I got unloaded quickly, lots of room for backing, the people from guard shack to receiving are great!

Attention OTR drivers.. you can only check in 30 minutes before your appointment time, for a live unload. I spent about 2 hours from check in to check out for my live unload. Not to bad.Dont try to check in, more than 30 minutes before your appointment, they will make you leave their property.

Im doing a simple drop & hook I did tell guard this i wonder what is the problem or their procedure for drop and hook. The process checking in is slow

I walked out. Been working overtime for a year and some more than a year with no cared about day to day health. No one receives any extra accommodations for all the hard work and all the hours wasted at this place. It was exhausting, and there is no room for growth. Employees are nothing but that....employees. No ones voices are heard. Not worth all the time you would have to spend there. Its inconsistent, very unorganized, and the favoritism is bull. If i want to talk to someone i get yelled at but others sit there for 40 minutes......

They will never answer you here I’ve been calling every day for a week straight trying to get a job the hiring manager never once answered

This is the worst place to work. The HR lady Amy Letcher is not a good person. And she don’t care about ethics and the workers all she cares about herself and her paycheck. If you need a job bad better to work somewhere else then here. You will be unhappy and treated not fair. I used to work here and will not go back! You could get 100% and + and she would not care!

Quick and easy Drop and Hook, Security Guards and the Receiving Office were all very nice people.. Not one single hassle😁👍

To tell the truth I havent been to Tractor Supply Co. Distribution center. Im giving it 3 stars from what Ive been told. And the people that have told me are good people. Hallelujah Amen ✝️✝️✝️

I’ve delivered here probably 10 times now. Only once have I been here longer than an hour. I usually check in an hour early, and have checked in twice over 10 hours early, but I don’t recommend this as I’ve also been denied 3 times. Check in at the front gate is usually a breeze, go in the gate to receiving office get door assignment, red light green light system, get paperwork and your gone. You can park on the street directly across from the gate, but I don’t advise the dirt shoulders on Peters as I’ve seen guys be asked to move from there a few times.

Read the reviews arrived and seen a lot of postings and rules which is never a good sign. Plenty of parking on street for overnight etc.So I had full load, appt was for 3am Friday morning arrived at 11:20pm guard was very friendly said they wasnt busy called it in got door walked paperwork in all the ladies had smile on their faces and the young beautiful lady that helped me was very pleasant was out gate and done by 12:30ish. Nice restroom on site easy docking, on way out another guard gave me information to where I can park in surprise as I was on way to visit my brother. Might not be same results and I might got lucky but simply beautiful no complaints.

Had a 2am appointment arrived about 30 minutes early. I was check in in short order and sent to receiving and assigned a door. Looks like Ill be out of here with a total of 1and a half hours time spent. Nice new facility and friendly employees. BTW it might not show up on gps its that new. Located east about 3/4 of a mile from thornton and peters on peters you cant miss .

Amazing story. Arrived for drop at 9A. Long line no movement. ZERO Employees on property of this 24 hr facility. Guard Shack unlocked. Receiving office unlocked. ZERO Employees.Ive seen mismanagement but never like this.Man showed up in pickup about 15 minutes ago and, so far, he hasnt let anybody in.Amazing... I wonder if anybody at corporate knows about Cass grande... lol!!

Very simple delivery process. They are not fast for unloading but they wont hold you forever by any means. Staff can be rude, really depends on whos working at the time you arrive. Id deliver here again, not on a regular basis, but they are not on my do not haul list.

I drive by here daily and of all 20 cars coming in or out of this place during shift changes being that every place of employment should be about teamwork I can pretty much guarantee that a highly reputable place such as Tractor Supply would practice Team Work . I really couldnt understand why again of all 20 vehicles coming in or out would allow a fellow co - worker to be walking this place is not within walking distance to anywhere ! Shame on you come on lets get it together and show some humanity . and on another note as you come out onto Peters Rd. Or coming in the speed limit is 35mph slow down . We ve got school buses to eldery folks coming through here the School bus drivers have alot of lil lives in their hands and the older folks just dont have those quick reflexes anymore so please proceed with caution and drive the speed limit no matter what hour it is .
