My friends came from out of town to visit me and this place. There was some write-up about it being one of the best, and it lived up to the recommendation! The ice cream was home-made fresh tasting. They also had home-made frozen fruit bars. I tried the churro funnel cake with Carmel ice cream, and it definitely could have used another scoop of ice cream to cut some of the dryness out of the funnel cake, but the plate was HUGE (there was definitely enough funnel cake for 2-3 adults)& very delicious! The prices were a little higher to me than standard, but we were happy we came & would definitely like to go back and try more!!! The staff was friendly, and there was some seating, but not a lot (outdoor, possibly indoor/cant recall as we sat outside). The place was busy but the line moved quickly! Take the kids, or your friends/family and enjoy!

Amazing place. Great customer service and great people running it. The ice creams and snacks are delicious. Their “must try” item is ’Mangonada’. The Funnel cake Churros with ice cream and oreo churro with ice cream are also delicious. Highly recommended for exotic ice creams and snacks.

Absolutely scrumptious desserts and friendly service. So many options! Will definitely come back, 10/10 recommend. The fried bananas must be in funnel cake batter and are completely drool-worthy. Banana split is always a fun go-to, and a great way to try 3 scoops of their delicious flavors. And the cheesecake burrito my friends got was heaven! Cant wait to try again 🙌🏻

Amazing food even better customer service

We tried this place for the first time last weekend. What a surprisingly delicious find! We had the mixed fruit cup which was a bunch of cut fruits in a sweet n salty yogurt sauce topped with coconut and granola! It was a fantastic treat...loved it!! We also tried the spicy mangonado. This was good too...just wish the mango had more flavor...it tasted like an out of seasonmango!! Nevertheless, will definitely be going back and trying more stuff.

I love this place coming from Florida we have nothing like this but everything is amazing the fruits are fresh and everything I’ve tried has been excellent I frequent here and will continue to do so

Better than just ice cream, this place spices up the dessert experience with some really interesting, unique and yummy treats. The owner and staff were very friendly and explained all of the desserts to us that we asked about. Cheesecake burrito, spicy fruit cup and the churros and ice cream were delicious!

I went here and got the churro funnel cake, churro sundae, the corn and a bunch of other things. It added up to 54$. And it wasn’t worth it. The funnel cake tasted like yeast and was dry. The corn would be better if made at home. We bought peanuts and they were definitely expired. My dad threw up after eating the fried Oreos and funnel cake. The only thing that was good was the funnel cake sundae. The service was amazing and the people were so nice but I wouldn’t go here for food.

When I came here we got the mangonadas and when trying to get it without the red spicy stuff they wanted to say “but it comes with it”. And the mangoes were not ripe or soft or sweet and the icecream that came with it tasted like Splenda. I even tried the Agua Frescas and it is definitely not like the ones in Las Vegas. It was gross and you could taste the sugar and not the flavor. I would recommend Jose’s bakery in Sanford for the mangonadas!

Very good ice cream, thoroughly clean store, and super nice customer service.I had the banana and strawberry ice cream bar and it was amazing! You can really taste the strawberries and banana in every bite! My husband had the Crazy Pineapple or Piña Loca and honestly I had to help him eat it after I finished my ice cream! The Crazy Pineapple tastes really good, its made with many fruits so every bite is amazing! The fruits honestly go so well with each other! It is a lovely healthy snack! I truthfully recommend it to anyone! I will be coming back for more!

I loveeeeeeeee this place. Wow!! Everything is packed with flavor. Starting with the agua fresca. It was cool and refreshing. I loved the flavors. I got the pineapple cucumber . Yummyyy!!! Then the authentic mangonada. Then the churro! Wow. It was so good. The churros are fresh and warm. This event has definitely helped me go beyond my taste buds and try something new. Ill pass this place onto my friends and family. They dont just have ice cream and palmeras, they have nachos, Mexican candy, Mexican cheese and snacks and fruity slushys. I cant wait to come back!!!

Overpriced. 3 scoops of ice cream with a shallow spoon of sprinkles is $7. I asked for it rolled twice but I have no idea what happened between getting my daughters ice cream too. Another family member got a donut with ice cream... good amount for $7. I just personally had a bad experience.

Vida Dulce is more than an ice cream shop — I’ve never seen such variety! Whether you’re in the mood for sweet, salty, or spicy they have you covered! Everything is so tasty, fresh, and homemade. The staff is excellent and friendly. My favorite is the oreo popsicle and rolled ice cream taco, but I honestly havent tried something I didnt like. With all the choices, you can stick to your fave or branch out to something new. It’s a must visit!

