Customer service was horrible. you keep having a bunch of employees walking out in front of you or pushing their stocking carts in your way so you cant get by not being courteous at all.

Empty shelves at some points, but I guess covid hit here worse than others due to its further location. Got most of what I wanted with no employee help didnt see any anywhere other than a few in self checkout and the 3 registers going. Seems Walmart has abandoned service to machines. Bring back workers!

Most of the time the friendliness is gone.The worst mistake in my life was to go to work for Walmart.

Was very upset with the online pickup. Ordered a costly item, everything was processed, card was charged the amount due, all I had to do was wait to go pick it up after I got off work. About a half hour after the order was submitted I get a notification saying my order was cancelled. Confused after everything was already processed and good to go, I call, got transferred to the pick up services, the kid on the phone couldn’t really give me a good answer on what happened other than maybe it got bought out, or some other thing could’ve happened. Not his fault, but I wanted to know what happened. So I called again and talked to customer service, they too couldn’t give me the answers I wanted and couldn’t get me my refund for 4-5 business days. So I go into the store because I wanted said item that day and was willing to look at other models. I look down the isle and lone and behold there were two items of the exact thing I ordered 30 minutes before, sitting on the shelf. I go to customer service and explain to them the situation again, and they too were confused why my order was cancelled when the item was in stock. Don’t know what happened there, this was my first time using the pick up option and I can say I am thoroughly disappointed. Not only by the lack of help, but by the disorganization of the program, and the way refunds are handled. Will not be using it again.

The end of there parking lot drive ways need to have the trees trimmed so people can see what is coming.

Pharmacy is much better than the east-side Walmart. Much shorter wait and much nicer workers.

I love the staff at this WalMart even if I have to drive further for the customer service. The employees are super helpful to me. They also take pride in their store as the shelves were stocked and products were front faced and it looked really nice. Great job!

The Self service cashier had us check out with him. We got in and out quickly.

Took 30 min to find bakery person, then she did great, but there was a lady with no hairnet and she was rude

I wish they had more of a selection for makeup like the east side Walmart does. Set up is completely different which sucks.

Went in yesterday at West side and I didnt even have three items, that were on the counter in my bags when I got home. No worries, he didnt even ring them up. Just gave me a total, I paid and asked if I had everything and he said, yes.

A member of the pharmacy staff got my script up to the checkout. Then I waited 15 minutes for a pharmacist to ask if I had any questions. Unbelievable.

This is on the vision center they never have enough help who actually know what they are doing with the insurance portion. When placing an order . Very nice ppl over all but untrained .

Went into the liquor store and there was only one clerk. The clerk needed a manager to override the transaction from the person in front of us. The clerk said she could not pause the transaction and open another register. The manager refused to physically come in, but tried to remotely fix the problem which was a gift card not working. Nothing got taken care of and we were still standing there 15 minutes later.... needles to say we left. Take your business somewhere local!

What can I tell you it Walmart. Good prices and good and easy baking.

Is Walmart is conveniently located off the highway oh, it has a large parking lot where rvers and campers can stay overnight, and being a supercenter you can get your groceries done while shopping for many other things.

This isnt okay Walmart for such a small town nobody ever bothers me and I never have any problems everybodys always friendly and willing to help if you need something or cant find something I love the money center I go there every two weeks and send money home to my mother-in-law

Stopped through on a cross-country road trip. We wanted to buy something that was locked into the shelf. None of the employees we asked could help us because they didnt have keys. The one who could was nowhere to be found. We left without buying what we came for. The store was clean and the employees were otherwise friendly.

Id like to say I wish i could give 3.75 stars. This Wal-Mart is far less crowded and super clean. This is quite possibly the cleanest Wal-Mart Ive been in for a long time. The shelves are well stocked and clean. I appreciated that the store was not crowded and I was able to get in and out with great esse. The self check out area was moving fast and I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The water machine is slow and sucks if your refilling 5 gallon water jugs. The garden section is sparse to say the least. The basket recovery crew was on top of things and cool to deal with.

