I always find a good deal when I go shopping here. I have found name brand food such as Kelloggs, Smuckers, Oreo and much more. The prices are not contained at a dollar. The prices range for 50cents and higher. I love getting my kids there snacks from here and if your throwing a party its affording and a one stop shop. You can get what you need here. At least I have just recently for my quad birthday party I am throwing with in a week.

This is a pretty good store now that its been organized better. The prices are great on most items, but you need to pay attention, because you can find some things cheaper other places. The store was very clean.

I came to work at this store with intentions on being a part of the change. Before I came on things wasn’t so pleasant there and things needed to change. Mr. Joe asked me I will to help fix the problems there and I was. Product walk out the door and lines were too long. I tried my best to make my job(store) the best 99 it could be. Moving here from Texas was difficult. No respect or manors but I pushed thru to teach my people I managed to respect the customer as if was yourself. I pushed for faster cashiering and more efficient and effective cashiering. I love what I do and one day hope to have my own store. But thank you 99 for allowing me to be apart of the team.

It was good but I have noticed there is alot of items that are not 99 cent anymore.

The store always looks awful, the restroom is dirty and broken. The employees are arguing with costumers. Its just sad.

As time goes on the 99 cent store has too. Of course with this COVID19 they need to stay in the running with other retail stores.Even though they sale things 2.99 or 3.99 its still the 99 cent store.Yes I have found things here that fill my purpose. Thats why I shop here, the price and finding the things I need.

I normally don’t complain they are overall a good store with good prices .. but the past 2 Times I’ve been in the store it has just looked unorganized and messy :( I had 2 female employees just talking and having conversation well trying to be checked out .. felt disregarded. ThereConversation wasn’t pleasing at all. And with all the Covid issues going on the conversation was about Covid positive workers as much as I know it’s around us everywhere this took me by surprise that the conversation was going on as it was with no regard of me as a costumer in there line and I feel the conversation was very inappropriate to have at work ..

Love the store, but some employees are not adhering to Covid guidelines. Masks are being worn on their chins and surfaces are not being disinfected.

If there was a no star option id use it .... long lines and everyone seems to be in a bad mood the store is dirty and hard to find anything because everything is just pilled and im sitting here asking for help and workers just say its down this or that aisle they are standing around talking so they should be able to walk me and show me. with the holidays right here i get being busy but just standing around is not busy im not sure if ill even want to come back again....i felt like a burden for asking but with covid i just wanted to be in and out .

I had the worst and saddest experience today in this store. I spend about an hour in the store looking at everything I get in line my total comes to 47 dollars and some change. I go to pay and they refuse to take my 100 dollar bill because Yvette my cashier said she did not have chance. Mind you the store is packed and the register lines are long and I say ok I will go change my 100 dollars and come back because she did not even offer to try to get change from the other 2 registers or a manager. I walk a few steps and decide to move money to my account to purchase and as im standithere they are harrowing 2 other customers for the same reason except they eouldnt except a to to pay 1 mans bill of 2.04 so the whole line dug change to pay for the mans things. The next guy had a 20 and again had a problem. Its Christmas how can you not have change and how inconvenient for shoppers. I really wanted to leave and not give them any of my money but I spent so long in there and it was the last stuff I needed. Overall not happy and the manager Darla was the one harassing the worst about the money. She would not even look me in the eye when I asked why none of the register could give change she just ignored me and said nothing.

Pretty good store, 4 stars becuse the floor most of the time is dirty. Other than that its good.

Tonight I called to make a complement on the hotdogs I bought yesterday and the lady says 99 only how can I help I talk she hangs up! My wife called and the lady said it was the manager Darla answering the calls she’ll get a a manager still never spoke to one rude

The best place for snacks

I won’t be back Laura is by far the rudest employee I ever came across at this location . She didn’t even let me get a word in and very mean in the way she not only talks to me but the way she handled the situation... i won’t be returning and they need to get the cashier some help long lines and I didn’t even see the managers helping nor did anyone come up when backup was called .... horrible

Very disappointed in the store and how dirty the aisles look.. I’m a well known shopper here and enjoy coming but this past couple times I’ve came it has looked horrible .. I asked to speak to Dave he’s my go to manager when I have concerns and praise and was advised he has been fired!! I’m hurt and hope they get it together before they lose more customers . They have a door greeter who greeted me yesterday morning by just spraying my stuff (cart and purse ) Iand not even saying a word to me :( didn’t even see it Coming when asked her name she didn’t say I only read her name tag (unprofessional)(kristian) beyond outraged that my favorite store is now like this

Store is always well stocked and tidy. Ladies restroom pretty clean except the walls in the stalls are pretty dirty.