The nieces loved the fried oreos, funnel cake, horchata….mango pineapple slush for me. The order placement is a little confusing at first associates are very helpful. when I visit my mom in cary we always make sure to stop by.

Good ice creams, many choices and options

Very disorganized place, just a family in front of us and 4 employees, but couldn’t get any service, nobody interested in answering our questions, after a while we got tired of the lack of customer service and left. This place may be good, but until they get a manager to organize it, we won’t be back.

Hidden gem! Took my 12 yr old son after camp and had the best experience. The selecrion is massive and ranges from traditional latin sweets to new age confections.The young lady that helped us navigate the menu was extremely friendly and helpful. Ordered the oreo popsicle, fried cheescake and churros, and they did not disappoint.Highly recommend this place.

Loved the snaks that they have and fresh fruits also they have fresh water flavors ice cream and chicharrones elotes.

The funnel cake churro was great but the mango cup was not so good. The sorbet was good but the sauce and the spice took away from it but I get that it was a Spanish dessert. Definitely going bjack but not for the mango cup.

This place is so awesome! Items on the menu are rare to find at other places. My kids and I had a Rolled Ice cream taco, Oreo chorros, and a banana smoothie. Loved it!

I love it here but the girls that work there very serious and seem like they hate customers very amargadas like no smile or anything I think that should get fix because it’s a very colorful cute place. Other then that I love the food.

Wow, this place is insane. Theres nothing better than a place with great value, friendly staff, clean environment, enjoyable atmosphere, and creative menu offerings and this place has it all. Love that they arent pretentious either. They let my husband and me put as many toppings as we wanted on our churro sundae. Some other place would charge per topping. The oreo churros were yummy and tasted fresh. The young lady helping us was very patient and let us try various ice creams. She explained everything on the menu. There are several menus and things that may not be explicitly listed on the menu. Ask questions and look around at what others have ordered. Its an experience! Youll just have to come back and try more things. They have both desserts and savory snacks like street corn and nachos. While we were there even though it wasnt close to closing someone was going around cleaning everything. Very nice small business were looking forward to supporting in the future!

Beautiful mexican dessert place. Mix of sweet, sour and spicy flavors create a non standard yet tasty experience. Lots more customization available than the online menu indicates.

This place is such a gem! Huge menu of sweet and savory options. Hand crafted ice creams, popsicles, and sorbets. They even have Tamarind flavored treats which is an absolute favorite of mine. We tried the churro Sundae and the fried bananas. Well worth adding the scoop of icecream to the banana. We took the gentlemans recommendation for the vanilla cake icecream and it was absolute heaven with the fry on the bananas. Cant say enough great things about this place and I cant wait to come back.

First time walking in there, I felt like I was walking into a Sweetsy Wonderland, and it also brought back the find memories of the sweet Mexican desserts and treats I would eat in sunny Southern California. I really recommend this place anytime if the day, but it is a super delight in a warm sunny day

Today was my first time being here and I ordered the papas caseras and a mango nada the food was pretty good, but service was so disorganized no one cared about the 6 feet distance rule, it was just a mess. I was next in line to order and the lady that seemed like the oldest one working there ignored me and asked the guys behind me what they wanted to order. The only worker that seemed welcoming and friendly was the only guy working there.

If youve ever wanted state fair food year round youre in luck. This place sells the same overpriced novelty food year round. Theyve even added a few of their own odd concoctions. I cant tell if we got there at a bad time or if the service style was just poorly streamlined. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean.

Best and delicious Mexican Treats.

The slushies are craftily made with natural juices and real fruit, we ordered the oreo churros and cheese cake burrito and it was fried to perfection, large selection of ice cream flavors. The place seems clean and organized, however it was a bit crowded and the service can be a little slow on a hot afternoon summer weekend (still worth the wait), next time will be trying the spicy corn on the cob!Im proud to support a local business owned and run by my dear Hispanic folks. Keep up the good work!

Such an extensive and exciting menu! Im still going through the line of popsicle flavors and ice cream but havent been disappointed with a single one. Having my Mexican street food just down the road is such a treasure.

