The sales staff (Tyler Kelly) was very good. Made us feel welcome and was very helpful. Several times he checked out colors, quantities etc. for us and didnt make us feel like we were bothering him.Pick up department went the same way. (And there was Tyler Kelly again.)Prices were affordable, nice when your on a budget.

Sales people were very friendly, and NOT pushy. They introduced themselves, explained how the price tickets read and then allowed you to roam and browse without hovering.I work a rotating schedule and timing delivery’s can be a nightmare; my salesperson went above and beyond to get my furniture delivered the next day, a day I knew I’d be off.Overall a great experience and will recommend to anyone looking for furniture.

Being us, we came in 40 minutes to close. I believe the guys name is James that helped up. He was amazing. He made sure we were happy with our purchase and took time to show up all of the mattresses they had with details about each to help us figure out the exact one. Great experience.

Dave was awesome! He was very calm, informative, and easy going. We Went in on a few different occasions and we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for. Then once we realized we didn’t have as much space as we thought, but had our hearts set on a specific couch he helped us custom build it to our needs. He also had the perfect balance of there when you need him, but not hovering or following us around. Thanks Dave! So excited for our new couch to come in!

We went to Slumberland to find a new entertainment center. We werent really expecting to find what we wanted, so we thought, hey why not look at everything they have. When we got there, we were greeted by a gentleman named Dave McGullion. He was absolutely the best salesman I have ran across in any industry. He gave us time to look at everything and showed all the bells and whistles on all the furniture. He was very personable and knowledgeable and all around friendly. The best thing was, he wasnt pushy! We found plenty of things we wanted, but ended up buying the perfect entertainment center. We definitely will purchase from Slumberland again because of the great price, but mostly because of the great customer service from Dave. Thanks guys.

Great experience shopping the store(Casper, WY). I was politely greeted by Jason who gave me a rundown of their current store sale and then he let me browse the floor on my own, respectfully. After going in and out of the store 3-4 times he never missed a beat when I had questions about Price/numbers/comparisons/multiple options and he never changed his tone or effort to be his best for me as I will admit I was being quite a wear on a salesman as a buyer. I respected that a lot! There was no push to buy anything, but an answer to my everlong list of questions. And I asked him EVERYTHING! It was a great, comfortable experience. I am not a robot writing this, I just moved here from out of state and will definitely go back there for future purchases just based off my great experience. Boss man above him was just as helpful whenever he assisted with anything or deeper questions. I didnt get his name. Jason, was excellent!

I dont think the salesman had faith I was there to actually make a purchase from the way he looked at me when I walked in. I wasnt all dressed up. A bit ragged actually. Lol He was very friendly and professionally. He was quick on helping me find what I needed. The fellas in the warehouse were fantastic and helpful although they were so busy. You have great employees and I will be back when I go in search of seating for my downstairs theater.

We had the best customer service at Slumberland. James was fabulous, and we found a beautiful new living room set. Slumberland has a huge selection of everything. Worth it to stop in there and look.

We purchased a set of chairs from them and worked with a gentleman named Tyler. He mentioned they have a free delivery program as I am pregnant. We received the chairs this morning and are very impressed with the men that delivered them and the chairs themselves. However, I am very frustrated our previous purchase of a set of tables. The store manager who sold the tables to us did not mention the free delivery service even though I am very clearly 8 months pregnant. That makes me frustrated that the manager wasn’t the first person to suggest this, it was a pretty big inconvenience to get the tables from the warehouse. When I received a text from the manager asking for my level of satisfaction of the service and purchase I responded with my frustration and NEVER got a text back. If it wasn’t for Tyler making things right with this more recent purchase I would say take your money elsewhere.

I am writing regarding a purchase made by my husband and myself in September of 2020 at the Casper, WY store. We bought an entire bedroom set (king bed, two night tables, two dressers, king mattress and box spring) totaling $4700. At the time we made this purchase, we were happy with the customer service we received. Unfortunately, what began as a positive buying experience has turned into disappointment and dissatisfaction.At the time of this purchase, I was 9 months pregnant and we were moving into a new house. We needed furniture quickly in order to move in before our son was born. The furniture we selected was not in stock, but we were told it would be in the following week and we could pick it up when we came back to Casper to get my mother. We were told we HAD to pick it up as Slumberland does not deliver to our home in Medicine Bow (90+ miles away). We agreed as we were planning to be in town at the time and we also understood that there were issues with supply related to COVID.When we came back the following week (trip #2), one of the dressers had not arrived, and likely would not be available until NOVEMBER - two months later. Meaning we would have to make a third 180-mile round-trip to pick up a piece of furniture we had been assured would be delivered at the arranged time and date. So, we took the furniture that was there and returned home.Upon beginning to assemble the bed, my husband quickly discovered that the incorrect hardware had been included and there was no way to put the bed together with what was there. He called Slumberland and was informed that they could order the missing hardware, but that it would be a few weeks before it arrived. Meanwhile, we had no bed to sleep in and I was STILL 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. So, I drove 60 miles the other direction to Laramie and purchased the hardware from Ace Hardware in order for the bed to be usable.Fast-forward 4 months: we did finally pick-up our last dresser in November. It is now February. I was making the bed one morning and crossed the bottom of the bed to the other side. I noticed that the patently fake wood used to cover the footboard of the bed was bulging (due to the presence of multiple air bubbles) and had begun to peel (delaminate). The rest of the furnitures finishings appeared to be intact, but had I even gently pulled on this material, the whole footboard finish would have peeled completely off. So, once again, my husband called Slumberland as the furniture is still under warranty. We were told that, yes, the warranty would cover the repair, however we would have to either bring the footboard to Casper ourselves or pay to have it picked up. We were further informed that, had Slumberland delivered and installed the furniture, the pick-up would also be covered by the warranty. PLEASE REFER TO THE TOP OF THIS MESSAGE WHERE WE WERE DIRECTLY INFORMED THAT WE COULD NOT HAVE THE FURNITURE DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE AND HAD TO PICK IT UP AND ASSEMBLE IT OURSELVES. Clearly, had this been an option from the beginning, we would have chosen to have the furniture delivered and assembled rather than making three separate trips of 180-miles each! When we stated this to the salesman on the phone, we were told that the repair man would get back to us that day or the next day and try to arrange some kind of solution. This also has not happened, and we are still using a $4000+ bedroom set whose bed has begun falling apart after only four months when we were told it would last years due to its sturdy and well-crafted construction. At this point, we are not only dubious about ever purchasing from Slumberland again, but also about recommending them to anyone else. We are very disappointed in our experience with this business.
