to look in the parking lot. They seem to never have any inside.🤔🤨

I LOVE WALMART PRICES!! But, the store is constantly moving merchandise to new locations!! I dont like this marketing tactic!! They are just trying to get consumers to buy more as they are trying desperately to find the usual things they purchase!!

I went to Walmart to buy food. I had a microwave in the suite so I wanted to buy microware dinner as I was on the phone alot. I purchased mostly food, some frozen , some room temperature like peanuts and all the items are in that section of Walmart. Walmart does have alot of options, not just food, to purchase and the prices are competitive. There is also deli food and a hot bar which I did purchase some wings from the front of the store. You can walk / fitbit quite a bit at Walmart looking for the items you want. I do recommend

They just redesigned the checkout area so its not so cluttered. It wss busy when we went but we still got out quickly and I appreciated that. The employees were very helpful with helping us find what we needed

I would rate zero stars if that were an option. Ive been standing in line now for 30 minutes to check out and there were only 3 people in front of me in checkout line 19. Could the checkout people possibly be trained to checkout a bit faster? Or, better yet, open more checkout lanes. Not everyone wants to do self checkout when they have a cart full of groceries. And, yes Im still standing in line. Ridiculous.

They moved around their self-checkouts, but did not add more. I highly recommend that they go ahead and remove a few more traditional checkouts and add an additional 30 self checkouts.

Pick up process is super inefficient. Can’t pick up in store anymore, only curbside. When I parked at the spot, they have you call the number but no one pick up the phone! This is ridiculous

I generally like this Walmart better than the other ones in my area. They usually have a good variety of personal items, clothing, housewares, kitchen products, appliances, & other odds and ends. It can get busy at times, & sometimes the self checkout lines are long. (September 30, 2020)

The POSITIVE take on my most recent visits to Walmart,are deserving of a BIT of RECOGNITION. Mainly in the expansion of pretty decent options in the womens section.. Specifically more colorful/sized suitability ( Finding mostly Larger sizes in the cuter/more trendy options, USED to be the norm).

This Walmart seems less organized than others. It may be that they are in the process of doing some rearranging but Im not sure. Some of the signs didnt match up with what was on the shelves. I will say the cashier was super nice and friendly.

So I purchased this mattresses at all mart in casselberry. When I bought them off course I checked the sticker but I was fine with it. Then when I checked them, they’re not what k wanted and I ended up not using them at all but the package off course I already opened it. I had an emergency and I had to leave town and when I came back to exchange them for something else because off course I knew the money back was not possible and I was ok with it. Then when I came to exchange them I asked the lady can i just pick something else and she said yes but when I came back with my item she said unfortunately it can only be exchanged for beds.Manager David and Zamary and also the cashier that was helping me just explained to me at the moment of exchange NOT BEFORE because nobody told me before that it could only be exchanged for beds now.. I lost 55 dollars and nobody was able to help me.I understand the policies and I get it but I think there could’ve been more help at the moment I went to the register.Ive done my grocery shopping here for ever and this is the worst service they’ve ever provided to me.

Do I really need to review a Walmart the staff doesnt know anything Management is nowhere to be seen and customer service has a line all the way across the store and only one person that really seems like they cant read working that desk

Tried to get a cart and none was there so i asked the guy at the front if they will get more cart soon ....i was met with attitude so i left and spent my money where i will get better treatment.

Everything from the shopping and check was excellent. The customer service cashier was rude. I had asked for change for a twenty dollar bill after I had just received it after getting cash back at the check out. He proceeded to check the twenty like it was a counterfeit twenty. How rude of him. Why do they hire such people!?

The place is a mess right now its going through a major remodel so you have a real tough time finding things that you normally knew where they were. Youve been warned

Im telling you right now, you already know what to expect. A few misprivlaged camled in their vehicles. All sorts of wild outfits. But fair that they have most products

Great supermarket! Always a wide selection of fresh products! Unlike some other Walmarts, there are many self-service checkout counters. Also a large selection of electronics. In particular, I was interested in printers. A wide range of printers and cartridges for it.

The personal at the jewelry section are not the best, and it takes so long for them to assist as there is never someone in that aisle, it took us around fifteen minutes to get someone that at the end it didnt help. It was just a waste of time.