I would would give 5 stars for the ice cream. I had an ice cream taco with coconut ice cream and it was super delicious! Made with fresh shredded coconut right in front of me. The popsicles also looked appetizing, as well as the fruit cups. I will definitely come back and try more treats!I also like that the place is clean and colorful.But have to take away one star for customer service. None of girls was smiling, everybody did their job, and moved fast, but the atmosphere was cold (as ice lol). Only the man at check out had a friendly welcoming attitude, he was probably the owner.Another star I have to take away because the menu could use improvement. It is very chaotic, overwhelming, it took us a while to choose what we want, eve though we had already looked it up online. I wish the online menu would have pictures and prices for everything, and the store itself would have big and clear displays and signs. For example the ice cream flavors are handwritten little papers. You have to get close to read it, and the set up makes social distancing hard, everybody’s all over the place trying to figure out what they want.

The Freshest and most delicious ice cream I’ve had in a long time. This place has such a great atmosphere and is owned by the sweetest family who are friendly and take the time to talk to you about their more exotic flavors and let you sample them. The menu is innovative and all 6 of my picky kids love it. They ask to go every day. My Husband and I are both Chefs so we know food. This place is incredible.

Good place to go to on a hot summer day. They have so much options, it was hard to choose!At the time when I went, the ice cream tacos werent avaliable. Many of the ice creams on the menu were not available at the moment when I went.I would recommend getting the Rolled ice cream or the ice cream tacos. I didnt try any of the Popsicles or Savory items, but I would assume they also taste good. I also recommend trying the Mango fruit cup.If you want to try something exotic (you are health conscious) then try the Hibiscus slushy or Guava slushy. Or mix both up!I would not recommend getting the Tamarind ice cream. Its not even ice cream, just barely even a sorbet. I dont even know what.

Vida Dulce is one of my favorite places to visit in Cary. They have an excellent selection of treats and serve generous portions with low prices.I love their fruit cups and rolled ice cream and my husband raves about the churro split. A great, family friendly dessert shop with a lot of options.Note: they also have savory options however I havent tried them and cannot speak to them, but based on the quality of their other food I would expect it to be excellent.

Pretty good place to get a nice cool desert or refreshing drink. They also sell fruits for cheap, Like 8 mangoes for $7.99. There are a lot of choices to order which feels a little over whelming if its your first time there but dont be discouraged. And the area is good for all ages.

Great place for ice cream, drinks, milk shakes and much more. Not only do they have ice cream, they have Hispanic snacks there too. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Prices are great. I always recommend this place to my friends and customers. I highly recommend everyone to try their in house made ice cream. Support a small business too.

It was a really nice place. Me and my boyfriend went there for the first time. I wasnt overly impressed with my popsicle, however, given it was our first time, theres still tons of choices to try and Im sure anyone can find something they love given some trial and error!

Such great food and really nice people! All of the people working the counter were so helpful and let us try as much as we wanted before making our purchase. The ice cream was so so good and the flavors were really different than what you see at other ice cream shops in the area. They had great fruit infused water that was so good and refreshing. We will definitely be back soon to try more, there was so many good options it was hard to pick the first trip.

Tried this new place for our weekend ice cream binge. Picked out the scoops & toppings and paid for each topping separately, even for the little drizzle of chocolate syrup. Ice creams flavours were good and service was good. The milkshake was absolutely not worth it, the one we got was not thick at all and was watery. A price display board on the wall where we pick out the ice creams would help.

I work right down the road and knew a ice cream shop had opened behind the Bojangles, finally had a chance to check it out this week. This wonderful place was so much more than i expected and offers something to satisfy the whole family. The customer service was incredible , making sure that I got a chance to see everything they have to offer as well as tasting many different treats. They offer different naturally flavored waters that are guaranteed to make people ask where you got that from. Not to mention the rolled ice cream, and rolled ice cream waffle cone tacos, can not wait to bring all my friends and family.

Incredibly delicious. I love that they have folks crossing cultural borders here in Cary. Mangonada is a totally craveable treat - get it with the chili. :) Their ice creams are fun and delicious, the aguas are refreshing... and the popsicles/paletas are perfection. Ive probably tried 10 flavors and they are all delicious. Some favorites: mango (with chili), Mexican chocolate, Oreo, and then some of the fruits that arent as well-known here like soursop. Yum. Cant wait to go back.

My hubby took me out for ice cream tonight and we tried the ice cream and rolled ice cream taco. The ice cream was amazing I tried the caramel and the pine nut. The taco was even better!! Cant wait to try the cheesecake burrito!

I love this place! The ice cream is so damn rich I wanna swim in the Butter Strawberry flavor. They have a good variety of ice creams, homemade ice pops, candies, and street foods like corn with Takis.
