We rented our kids flute for a year and a half from Hill Music. Got the insurance in case she lost the flute or broke it. Only used the insurance once to fix a key. The repair was quick. The rental return was quick and easy. If youre not sure if your kiddo will stick with an instrument, not a bad way to go. They also have instrument care items, books and a knowledgeable staff.

Loved how easy it was to rent instruments from them. Rent included insurance and auto deduction from bank account. Since we are not from Casper this was the very best option for us. Thanks for your wonderful customer service!

Just moved back to Douglas after 2 years in Illinois catching up on my Horn playing, among other things, after many years. Came in, talked to Rob & Kurt, brought my horn in a few days later had it cleaned, restrung, oiled, greased and 2 solder repairs in 3 1/2 hours, the day after Christmas!! Is that service or what??! Very Pleased! Look out Wyoming, me & my French Horn are ready!

Ive bought 3 guitars here. Tim (their strings guy) is super awesome! Knowledgeable and honest. Taking lessons from Robert Brackel which has been very valuable. High recommendations for this store!!

3rd time ive been here staff is rude and mostly ignorant. If i wanted too be treated like a burden Ill go too my moms house! Not only that but theyre prices are ridiculous! I tried to go local but I guess Ill just have to stick with Amazon and Sweetwater.

Incredibly rude and lazy staff. I went in wanting to buy a violin, and never even laid eyes on one. The guy rattled off some information that had nothing to do with what I asked him and then went back to what he was working on and pretty much ignored me, even after I asked about buying outright instead of renting. Do NOT go here. Go anywhere but here.
