Our furnace stopped putting out hot air. Arrowhead was very responsive to my message and came out promptly. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly, and re-programmed our thermostat as well. He took the time to explain the issues so that it shouldnt happen again. Our house has been the warmest and coziest since they came out and helped! Would definitely recommend. I didnt get a return call from another servicer so I can not compare prices but I feel their pricing is absolutely fair for a warm house!

Had Arrowhead work on our AC. Still did not work any better! Although we were charged and paid the bill. We had another local company work on it. Amazingly enough after that it worked just fine! Recently had them come to work on the heating. Did nothing to fix the problem! Told me I needed to contact the home inspector. After that I called back to have Arrowhead come back to fix the problem. Still waiting with No Callback!!!

Arrowhead Heating & AC did not serve me well recently when they came and looked at my AC that had just gone out!! They told me that the compressor was destroyed & a new compressor would cost me $3000 or a new unit would cost me $4,700!!! So I reached out to Casper Tin Shop to get another estimate! They came & found that the little condenser unit was destroyed & so they replaced it & cost me all of $180 to fix my AC!!!! Thank you Casper Tim Shop!!! I will be a life long customer of theres as they are Honest, Honorable & have their clients best interest in mind!!! So Glad there are still great people out their to tell you the truth!!!

I am so comfortable using this company. They are so reliable and so honest. I just leave a key for them to do the work if Im not home. They always show up on time and in my mind they are doing excellent. I have no complaints at all!

Called this place for a second quote and was charged $75.00 for the man to even look at my heater. Then when they quoted the unit they were double the original place i called who didnt charge me a thing to look at it. $4000.00 vs $2,000 for the exact same unit, same disposal fees, same warranty etc. And arrowhead said it would take ALL day to install. Tim force was in and out in 2 hours and my heater works great. Not to mention they did not leave any sort of mess for me to clean up. It was worth shopping around! The people at Tim Force are great to work with.

Ive talked to some happy customers from Arrowhead before working with them and now I am one of them. We like using them because theyre reliable and very nice. I dont think I would tell them to do anything differently!

Its real sad when they lead you on for over a week for a quote. And you consitanly have to call and your told the quote is on the desk Ill get it right over to you or it will be tomorrow over and over. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am very understanding for the most part but this has been ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I feel like it’s never ending and they just did an inspection. Things not done completely been almost a year and I still don’t have my line set covered. Someone been taking shortcuts. Missing panel, dents, wires exposed, base is already going bad, screws not in right. No i dont recommend them and wont use them again. Iv already giving them too many chances.

Recently I had Arrowhead put in a heat pump but they have also been my go to with my AC for a few years. The guys are always over very promptly after I put in a call, and the work never seems to take long. Im very happy and will continue to use them.

Ive been a customer of Arrowhead for many years now. They check my furnace and air conditioner to makes sure its running properly. The one time Ive had a problem with it it stopped working in the middle of the summer and they came out on a weekend to fix it. Theyve been awfully good to me and I appreciate it.

I was sick n our air conditioning went out they came n fixed it as soon as they could!! They are the best kind of people!!!

These people tried to scam me very bad. They lied, reported false pictures, along with threats to try and condemn a furnace that needed only the filter changed. They went so far as to go to the city trying to get the furnace condemmed. I had to get another plumber to tear down the furnace to prove they were attempting to scam me.

I had such outstanding customer service with Arrowhead. I have been telling everyone about them!
