Mobile home park. Drive way for 2 cars at each trailer. Parking for visitors is very limited. Only one car in front on street. Lots of lots and mobile homes for rent. $500 / lot. More for mobile home rental

$500 + for a freaking trailer lot!! Run for the hills. The policies are outlandish. Youd think for over $500 per month just for rent they would mow your lawn and shovel snow as well... Nope. They actually threaten you $100 minimum to mow your lawn while at work if it gets to be 4Craziest things Ive ever seen or heard of anywhere in the United StatesBEWARE!! IF YOU MOVE HERE AFTER READING THIS, ITS YOUR OWN FAULT!!YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

I have no business interaction with this place. Therefore theres no reason to criticize. Love the little park area.

If getting your brother (Brandon Kugler) to give you a good review when youre the community manager is any indication of what to expect read no further. Although I havent met said person, owner, or any representative, I do know I will be hearing from them with a paper letter pinned to my door stating (Grass areas shall be kept 4 high or less. All fence lines shall be maintained to prevent the grass from growing higher than 4) with the threat of changing me an extra $50.00/per person per hour, minimum $100.00. This is all while there is a country vegetive growth violation behind all the trailers every summer, which is there responsibility. Winter is another story, the community is on a hill and every time it snows, its slick I have seen there fence blown out by a vhehicle that couldnt stop every year, for 5 seasons. The road gets plowed sometimes but it doesnt do much good to uncover the packed snow and ice. Another consistency is raising the bill, every year, 2018 it should be >$500.00 plus all utilities just for the lot. Also I cant imagine Ill be treated to well when I leave, I know someone whos home burned down and it was the end of the month, so the manager demanded the trailer be moved although the owner was in an intensive care unit and couldnt speak for themselves, and yeah the lot is still empty months later. Now the inconsistently, youll be given a book to sign stating things like you cant rent a trailer, you can only have a certain number of vehicles on record with them, number of pets, types of pets, sizes of pets, and number of beds and how many can sleep in them, lol thats a good one. This is probably the only attempt they do to keep the community clean other than writing notes, and attaching them to doors. Now on the positive side, Ill tell you how they earned that other hard earned star. Its a good neighborhood for all the good neighbors, it is a fairy quiet, there are many families with children, and we feel secure living here. Perhaps the owners leaving us alone is the best thing they did...

Ive lived here for two full years. In which they pay the water bill. But 6 times ive been without water for 48 hours at a time with a family of 4. The management is rude and unprofessional
