Five years ago, we moved into a new house. After a few weeks, the flooring in one bathroom separated 2-3 in length. It was fixed, which lasted a couple of weeks. It began to separate even more, so I went straight to the owner, and was told they would send someone out. Never heard another word. Wont go back...

Same as Flooring America (National) NOTE: This review posted DURING mask mandate in Wyoming: Flooring America says they are putting the safety of our communities, employees and customers first by following CDC guidelines during a pandemic, however they are not. The first thing listed on the CDC website & Wyo Dept of Health is businesses and employees and citizens need to wear a mask. The CDC says to still wear a mask if not vaccinated. We went here on recommendation of other family members who have used them in the past. We are seniors who value our health in retirement and were told right to our face when we walked in and asked, Nope, we dont wear masks in here. We turned around and walked out with our potential business. Guess they have enough business that they dont care. We even checked with their Flooring America Global Partners CCA and were told that was not the policy they had spoken to their partners about nor the guarantee made on their national web sites. We just moved back to Casper and will give our business to businesses that respect us (and our health) as customers and act professionally. We absolutely want to support local businesses & franchises during these trying times. Shout out so far to Steamboat Deli (great sandwiches!)Furniture Row, Slumberland, Summit Electric, Home Depot, Walmart, Smiths (especially) Albertsons (& other grocery stores), AMBI Mailing (counter help), Arbys (Wheatland), QDoba, Great Harvest Bakery, Wyoming Medical Center, Perfect Flooring, Do-Overs Organizing, Wyoming Orthopedic, Mills Post Office (employees), Bed, Bath & Beyond, Rosss, JC Penneys, Pizza Hut, City Brew Coffee, Casper Tin, Shes Got This (painting/cleaning) & many others.

These people are great. Superb customer service.

Harvey has helped us through a difficult time of choosing new flooring. He is very knowledgable and a very sincere man.

I love a company that always does what they say they will do, and Carpet Creations did just that. When I got my new rugs installed, all of the workers got in and got out exactly on schedule as they said. Also, they take pride in their work. They cleaned up my place before they left and actually left it looking better than when they first got there.

Provided us with a disappointing product (requested products that are highly scratch proof and it was scratched within hours of installation) and unsatisfactory customer service when trying to find a solution to the situation. We had to call several times to get them to come look at it and they they provided no assistance other than to try buffing it out with a tennis ball.

I absolutely love my new carpeting! Thank you to all the guys that worked on it, you did a really nice job. All of the employees were very good with communicating things to me and they always followed through.

Carpet Creations did a fine job on our house. Working with them was simple and straight forward, they were very fair with prices and everything. I really liked them and Ive definitely told some friends about them so I give it 5 stars!

When you sign with Carpet Creations to do work for you, youll be getting the whole package! The whole deal was awesome. They are good with working according to schedule, clean, wont break the bank, and all around nice people. I cant think of anything else you would need.

The staff spent a lot of time helping me find great products that could be installed over existing floors without expensive tearouts. They also spent the time it took to find colors/styles that matched the existing rooms. They ordered the materials and had it installed late the following week. It looks great.

I just recently had my carpets installed by Carpet Creations. The quality of work they did was impressive. The staff is great, and really able to explain things in a way that a normal person can understand.

Worst experience ever with trying to remodel our home. We started July 5 ordering tile for the kitchen and carpeting for living room and bedrooms. We later ordered tile for the bathroom. The tile in the kitchen was horribly laid. I had the new cabinets set anyways as this company was backing up the rest of the contractors. They ripped out the visible tile and layed new and are partially grouting today 10-17-16. The carpet cant be layed till the tile is done. The bathroom was a fiasco as they did not order enough flooring nor schedule anyone to lay it even though they had a 6 weeks notice. I had a private contractor use Home Depot tile to tie into the wall tile setting at the house. He did a wonderful job. While this carpet/tile place has a good warranty, I suggest you go elsewhere unless living in perpetual dust and destruction is your thing.

These folks do great work, we got a flawless carpet install about a year ago and ready to do some more!

What I love most about Carpet Creations is how easy it is to communicate to all of the workers. They are all extremely helpful and kind!
