The new doctor Marvin is very nice and very thorough. I have a hearing test next week and am very confident in him doing it I would recommend Livingston hearing center to everyone I know

Jim is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to hearing aids and his staff tries to set appointments when it is available for you. They are great. I will be telling other people to go there . They are very efficient and dont try to sell something you dont need.

Jim is professional, thorough and very personable, he ordered a hearing aid that my dog chewed on my first walk in visit and sent my second for repair to the battery door a day later. Both units were back in just days and the total cost was less than $50!. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful and even dog friendly. I wish I could give more that 5 stars.

I had a hearing aid dome stuck in my right ear. I stopped into LivingstonHearing Aid Center and Jim Carlson promptly removed my dome. Gave me a better dome and would not allow me to pay him! We were very pleased with the service provided by Jim Carlson in Casa Grande. Jim was so friendly and helpful with my 84 yr old sweetheart. Unfortunately Don was not able to adjust to hearing aids. He could not tell us whether the aids were working, and could not learn to insert them himself.
