I had a very positive experience recently in purchasing carpet from Creative Floors. They have a wide range of flooring selections from which to choose. Their prices are good and their customer service is exceptional. Bob Hapka was very supportive from start to finish in assisting me with my choice of carpet. I strongly recommend Creative Floors to anyone looking for high-caliber flooring.

From the time we stepped into the flooring center Carl was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in determining which flooring would be best for our needs with two large dogs.There are not many times nowadays when you can rely on a business to deliver with quality AND efficiency, but once we got on the schedule the laminate was ordered, the crew was on time and they actually finished ahead of schedule! Out floors look beautiful!! Looking into getting flooring from the Casselberry store for work. Great experience.

Creative Floors is a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them. Our sales representative, Stephanie, is very knowledgeable, helpful and was patient with us as we went through the wood floor selection process. Our installer, Vagner, is a true craftsman. During installation, he recommended a couple of minor changes that he believed would greatly enhance the look of the finished product. He was spot on! I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I am very lax in writing this review. We have used Creative Floors in Casselberry twice (so far). The first time was in 2017 and the second was recently. Both times we worked with Bob Hapka. Bob was so easy to work with. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured into buying, and he was very helpful showing us what was available (extensive product in this store!). We ended up liking our first floor so much that we went back to order the same floor when we were redoing our master (see pics). We chose LVP and love it so much. We have one more room to complete hopefully in the near future, and we will absolutely go back to Creative Floors and Bob. I should mention that we had different installers each time and they both did excellent work.

We worked with Carl on our selection and installation. He was knowledgeable and patient with us. We selected and rejected at least 10 different colors and styles before choosing this wood look tile. We requested installation on the diagonal, which cost a little extra, but the final results are fantastic. The installation team was great and very clean and neat. They spent three days during the installation and worked hard to get it done.I would strongly recommend Creative floors for your remodeling consideration.Tom Baccus

Manager Bob, committed to a price and install then backed out of the install date and wanted to re-schedule for weeks down the road. Although we were on a tight time table we were able to adjust to the new date if he would be able to give a discount on the tile. At the time of selection the tile price (249) was NOT a discounted price. A week or so later when we called he had changed the price of the tile (to 289) and placed a SALE PRICE (of 249) on the same tile. This was the original price to begin with. In other words he jacked up the price to lead you to believe he was giving a discount. Not to mention his rudeness and un-business like approach with regards to his discounting measures. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

After a wretched experience with a home improvement store, I connected with Creative Floors through the blog of a professional carpet layer -- the only store in town he would recommend. From Carl Bourlands patience and counsel in the store while we selected a laminate, to the installers, it was a first-rate experience. Same job, $3,000 less with Creative. Thats because all the extras are not extra. Installation includes removing the old carpet, moving all the furniture. The day our carpets were removed, it was obvious our floor was too wonky to continue with the laminate installation. Creative was able to get a leveling crew out the very next morning. Installation proceeded the day after that and they knocked out all 600 square feet in a single day. Since our bed was in pieces in the garage and we didnt have access to the working portion of our house while the leveler dried, I appreciated the speed. The workmen were friendly, comfortable to be around. Respectful of me and my property, took great care moving the furniture. No lunch break, no smoke break and ... no foul language, not once. When they were moving my dining room table back into the house, one of the gentlemen noticed a leg was loose and fixed that for me. I mean, who does that anymore? If you choose Creative, you are making the right choice.

We’ve had a tile back splash and fire place tile work done through Bob Hapka with Creative Floors in the past, so when it came time to choose new tile flooring for our house, we knew it was Bob Hapka that we would call, and he did not let us down! He helped us pick the right wood look tile and perfect grout. He also got us the best tile crew to do the work and it was all done on time. It looks amazing! We are loving our new floors! Thank you to Bob, Marcella, and crew!

Three years ago Creative Floors helped me solve a difficult base floor situation. It was a rough finished , non leveled slab. I had first gone to a big box store and they were only interested in their bottom line and not in my needs.At Creative Floors they listened and were able to advise me. The result was a beautiful , wood- look vinyl floor that required special preparation to achieve the desired result.The floor I wanted looks great. I receive compliments all the time. And most importantly, I am thrilled with the results.Fast forward...Last month I purchased an apartment which will be a rental property. Once again I went to Creative Floors and received good, honest guidance. I trust this vendor and will always go to them first and exclusively.

Carl is very knowledgeable and helpful while picking out my title and carpet. But be careful if you buy carpet here and want it installed there carpet installers do not move furniture such as bookcases and entertainment centers.

My wife and I wanted to replace all flooring in our home (except for the bathrooms)with tile that looked like hardwood. We shopped around and ended up here based on a recommendation. We met with Rob who was very helpful, professional and easy to deal with. He showed us some tile and allowed us to take several samples home (free of charge unlike other suppliers). We made our decision, placed a deposit and waited for the installation. Scheduling a convenient time for the installation was a breeze and the install team of Marcelo and his crew were absolutely amazing. The were punctual, professional, personable and went out of there way to be a disruptive as possible. The were tedious and concientous in the preparation and in their installation. I can not say enough positive things about the install team. They were unbelievable and the finished project far and exceeding my wife’s and my expectations. No one can believe its tile until they actually touch it. The entire process from beginning to end was virtually problem free. There was never an issue, a proble or a disagreement. The store and the installers went out of their way to ensure we were happy and satisfied. We can highly recommend Creative Flooring for your next flooring improvement project.

Long story short -- I shouldve trusted my instincts instead of my husbands judgement on vendors. I initially visited Bob Hapka in July 2017 for a dishwasher leak. Fast forward to Jan 2018 where I let my husband manage a renovation that went terribly wrong. We ended up hiring a Certified Flooring Inspector for a wood look tile install from a GC that was horrid. Fired the GC and was back to square one still living upstairs after 4 months. Imagine that with two 3 year olds with no access to bottom floor!!!The CFI recommendation was a name I was very familiar with -- Bob Hapka from Creative Floors. After all this time I went back and Bob remembered me. There was a specific color that I wanted and I brought in a sample from another store. He was able to find that wood and beat that price.Let me continue by saying I am VERY detailed oriented and picky. Ok, I wanted this job done and I wanted it done right.Bob was so understanding of my concerns and nervousness. I cant thank him enough for dealing with my pickiness of wood.He set me up with the best install crew EVER! Brent Taylor YOU AND YOUR TEAM are the best!!! I couldnt have asked for a better crew. Honest, good people. When I get carpet replaced upstairs - Im calling you!In the end -- If youre looking to redo flooring do not waste your time with other vendors (like I did for 7 months) just call Bob Hapka at Creative Floors. Highly recommended from me and the certified flooring inspectors! We love our floors and couldn’t be happier! BIG thanks to Bob and his exceptional customer service and dedication to this project.
