I bought a hat here yesterday and when I got home realized that it was slightly too big (silly mistake). I had taken all the stickers off of the hat and thrown them away, so I was concerned that they might not take it back. When I came in to exchange it for a smaller size, the clerk informed me that it would likely be difficult for them to resell it since the stickers were off. I know this to be true because many ghetto individuals mandate that the stickers remain on the hat (why???). However, he let me exchange it without saying anything else.
Racist black guy working there has the personality of a brick wall. You would think Lids would hire people who are friendly and sociable but not at this store. I asked the racist black guy questions about the mall and the store and he responded to me as if I had just insulted his mother. This guy has some serious mental issues. Too much CNN and MSNBC is making this guy a ball of racist, white hating rage. I literally asked “how is business going?”... Went to pick up an online order, the door was locked and the sign on the door said will return at 11:30. Its 12:38 and the door is still locked. Cant do business if your business isnt open.