Very good staff. Friendly. And price are payable. It really worth for grosseries and kitchen machineries

I shopped here the other day and this Walmart is very, very picked over every time I go. Also , the produce goes bad within a few days. Its very low quality produce and I definitely do not recommend buying produce here.

Store is overwhelmingly big, YET it was packed. Food items are not finance friendly for the consumer. I got home and had been chargedn 2x for an item.. if that wasnt enuf for me the following day I went to bake off the ciabatta bread and it already had mold on it. It wasnt from reduced rack!!! ALDI has much lower prices, produce is better quality, and its consumer friendly in many facets

I was about 25 minutes in a line to pay less than 20 articles. They removed the 20 articles or less cashiers. It was messy. Im 69 years old and not good at the self check-out machines. They are pushing the seniors to buy some place else. Sorry.

Assistant Manager and staff walked all over to help me locate a specific product. That level of customer service and care is hugely appreciated. Great experience with this store.

Havent been there in 2 years and when I went there it was like everything had changed everything hes doing more online than in the stores otherwise than that they got everything can I say love that store

In store is experience is fine. But the associates will not answer the phone. Today Ive called the Casselberry Walmart FOUR times. The first 3 calls I just press the zero and held for an associate. The third call I tried to get to electronics department. ALL FOUR TIMES It rang for various times, some up to 5 minutes then was hung up on. So I wasted the last 45 minutes of my day just trying to get a hold of the lost and found. Ridiculous.

No thanks. I hate going here as most Walmarts anymore. Most times they only have 1 or 2 registers open. Long lines. People in line complaining like crazy. I dont like self checkouts as I feel its putting people out of jobs plus I always get large orders so I dont have to go often. I also only go to Walmart to buy their flavored water for my handicapped son as this is his favorite. Otherwise I go to Publix. Its worth it to me to pay more and not have to wait a long time in a line.

I love this store they have everything you ever need. And their prices are reasonable.

This store is horrible. All 4 long self checkouts are routinely closed in the middle of the day. The smaller scan and go lines were all packed and the 2 or 3 attended lanes all had long lines. After waiting 20 minutes our line hadn’t moved at all. Finally left our full cart and just walked out. My mistake for trying to save a few bucks, going back to Publix.

Good luck finding a parking spot. Better off going to a store in a different city. Waited in lune for 30 minutes. The next time I needed grout I went to Orlando and had a better experience.

You mean to tell me I have to scan and bag my own items because God forbid you have a job or responsibilities, you simply cannot wait for the 2 out of 30 registers with cashiers at them and THEN be faced with selective receipt checking at the door? Why isnt everyone being checked? Let your clothes be a little dirty or have darker skin, brace yourself to be subjected to profiling. Terrible place to shop, Ill just pay more and go to target where I dont have to worry about being watched like a prisoner my entire shopping experience. 0/10.

I put in an order for pickup via the app for 3-4pm. I got a notification it wouldnt be ready during that timeframe. At about 4:10pm Im alerted that its ready and by 4:45pm Im at the store checked in in the designated area.Ive been here for over an hour now (and Im not the only car that this is happening to), and still dont have my order.Why even tell me the order is ready if its clearly not? I could have shopped the items myself in this amount of time.I dont expect Walmart cares in the slightest, but Im not coming back. This is ridiculous.Oh it gets better! The number they give you to call about pickup goes straight to a voicemail box thats full. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Usually avoid Walmart, but had to pick something up that only they had. Was very pleasantly surprised about the numerous prepackaged meals they had for my vegetarian daughter. Shes loved them and will be coming back.

Im new to the area so this was my first time here. I used the Walmart pickup and they were super quick and nice. I did have to run in for a couple things that I forgot and was greeted twice upon entering. Everyone was very nice and helped me find what I needed. The store was clean and stocked well. Cant wait to go back.

Have not been in months. I will never go back to this store. Lines are 1 hour wait. Online grocery pickup department doesnt care. Closes the department with an order not filled and doesnt bother to call you as a customer

Went there an hour before they close because I forgot that Wal-Mart closes now and is no longer 24 hours. Never again! Several isles were completely blocked off with product for restocking. There were at least 3 items I left without because of isles being blocked. They need a better system! On a good note, the cashier Lisa that took care of me was probably the nicest, most polite and kindest Wal-Mart employee I have ever encountered!

