First time contacting them, had a PLC card malfunction Friday morning, contacted DCS at 3:00pm on a Friday, had the card in our facility Saturday at 11:00am. FANTASTIC service, Frank Fedorovich Jr. continually check in with me until I had a tracking number and did not bill until he was certain the part could be delivered by Saturday AM. Would definitely work with them and recommend them again!
