My vehicle went in to have repairs done on it. I bought an extended warranty when I got the vehicle to cover basically anything aside from normal wear and tear as well as a rental car when my car was being serviced. I spent thousands more for this convenience in case anything ever came up then I would be covered for a ride and to get my car fixed. However, this is the second time theyve had my car and denied me a rental car after I paid thousands to have that coverage. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and this is the final straw for me. Once my warranty is up I am selling my Ford and will never be returning. This is truly awful service.

Just spent $140 getting the interior detailed on my truck, all the fabric is great, you can tell they took their time cleaning it.EVERYTHING else is an entirely different story, just spent the last 45 mins cleaning every piece of leather and plastic inside the truck due to it looking like a 5 year old went through with armor all wipes, they didn’t even clean up the dust and dirt first, just wiped it down and buried all the dust and dirt in oil….. OIL!I am most likely going to have to get it detailed AGAIN just to get all the oil residue out of my truck.

Walked in, made an appointment a week out. Didnt have to wait forever for someone to be available, everything was simple, and the appointment wasnt dreadfully long. Cost seemed reasonable, dealership pricing, but not horrid.Ill have to price-shop, but the service was great.

We were on the road and had a check engine light come on. We called every Fod dealer between Billings and Greeley Colorado to get serviced. All said they were book and couldnt help us that day except Greiber Ford in Casper. Jim in the service department fit us in and Matt the technician took time out to check our vehicle. It ended up being something from a service bulletin from Ford . Luckily we were still under warranty. Matt had us back on the road in about an hour. Great customer service and kind and friendly people.

They are quick to sell you a vehicle but when it comes back to a follow up, getting back to you. Especially when they sell you a brand spankin new vehicle and after a month its having issues. Noone seems to be around or no call back. Very poor. Shows how much appreciation is really there is for a client. I was satisfied with ford, not now after this incident.

Do not trust this dealership in disclosing everything you need to know about vehicles you purchase from them. After purchasing a dealership modified Waldoc model F250 truck with larger tires, I realized the spare with the truck was a regular sized tire that could not be used as a spare. This would damage the other three tires and possibly the lift components if I had gotten a flat out of town, which is the entire reason someone purchases a TRUCK. There was no help from the GM of the dealership who ultimately had the final say. I’m very disappointed. Make sure you double check everything before signing with them. I sure wish I would have. They won’t do you any favors!

Out F350 had a steering problem as we where pulling a fifth wheel through Wyoming. Called several people but the only one willing to help was Grenier Ford in Casper. Their service department is A-one. Ordered a new steering wheel and had our truck ready a day early. Really saved us a lot of hassle. Thank you Ryan and Roger P.

My wife and I were about to depart our RV site to head out toward home (Portland,OR) from just south of Caspar. I received an alert on my FordPass app saying to NOT DRIVE my F350 due to a recall concerning the front wheels/axels. I called Grenier and James Swanson fit me in to his already packed schedule. He made it a point to get the recall issue rectified (Everything was ok)!. James was friendly, professional and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Everyone at Grenier was fabulous. This is a culture that comes from leadership at all levels, but starts at the top. WELL DONE!!!From my reception of the alert on FORDPASS to leaving the dealership ready to continue was less than 4 hours.THANK YOU!

I stopped by to get a signal light changed since I didnt have the right tools to do it. The wait in the Quick Service line was long and the service adviser was up front about that. I went over to the Parts Department to get what I needed. Jim was amazing and so incredibly helpful. I purchased the bulb and then he had Roger help me change out the bulb and sent me on my way! A bit of Christmas Spirit in our Covid world. Thanks Jim & Roger for making my day and keeping me safe !!