This Walmart was organized and clean. Both cashiers at the key counter and in the garden center were friendly. I found everything that I needed.

Ordered a Snowman tree and local WalMart did not have. Casselberry store was closest who had one in stock. They were awesome and very helpful.

I went to grab a disposable facemask that Walmart offers and the employee told me they arent for free. I asked “ oh really?” He said they were for paying customers so I show him my bag with merchandise I just bought. I told him I was a customer and that my mask was dirty and I wanted to get a clean one. (Mine had makeup on the inside.) He didnt want me having one and said that since I wasnt buying anything else that I couldnt have one. That makes no sense. Why does it matter if I grab a FREE mask that Walmart the company provides for us to take before or after I buy my things if im still buying something. If I grab a mask before or after buying my things it should not matter because its the EXACT same thing! The employee was an older gentleman. No offense, who obviously had nothing better to do then to pick little fights with people even when I explained to him that what he was saying made no sense.Cause1. I was a customer and had my receipt on handand2. whether I grab a mask before or after my purchase I would still be grabbing A mask -_-Literally anyone can walk in, grab a mask and not buy anything before leaving but u dont take masks away from them or do u?Which is exactly why u shouldnt deny a PAYING customer a mask if they want a new one after actually buying something instead of leaving without buying anything.This is not good customer service!

I was impressed. When you first walk in there is a full size McDonalds and they have the same specials as the stand alones. The lighting is very good and everyone is helpful. I was looking for a particular dressing and the stick clerk walked me over to the produce section and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They have a notions department. For those that dont know what that is, its where you buy material and patterns to make your own clothes or sheets or costumes. They have everything right there. I felt like I was in a Michels or Jo Ann Fabrics. I could go on and on. By the way, this Walmart has a food side. At checkout they have self checkouts and the lady was very nice. Lots and lots of parking too. They also have this area where you can have things delivered there and you pick it up in private boxes , sorta like whole foods. I will be back.

This is a Super-Center. It has most everything you could want or need. It is also one of the Walmarts where you can see the excentrics of the local society. * One gripe I have with Walmart is that few of their shopping carts are able to roll well. They go bumpety, bump down the isles OR they are hard to push - like the wheels are stuck.

For the last few weeks, there have been only 1-2 cashiers open and today there was only 1! Then the girl had the nerve to say she was closed and there were NONE OPEN! There were customers including me filled with carts needing to be checked out. I found the manager and she literally ran into her office and never came back out. I had to ask multiple employees, almost beg to have some people to the cashiers to their job! Whats the point of having 18 cash registers with no one wanting to their job. This used to be the best Walmart in the area, now its the worst. Some many products not even stocked either. Better change your management. Im calling corporate to file a complaint.

We placed a pick up order for an electronic. We went inside to pick it up, checked in at the kiosk. We waited 20 minutes. Then a team member came up and told us all pick ups are now done outside. I told them that the Walmart App, the confirmation email, the confirmation text, and the actual kiosk standing in front of us did not say that. So how are we supposed to know that? Then, another team member came with the monitor we had purchased and explained that the inside kiosk was only for GM side. Electronics is GM side. He tried to explain it away but, we just walked away. Walmart just gets worse day by day. We only purchase at Walmart if we cannot find what we are looking for anywhere else, and we will not shop in the store, only online for pickup. They are running their stores and employees into the ground!

Typical WalMart. They were out of A LOT in the home appliances area and the bathroom decor section as well. The few employees we encountered were friendly. Food aisles were stocked well, had what we needed.

Good place to find pretty much anything, from food, toys to sporting goods. Things Id improve is cleaner isles with better organization of their products. To many things out of place due to customers putting things where they dont belong.

It is a very good place they have everything you need for your convenience and family. 😀

Refused to refund a battery cord deposit after lots of arguing I have a case with a better Business bureau to try to get this settled.

Both my boys made me wait as long as they could to get thier hairs cut... W christmas coming a had to take them in...Both boys had hair to thier shoulders..I called the Sunday before Christmas.. Phone was answered by Patty , she was positive and welcoming with no problem coming in a hour before close.... Both hair cuts turned out great.. Both boys got at least 6 inches cut off!!!!! Thank You for 2 very Happy Boys for Christmas
