I hadnt been to a pawn shop in years and I thought this place was well run. I got a great price on selling some silver and they were way friendlier than the places I use to go to in Tucson to sell coins all the time. For walking in off the street and never having been in there they were more than fair on 🤑. I will definitely being going back here if I need to sell anything quick for a fair price and Im happy people recommend I go here.

I moved to Casa Grande from California in February 2010, I went in Casa Grande Jewelry and Pawn to check on a loan and the staff was fantastic. Ted the owner was very helpful. I have been doing business with them ever since because they have very high business ethnics and will always help you if they can; I refuse to go elsewhere. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend this place for firearm transfers. I purchased a rifle online and this place has their FFL license info already on file with the website i used to purchase it, so that made the process even smoother. Plus they only charged me 10 dollars vs the 30 it wouldve cost me at a certain other gun shop in town.

I love this pawn shop always friendly, familiar faces. They are very quick with business, in and out. They are very thorough with their paperwork when pawning or picking up your pawn. This place has amazing customer service.I was helped by a man named Ted. Didnt catch anyone elses name, but all was friendly and offered help many times, cause I was there looking at everything, treasure hunting. Usually jewelry only I search for, but found a wooden jewelry box that I had to have. Great deals I saw on some jewelry, just didnt find anything I had to have this visit, but Ill definitely be back when I am in town. Im from California, have family here in Casa Grande, very glad to find a new regular stop. Customers seemed very happy with loan amounts. Very busy spot. Even the customers were friendly, I love the atmosphere in AZ !

Always get my. FFL transfers from there and great service good prices but it can be crowded which speaks of how people feel about it . I wouldnt want to go through anyone else as there are great all around even found some great tool deals there on several occasions .

Clown shoes, avoid like the plague. I remember when if you found yourself in a pinch you could pawn some items, and generally they would work with you. Not here. Go anywhere but here, I should have known that these people are only in it for themselves. I get it, why worry about your community when you can make money off them. Drug dealers look at these dudes and shake their heads.

I probably wouldnt have posted this review but I would feel bad if anyone has the same experience bad experience I did. I stopped in to sell some jewelry. While I was waiting for help I was looking around, I looked up a few items on my phone to see how much the stuff was going for and noticed they were more expensive. When it came time to get a price on my jewelry I was taken aback when they offered half the money that A1 Pawn Across the street had offered me. When I told them that, they said not to get a ticket on my way there. Wow! Unbelievable. After having visited a few more stores I found that A1 Pawn were the best when it came to being respectful and how much they paid. So I went back and sold my gold to them. I have sent several of my friends and family to see them and will continue to do so. I probably wouldnt have posted a review but they were extremely rude and I would feel bad for anyone to have the same experience.

I have been dealing with Casa Grande Jewelry and Pawn for several years. I have ALWAYS had good experiences and they have been helpful, friendly and fair, Craig, Robin and Ted are AWESOME. The store is clean and well organized. My guess is the negative reviews are people and/or friends of people from other Pawn Shops. If you notice the negative reviews mention they went somewhere else specifically by name. I have lived in Casa Grande 30 years and this is the only Pawn Shop I deal with.