Fee, my salesgirl was fantastic. Beyond her, customer service was a complete joke. Financing did not get my paperwork to the courthouse and therefore I was unable to get license plates when the time came to get them. Upon calling Greiner Ford about the issue, I had to call 5 times to get a response. I was told -in a roundabout way- that it was my fault that they didn’t get paperwork turned in on time because paperwork related to the funding was missing. Well if that was the case, why did I drive off their lot in my new car if funding hadn’t been completed? I was also told that covid was to blame. I was also told that they were just so busy that they couldn’t get my paperwork filed with the courthouse in the 2 months since I purchased the vehicle. My suggestion would be for the folks in financing at Greiner to simply own their mistake/delay and apologize and offer to make it right. Unfortunately, I would go to any other dealership before purchasing here again. It’s these small details in customer service that make or break ones reputation.

Not good at online parts sales. They show the one part online and then ship a different part, other than pictured, and they want you to pay for their mistake. Strange they would waste so much in labor and overhead to protect their ego over a trivial amount. It would cost them less to just fix the problem and be know as the good guys?

We were met by Faye Day. She is a very charming and intelligent person. She sat down with us and asked about our desires for a new vehicle. She showed us several trucks and discussed the features of each. Within a while we made our choice. Faye then talked about financing. We worked through the fun stuff and signed the papers.Our purchase was a great experience. We would recommend Faye Day to anyone.

I bought a new car from Greiner Ford. While we were trying to buy the car, the general manager Bob D. repeatedly attempted to manipulate the pricing and would interrupt me and my family at multiple points over the course of the conversation. After 2 months we go to the court house to get the license plates, but theres no title at the court house and on top of that the vehicle buyers order claimed that we hadnt made any payments on the vehicle, when in all reality we payed cash for the vehicle and we have a bank statement that says they cashed the check into the bank. After this whole ordeal we tried calling their offices and they would not pick up. Finally we called the manager Bob D. and he was absolutely rude; he repeatedly talked over my mother and the county clerk official that was there as a witness and victim to his rudeness. I hope the heads of Greiner Ford hear about this.

Sales were polite and knowledgeable. The vehicle we went to look at had been sold. they were willing to stay late to show us other available ones.Online loan application doesnt work properly so dont waste your time filling it out.Scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork and the finance department wasnt notified until we arrived, waited an hour before signing.Overall was a good experience. Fix the online application and give finance a heads up and it would have been 5 star.

Bryce, our salesman, was so helpful...knew the process and did not waste my time. I called ahead as I was on a time crunch having to travel from out of town. He prepared the paperwork ahead, and of course the team was part of this great experience, and had signatures ready to go and clearly explained the vehicle and any associated technology. Car was ready, no pressure, as I actually called him directly after the efficient and pleasant previous sales experience with Bryce when my son bought his car. Bryce is a keeper! Rest of the staff was also helpful and organized. Much better experience here than past purchases with other dealers. I will highly recommend Greiner dealership. Thanks and I love my new car!

If i could give zero stars i would. Tracy was extremely rude when i was trying to test drive a vehicle. I do not recommend doing business here. At one point i was told they had “lost” the vehicle i wanted to test drive then later called to tell me they found it and it was dead but i could drive it the next day after it charged... when i tried to call the manager Sam to talk to him about my experience he was a complete jerk.

My experience at Greiner was wonderful. Randy took the time to show me the cars I was interested in and didnt pressure me into other vehicles I had no intention of looking at. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle as stress.free as it could be. The day after I purchased my vehicle he called to make sure I knew how everything worked. He even took the time to practice using the traction control so I would feel comfortable driving on icy roads. Randy goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend asking for him when you go to purchase your next vehicle.

Lied to my face about what they were going to pay me for my trade in. Once my bank received a check from griener for my vehicle it was short 500. So my bank confronts them about the missing 500 and they thell them that was the price we agreed upon So i call this dealership and they tell me that they sent the correct ammount. Lies. i had a copy of their check emailed to me. contacted my lawyer and am returning a brand new truck. I suggest you buy out of state, this is the first vehicle Ive purchased in casper wy trying to keep things local in difficult times and this is what i get. A shady financial department and a salesperson who couldnt tell you the difference from diesel to a gas truck. An effing Joke of a dealership.

