Service was excellent, Im from Los Angeles California and Im visiting Casper and Wyoming in general for the first time in my life. I have to say that the service at this Casper store is exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the cashiers by the name of Lexi. Her concern for my satisfaction was totally genuine. You just dont get kind friendly service down in Cali. The Targets in California can definitely take some tips from Lexi. She is a asset to your company, and because of her service I will consider moving to this town someday. Thank you

This store refused to sell me pokemon cards, as they are not following the policy of keeping them behind the counter, as this is the second target i have been to in the past several weeks ( the other target being the super target on Northfield blvd in denver colorado) and when i ask the employee at that one about it, they informed me that it was the same for all targets, and they didnt have any pokemon cards out or on the wall. there ether needs to be some more consistent policy enforcement or this store should just not be receiving tcg product until they can get there act together

Good changes to be more like the national chain, but I really miss the Target food they used to sell, like the hotdogs and popcorn. They really did have the best popcorn in town. Too bad.

If you prefer to use a checker, dont go here. Seven checkout lines and four self checkouts, but NO ONE to checkout unless you go to the service desk in the cramped corner. We were buying school supplies and has a full cart. NOT IMPRESSED by the lack of service. Tempted to leave the entire cart and go somewhere else. Likely to never go there again. More like Walmart everyday!

My wife and I went to Target to purchase things from our baby registry. We found the items we needed and at checkout we gave them our bar code for 15% off. It was scanned and we checkout out. Upon leaving we noticed the 15% off did not work. We went to customer service and showed them. It turns out we gave the cashier the wrong bar code to scan and thats why it didnt work. Steven came out to help us and went through every single baby item we purchased, typed in every single baby product were purchased his computer by hand, and got us our 15% discount. We caused a huge inconvenience, but Steven didnt bat an eye and was extremely patient and kind as he did this for us. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a customer support member.

The Store is always clean and stocked. There is always someone to ask for help and when lines get long they immediately get more checkers to the front until the rush is over. The employees are always friendly and respectful and if they cannot answer my question they find someone who can.

Love our Target for its customer service & cleanliness which makes up for the limited selection that we have sometimes.

Make sure you have ALL of your order when you order online and pick it up. They forgot to give me the equivalent of a sack full of things, which of course I did not realize until I was already home. The WHOLE point of ordering online is obviously to save time, not to make an additional trip back for the items they forgot!

The prices are sky high. But the clothing is cool.

Hew (Matthew) in electronics was outstanding. A good listener- taught us some great new things regarding using phone connectors in older vehicles, etc.

Rude employees, managers clueless store is a complete mess won’t be visiting again.

The prices are reasonable and the overall shopping experience is seamless! I place my order online and by the time I get to town, its ready for pickup. It saves me so much time to be able to run in and grab my order with zero waiting around!

I forgot to bring my Target Credit Card with me and at first the person in Customer Service gave me an attitude, like it would be next to impossible to charge unless I had the physical card and it upset me. Then I asked him if I could find a way to get my account number from my phone if I could still make a purchase. He said, oh if you registered a card with your phone you should be able to charge. It took a bit of effort on his part to finally make my purchase but I was a bit turned off by Targets policy. I dont think I like Target very much since they dont make it very convenient to charge AND / OR pay my credit card.

Excellent branch of Target here. They keep adding product categories here it seems every time I come. That makes me happy.

The Target app gives awesome deals daily and the sales in store are great also. The app gives you the aisle number so it is easy to find what youre looking for.

It was quick and easy. i work just down the hall from target so i stopped in on my lunch break and it only took a second i didnt have to waste my whole lunch waiting

Prices are high for the quality of products. I have also had a hard time with customer service. There are a few good employees, but its hit or miss.

Target of Casper is the worst, i dedicated 11+years with this company, had gone from having 40 hrs a week down to 16, no one can live on 16 hrs a wk, i had seen some of my co-workers get 6 hrs. The new leaders in the store do not know what they are doing. I feel sorry for any new potential employee who starts for this company, u r better off going to work for Wal-Mart, at least u get your hours and they appreciate their employees.

Awesome...able to buy online, pickup at the store and still contribute to local economy. Prices were great too!

I used to live in Casper a couple years ago, and their cashiers were never nice, return again tonight and several times this summer to find their cashiers have become INHOSPITABLE. I dont understand why their cashiers are constantly rude to me when I am nothing but nice to them. They should really focus on hiring friendlier people if they want people to pay more than Walmart prices. I dont want to pay more to be treated worse!!

I work here currently, and this is a wonderful place to work and shop! Ive never had a problem shopping here my entire 18 years on this earth, working here was just an added bonus.

If you are not caucasian, dont bother coming here. You will be treated like a theif. Racial profiling by the security team. I have tried shopping here several times over the years and the place you are standing will get a security ping over the ceiling speaker, and immediately after that, an employee --or several- employees come running to bring you a shopping cart!! Try moving to browse a different part of the store and it repeats again!!

Went in for sale on butter .ended up shopping for 2 hour lol a good store.

Store was filthy with clothing and shoes strewn about. Shoe department also smelled of urine and had dirty used Band-Aids and trash all over the floor and there seemed to be no pride shown, or taken, by the employees on how their store appeared. Became so disgusted that I took my business elsewhere.