They consistently carry items I use and are less expensive then Wal-Mart, which is a big plus in todays economy!

Love the store. But prices are starting to go up on a difficult time. So sad! Not a 99 cent store no more.

Normally this store is ok, always crowded and never enough cashiers, but overall acceptable. But the issue I had today is last week I bought 4 pouches of cat food and gave 1 to my cat and then I gave him more from a second pouch and realized it was 6 months past its expiration date. I immediately brought them back, however I know longer had my receipt because I truly didnt think Id have anything to return. So even though they sold me very expired cat food which made my cat sick, they refused to credit me back the money. So be aware to check expiration dates from anything you buy from here and keep your receipts.

The best shop for less expensive fruits and veggies. But no storage containers for cereal, pasta ect.

Place is a little run down which I can forgive, but the parking lot outside is always unacceptably disgusting. Carts are always scattered everywhere and this place is always covered in trash that is blowing away in the wind which makes you want to just get in your car and leave before even entering. I will say though if you are looking for cheap containers for organization this is the place to go because they usually have a full aisle of choices. Other than that, I’m always eager to get out of there.

I’m writing this for my mother who was so impressed by how sweet the cashier she had today was she said her name was monika . Not only did she have conversation but she helped my mom with putting all her groceries up on the belt and bagged them according to how she wanted . This store is a hidden gem that I tell everyone about. Most do not know the store carries many basic canned/packaged goods and - best of all to me - fruits and produce, most of which are only 99 cents. Where else can you get hearts of romaine, spinach, mushrooms, bananas, strawberries and much more for 99 cents? It is rare that I buy produce anywhere else! Also, soaps, razors, wipes, generic over the counter meds, and TONS more. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

This is false advertising, prices are resemblance but most items are more than 99 cents. I was expecting it to be like a dollar tree.

Great place for the kids to spend extra cash and come out with a ton of fun items. I enjoy all the different items that I have to choose from for a less than average price as well. Employee and customer interaction is not great but I do value those employees who make an effort to make shopping pleasant.

Having moved to Casa Grande last month, must say this is one of my favorite stores! No, I dont buy everything here, but if you know your prices, you can save a lot of money. Much of their produce is great, if you get it when its first put out. I dont buy snacks in general, but if I was having some kids visiting, its definitely a place to pick up cookies, candies, or chips.

This 99cent store surprised me. This store was clean, well maintained and organized. Normally I would never buy food in one of these stores. However, it seemed like they watched expiration dates and fruits and vegetables were fresh.

Im highly disappointed in the employees today I was in line when 2 co-workers were aruging. Isnt there some type of leway with breaks and rests in Arizona? Or is that a reason to be sent home?One employee who was explaining why she was late and wanting to speak to a mike I assume hes a manager?? And the other kept saying no and sent her home leaving me waiting for the rest of my things to be rang up?? Shouldnt the manager have came and fixed the situation they both were in the wrong but us customers should come first . As I was checking out and finishing up paying the man the young lady was calling never showed. Im in awe that this all went down well being checked out

I generally go shopping here once a week. I try to hit it on Wednesday or Thursday because that is when they get their new inventory.They have some basic items they always keep in stock that you will find cheaper there than anywhere else (croutons, cleaning supplies, snack foods galore and spaghetti sauces are great every day deals). But aside from those they also have weekly items that come in each week, these are usually the bigger saving items. I find cookie dough which would normally cost 4.00, or frozen entrees that sell for 4.50 at other stores.I also make sure to browse through the kids toys. I did a lot of early christmas shopping there this year and managed to save a ton of money.Note: Seasonal items, holiday items are the jackpot, always be sure to check out this aisle!The staff is friendly enough, the store is always clean, sometimes the lines are longer than Id like- but worth the wait for the money I save.

99 cent only store is a great place to grab those last-minute items or those unique one-time items that may show up in the store the prices vary from 99 cents up of course but everything seems well under $20 and you can find most items that you need around the house its usually very fast to get in and out and its always nice to browse around kind of like a little museum

This is one of my favorite 99 cent stores. They have great produce. People are always amazed when I tell them where I get these large red peppers 2 for 99 cents.And there is so much more, green onions, red onions, avacados, carrots, portabella mushrooms, muffins, bagels, tomatoes; get the picture.Theres a lot more, check it out, you will wonder why it took you so long to find this place.

The store manager has done an excellent job rearranging the store. The staff is great. I will recommend the place to anyone.

This is a really good 99 cents store. They stock alot of holiday decorations. They decorate for the holidays no matter which one. Good customer service. The checkers are friendly. They seem to stay stocked on produce. Quality name brands for a cheaper price. Just look for the deals and ull save.