My family and me, we were going from Texas to Wyoming to visit Yellowstone but on the way my truck failed, I arrived to Casper Wyoming and Jim (James Swanson) helped me with the problem despite not having appointments available, I told him, I was going on a vacation trip and he did not hesitate to support me, excellent service and attention, in just 3 hours they gave me the diagnosis of the failure and they fixed it, my family and I are very grateful since we were able to continue with our trip and our vacations, 100% recommended, very kind and helpful, the Failure came under warranty and they did not charge it

This was my first time going to Greiner for service work on my truck. I will never go back and am going to do many of you a favor in recommending you do not go. I went to get an oil change and waited in their waiting area for two hours and fifty five minutes before going up to the counter to see how long until they were done. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. When I went up they said they were almost done.... three hours later! And after all of that, they charged me over $300 for an oil change and oil filter change! I was told it would cost no more than $199.00! This is ridiculous and I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone. As a friendly piece of advice, don’t be me and look somewhere else before you go here.

On our way to Rawlins July 21 and the check engine light along with other dash warnings came on. We hobbled the 12 miles back to Casper, and landed at Greiner Ford in a GMC. They got the vehicle in in less than 30 minutes. It was in and out of the shop being tested and test driven. They found the problem and had us out of there by 2 p.m. with a price that was the same as the estimate. Impressive

From literally day one there was a problem with the car. We couldnt get it fixed until it completely broke. Just had to take the car in again and was told there was no problem. Had to take the person out and demonstrate one of the problems. He said his tech couldnt replicate it so it couldnt be fixed. Basically the same explanation for the other issues. So we left once again with a broken car after being given a lot of flimsy excuses.

Parts Department could not send correct part to a local repair facility even when given Exact part number from Ford Parts Warehouse website. Charged extreme shipping cost compared with other dealerships that we order from. Not only did it delay the repair for the customer it has left us with shipping cost non refundable for not our mistake. Had my car repaired here took them longer than was supposed to forgot to tell me the car was done couldnt pick it up after they said it was done because the paint looked like a 5 year old buffed it (wish I could post pictures) after fighting with the service guy and him saying he couldnt see it they finally got a half as buff job done on the car now Im still waiting for my headlights to be fixed (put in the wrong bulbs)

While traveling home eastbound on Interstate 80 in Wyoming in my V10 powered class A motor home, I determined that I needed a full synthetic oil change. I called every Ford Commercial Fleet services center I could find( eight in the Denver area). No one could handle it, until I spoke to Lacey at Greiner Ford of Casper! I showed up to their Quick Lane ( no appointment necessary), and they got me right in! I watched in the shop as their highly efficient and friendly technicians did the work. Poetry in motion! I have always received impeccable service here at Greiner. They are well-staffed and offer free refreshments while you shop for a vehcle or have yours serviced. There is an available shuttle if you need it as well. Overall the service has always been top notch here. I put 2 stars only because the person I dealt with was nice. I was quoted an hour for a simple oil change, it was over an hour and a half before I even got the keys back. I watched people that came in after me leave well before I did. Won’t be returning. Also found later on that day, oil splashed up on the side of my truck from them running through puddles of oil.

Service department not so much , called to have my first oil change done asked for a appointment they said I didnt need one they have a fast lane usually takes 30 minutes to a hr at the most so I drive 40 miles just to have it done and they let me no it will be 4 to 5 hrs . Great fast service and very helpful. I travel a lot and have been to many Ford dealers around the country, I will not let any other shop touch my truck beyond a oil change except Greiner. They do the best work ,are honest, and wont treat your vehicle like garbage.

Fantastic customer service. We were traveling and needed a front end repair on our F-350. They were able to get us back on the road in one day. The dealership amenities were impressive.