As with many other places masks are required if you are not fully immunized. Its an average Walmart. The auto repair center is not very good though. They sold me a battery for my car which had a dead cell. Then gave me a hard time about trying to return it and get a new one. I ended up not getting my money back and went somewhere else to get my battery. Other than their automotive center it is like every other Walmart

Though Ive not been here before the recent re-organization of the store, this Super Walmart will remain one of my favorite of favorite ones, one having earned their 5 stars from me through the years. Truthfully, am thinking this has to do with the people of Casper themselves, both associates and customers alike. Their friendliness, realness, helpfulness, and conservatism - what Id call good conservatism - all factor in here. Yes, there is such a thing as good conservatism though unfortunately its no longer broadly associated with the Republican Party, in my estimation. Call me a Recovering Republican (or a cheap date), but alas, Ive veered off of the highway here. Back on track...Hopefully after their re-organizing and many product swaps this enjoyable Walmart with the always fresh atmosphere about it remains one of the cleanest of the clean as well. It certainly was previously and in my estimation quite likely is today too. Makes a big difference, it does. Speaking of cleanliness, has anyone besides me ever pondered about the genesis of grocery pickup a few years ago @ Walmart Supercenters? Grocery and curb pickup service was all engineered, organized, refined, and executed not long before the Sars-CoV-2 / Covid-19 pandemic for groceries first and then shopping in general. Hmmm? Interesting, no? The employees were polite and helpful. The store was well stocked but the floors were pretty dirty which made me wonder how clean the counters ans bathrooms were cleaned.

They just never have stuff in stock like they used to and some of the employees are rude

Went to get a tire was never greeted or even acknowledged for that matter just watched the employees walk past us p.s. they all look dead and move as fast as a dying dream

Stanley was my cashier and probably the best customer care Ive ever had.

Wasnt to busy. Got thru check-out in a decent amount of time. Cashier was awesome. He put the sacks in the cart for me. Never had that happen before.

They had what I needed. Easy to find. Priced right.

The Walmart on West side of Casper is much cleaner and over all nicer. Ill drive the extra bit to go to this one :)

Walmart west is great because their is plenty of room to shop, good food products. Its organized very well so you can get in find what youre looking for and get out.

The new remodel and inventory shuffle has caused me to look elsewhere for most of my buying needs. Shopping should not be a stressfull game of hide and seek. The better idea people should get some real world experience before trying their ideas out on the public!!@

I usually always find what I need there when its not available at other stores. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

For some reason this Walmart doesn’t have a few of the grocery items I purchase on a regular basis.Having to go across town to the other Walmart for something is annoying.

Did grocery for pick up. Got to the store the text and email I received told me to check in with link provided. Neither link worked. I didn’t know where grocery pick up was. Again the text that I got from Walmart said to look for orange pick up signs. I drove around the parking lot for WAY TOO LONG before I finally saw a small BLUE sign with an arrow. So finally find parking spots the say they’re for grocery pickup. I call the phone number. Doesn’t work. I finally found some different parking spots for pick up and called THAT number and again mailbox full. Finally a guy came to my car. Will never use Walmart again. What a SNAFU.

Very disorganized, had wood pellets on the floor almost slipped and fell. Staff is never friendly. Evidently they dont like to post there service desk hours for customers to know. Very rude never helpful at all. There are a few good employees at this location but the rest are worthless. I will be going elsewhere for my grocerie shopping from now on

Friendly service. Light was out in the parking lots so it was dark. Signage for the liquor store seemed to be out. It wasnt clear that the liquor had a separate enterance. I think there workers working the lines around the other side indicating it was a temporary issue.

This store has definitely made progress. It has better products,easier to find items. Some prices are to expensive but overall I love the west end walmart.

They have really bad customer service.Me and my mom we’re waiting at makeup spot from 30 minutes waiting for someone.After we had ask for someone to help us then waited another 10 called someone from the Walmart phone and then another to call someone.30 minutes and no one came to help us .After we had told them that my mom is hurt she uses crutches to walk .so for us to be waiting that long is not okay .we had walk away after 30 min to get wha we needed one we had came back i ask the person to help us he came to our rescue even tho he has nothing to do with cosmetics he had stop jop help us because the cosmetics person would not come .

I prefer this walmart to the east side Walmart. Mostly because it has a liquor store that the other does not. Saves me an extra stop

Ordered a set of tires from the Walmart in Casper, and they sent the set of tires individually one at a time rather than shipping them all at once. The tires were supposed to arrive 2 days ago and I am still waiting on one more tire to arrive. Unprofessional
