Kevin wasn’t there when I came to look for a couch set the 1st day but he was there the next day & was great! He wasn’t pushy @ all, he explained all the details of my purchase & the prices were very fair! The delivery guys were great! They were on time, took all the boxes wit them after they set-up everything & made sure that it all worked too. They also took the big box of boxes of my personal stuff for me too which they didn’t have to do! They went above & beyond to make sure that I was all set & didn’t need anything b4 they left! I will definitely buy from them again!!

Came to this location by reading the reviews worse mistake ever..The so called owner Javier definitely lacks in Customer service skills and Kevin misleading their contracts with hidden fees just to make a sale, this company will make sure to end your 90 days on a Sunday when they are closed. I’m battling Cancer and tried to pay within my 90 day timeframe , but was given three different payoff amounts by three different employees ALL was not accurate, once I asked for a breakdown and finally received the correct amount to pay by Javier I had an emergency surgery and missed my 90 days by one day with no care this company wouldn’t make an exception and added on another $296.00 to payoff the mattress leaving me to pay over $600 for a matters that’s simply NOT worth it. Returning and NEVER doing business with this company again! I would suggest you find a better company to deal with not honest people just out to make an easy sale!!

VERY easy to use and will save allot of 💰💰 because they are energy efficient.I paid for 2 weeks and got 2 weeks free!The application process was quick and easy. It was delivered the NEXT day. Ill have it paid off in full before the next election. The delivery driver set up everything and explained the features before leaving. Excellent service and very much appreciated! Ill most definitely keep them at top of my list should I need something else in future. I highly recommend you give them your business. You wont be sorry that you did. However, you will likely regret if you dont!

I checked 2 other competitors that had similar prices but later came back because great rooms offered me free delivery.I paid exactly what I was quoted, the furniture arrived as promised. These guys are they real deal. They just finished delivering my couch, and the delivery was full of laughs, conversation, and advice. Even when I initially called to ask if they had what I was looking for and then went to the store to check it out, I received nothing but kindness, assurance, and a non- pushy approach to customer service. Javi and Josh are down-to-earth, and put tremendously effort to communicate and make sure you are satisfied. The other Javi (manager) was very friendly and willing to help me with some questions I had beyond his obligations. I would definitely recommend working with these guys to problem- solve and find what you are looking for. I started getting furniture from this store, run by Javy back in 2013. I have referred multiple people to them and never seen my referral until I call and ask for it. I have gone months and months paying on time but in the last month, I fell on a couple of hard times and I have since received a letter threatening to file criminal charges. As a consumer, your loyalty means nothing to them. I have purchased 20+ pieces from them and I literally have one agreement left and this is how they choose to handle it. Not one Great Rooms rep has come to my home. When you call the store, Margarita will TRY to help but Javy will fire her or any other rep that isnt HARASSING you to make a payment. I will NEVER enter another agreement with them and if you are smart, you wont even look their way.So of course. I get a call from JAVY, requesting that I edit my review and threatening to pickup my furniture because of a review. All of this, before he even looked in the system to see that I had already set up a commitment to pay. He alleges that every customer receives this certified letter with a threat after - get this - 16 days - of non-payment. He alleges that I have received 10 of these letters over the course of 6 years. Per my records, this is the first I have received. The trust and loyalty that I thought existed with this company, for me, is broken and gone. And to receive a phone call regarding a review, not to mention not one apology, saddens me. Think twice on this company, for sure.

Went to the store in August and was told by the Sales rep that I can make a deposit to an intended purchase but they will not make order until I was ready and my deposit would be kept even got a receipt that was not tied to any item. Specifically told her I was closing on a home so my timeline would shift. Went back to the store 47 days later to utilize my deposit on items now preferred and continue business and is now told I lost my deposit by whom I assumed owns/ manages the store. Still waiting for follow-up call. Very misleading experience!!! I I am sure I will pay more than that deposit for litigation fees so keep it. Buyers beware...
