I always love publix. They are always clean and carry everything I want and need! Normally I come here for the boars Head cold cuts which cant get anywhere else. They are always well staffed at the registers and helpful employees are always nearby.

Deli service is always slow here. Very few checkout lines with none being self checkout. Otherwise, its as useful as any other grocery store.

Organized and management was out working actually helping their team with a large crowd of people. Love seeing everyone support one another. after working years in retail it’s a rare sight.

I just want to let you know that I visit the deli section frequently and every time Im there I notice that Emily ( I believe she is one of the managers) is always busy doing something, or helping customers, and just is overall engaged in her job. I just want to give her some positive recognition. My perception is that she is very responsible and dedicatedThank you

Friendly, patient, helpful clerks/cashiers. Fast and efficient pharmacy. Had Covid vaccine appointment which was handled professionally and expeditiously.

A nice young man named Trevor helped me rake all if my groceries out if my cart at check out and assured me that he would organize them just as I would.Also, a very nice man at the service desk helped me with lottery purchase. He came over from a different location to work there

3 stars as my experience here varies. The subs are usually excellent unless the employee is new. I used to shop here once a week prior to c0v*d.There are beyond nice people and then super rude----> to an oddly creepy hispanic male manager who constantly stares. What is your deal weirdo?

Kristel in the deli, was very professional and very friendly and made our shopping experience that much better!

This is my local Publix and my go to for fresh produce and high end items. However they don’t stay on top of their inventory. I am super familiar with the front desk on checking inventory and reordering I should get paid for reminding them that they have been out of an item for over a week. Their management is super friendly and interact in your best interest but the deli has a few regulars that go through the motions and will go back and forth a few minutes before finally taking your order. They’ve been there so long know the job but would be very happy not to interact with the customers.

Very clean and organized store. Always has what I need and always stocked. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially the cashier and bagger I had Lauren and Nick. They both greeted me promptly, made sure I found everything nicely and got me out in a timely manner. Tony at the front desk was also very helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!

Don’t waste your time at this Publix. The deli is incompetent. Your online orders will be ready whenever they feel like getting to it. Absolute waste of time coming here.

This is one of the worst publix in town. In general, the staff is not friendly like other publix stores. There is less selection and a much smaller deli and bakery area. It really needs a remodel and new management to help the employees up their games. We try to go to any other publix even if its out of our way.

This Publix is one of my favorites super clean, organized and the lines move so fast I have never had to wait more than like 10 minutes. The only thing I don’t like is the deli super tight space and they’re a little disorganized and they don’t follow with the numbers. But super friendly and nice staff. They always have all I need.

I went there to buy a cake for my graduation class, we are graduating for radiology technologist, I wanted it to say congrats grads , kiss our mAs ( it is a medical term ) and the lady and manager there refused to put that on the cake said it might offend someone in my class and Publix name is on it. , Well now Im a little irritated that they are telling me what I can put on my cake . The manager said Ill give you a bag of icing and you can write it yourself, excuse me I am not a cake decorator. Then I said fine put we expose you pose and he was rude about that. I buy probably 7 cakes a year from Publix and spend some money on them but never again !

Although I usually go to Super for the slightly lower prices I enjoy Publix very much. The people are friendly, locations are always convenient, the cashiers are Pleasant and helpful and you are always welcomed from the moment you walk in until you leave. Shopping truly is a pleasure!

I used to love this Publix but lately, they always seem to be out of some of their weekly bogo items. This has been going on for several weeks. And I go on Thursday afternoon, the day the sales start. I dont know if this coincides with a change in management, but I will be shopping at a different Publix for a while. Possibly quite a while, because somehow I dont think this will be corrected any time soon.

Josh in the pharmacy was amazing. My prescription was on back order for a month and I couldn’t go a month without taking it. He went to the pharmacist to see if they could help. Then he found the prescription at another Publix. Not only did he transfer it for me, but he called first to be sure they had the inventory and could fill it. He called me back promptly to let me know it was being filled by the other location. Thank you Josh for making this so easy and for me not having to worry about my prescription. You are awesome!!!!

Used the pharmacy and we were from out of town, filled our prescriptions in 40 minutes

The managers are highly engaged with the customers,they restock pretty often, and they have a lot of vegan products at this location that I dont find at the other nearby locations.

Young kid bagging items was incredibly rude. This was a while back so hopefully they have better staff now. Maybe after a repeat visit I can adjust score. For the time being however I gladly leave the score that reflects my experience with this under qualified bagging clerk.

Lamar and Arteis (hoped we spelled that right) were absolutely amazing. We have a young child and then were so friendly and kind to us and our child. They even blew a balloon up for my son. Their customer service was top notch and definitely made for a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Those gentlemen were both phenomenal.
