By far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer ship. I drove 11 1/2 half hours one way to get to Casper to buy the car and my Sales Rep (Omar) was amazing. He realy made me feel like he worked for me and had everything ready to go when I arrived.

In for a recall on my 2017 Nissan Altima SR ..Made the appointment. A week ago. Showed up 1/2 hour early. They took care of me right away 30 minutes a head .. for the recall work to be finished. We left our house with intent of the offer of 16085 as an instant offer… Our sales person named Gregg said that they don’t go far off of the offer… We got there and they looked at it and we got offered 12 k which is far off from the instant offer. I was stranded literally a thousand miles from home when my car engine exploded. There were no vehicles for rent and my only option was to buy one.My mom had got a vehicle here and was pleased with the deal.Caleb walked me through the purchasing process and really seemed to care about getting a good deal. The dealership smoothed over a lot of humps like some of my paperwork being in my vehicle ~40 miles away by finding alternative ways to verify my employer/insurance, etc. Omar ran me through the basics of the vehicle so I could safely drive home. Mention that manual shift deal to people though!But really, it was a positive experience in the midst of a really bad situation and I cant recommend this dealership enough if you want a super nice, affordable vehicle.

Service was fine, but after we picked up the vehicle we discovered that the mechanic had failed to close the hood securely! Hood was held closed only by the safety latch. Main latch was not engaged.

Went into today to look at a trade for a possible used Yukon. The one they had in stock had all the bells and whistles on the inside which I was super into. Top of the line inside specs, heat control that differs from driver side, passenger side and back. Heated seats. Back up cam, newer clearly put high end touch screen stereo system. Automatic sun roof. Problem was 3 row seat was missing and it clearly needed an alignment. Tires were pretty rough. A little fading in paint which is no big deal to get a wrap or repaint. There was a custom grill that was skulls which I hated. They went above and beyond getting me into this Yukon. Ordered a 3rd row seat, scheduled an alignment both on their dime and went down 641 dollars in price. The price they offered for our trade in was more than fair. We ended up walking out with a title for title trade plus them paying to fix all my major concerns. Justin the sales man even removed that tacky grill for me himself. Top notch customer service. End the end it was an extremely fair deal leaning towards us getting the better end of it. They highly respect Military and Combat Veterans. When my kids get old enough to drive or if I’m in need of another set of wheels we will come back. Anyone looking for an honest dealership... Nissan of Casper is it. Ask for Justin, he will make sure you are taken care of!

Amazing service with free food, and water

This place is horrible they hit my credit with 24 hard enquiries, I wanted a used vehicle on their lot and they ran my credit through every bank in Wyoming for an amount triple then the price of the vehicle I wanted so of course I am not qualified so I have been denied by all banks. My credit score dropped 75 points because of them and I am still receiving denial letters and I went there over a month ago.

They will say anything to make a sale but the paperwork may not reflect what the salesperson says. If you want gap insurance make sure you read everything to make sure it’s there. If you think your getting a year of service make sure you read the limitations. Double check ALL your paperwork before you start signing. Don’t be misled, read and double check everything before you sign. I typed that twice on purpose. If you miss anything, you may be unpleasantly surprised and left feeling completely screwed over.
