I couldnt be more pleased with the overall job and Joes attention to detail. This was the only door this garage has had and an older house. The open and close of the door is super smooth and quiet! I recommend these folks as they were also recommended to me.3/30/2021 Joe did some follow up adjustments with the motor opening and closing. Operation is still smooth and quiet and closes a little gentler when it contacts with floor.

WE just had our garage door repaired by Andrew from American Pro Garage Doors who performed an excellent job. Andrew replaced the torsion springs, steal end bearings and rollers at a reasonable cost. Due to the height of the interior walls in our garage, 12.5 feet (higher than normal), Andrew made a concerted effort to ensure he installed the correct springs, to compensate for the extra height. He also coached me on how lubricate the garage door regularly to increase its lifespan. We are very pleased with service provided and our door appears to functioning as good as new. Andrew Bailey came out to identify what caused the garage door failure and recommend solutions. He clearly explained how the old garage door opener bypassed the off position switch and pushed the arm into the garage wall until it torqued the structural support frame. He confirmed the garage door itself was fine, and offered options to replace the motor and mechanism. I ended up spending a little more for the Linear 801 belt drive to achieve quieter operation (garage is below two bedrooms). Andrew provided a good installation, including cleaning up loose wire from the original installation. He walked me through all the support material, and trained me on operation and maintenance of the garage door to maximize the useful life. Andrew was very professional and bolstered the reputation of American Pro Garage Doors in my eyes.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday evening and we could not open the door. I called at 9:00 Sunday morning and asked for emergency service. A technician arrived at 11:00 am and had us fixed and in better shape than we were before because of all the fine tuning he did. The technician was very courteous and knowlegable and did a great job. Andrew with American Pro Garage Doors did a very good job with fixing and updating my doors. After my spring broke, not only did he fix it but did showed me why it was breaking and we replaced some of my other hardware that I had never done any maintance on in 16 years . Also he reset the tension on the up and down something I did not even know was a thing so that should help as well. He showed me how to maintain everything for longer life. Lots of value added.

Called on a Friday when my torsion spring snapped trapping my vehicle in the garage. Someone was out at my house on a Sunday afternoon, working diligently on installing a new spring. He took the the time to go over some maintenance tips and did locate that my spring was broken. I did have to spend money to get it fixed but it had to be done and he explained why so I had a better understanding and I did not feel so bad about spending the extra money. Very good installer.

We purchased the garage opener Ed from Lowe’s and scheduled through them to have them installed. We originally were told scheduling could take up to 14 business days. They called us the same day of the purchase and came out the next day. Joseph came to our house and installed to openers for us. We also had a tune up and new rollers installed. My experience with American Pro Garage went well. I was in need of immediate service as my garage would not open. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment scheduled on the next day following my initial call. The installer’s picture was sent to me along with the appointment time. The installer, Joe Osborne arrived and begin to the replace a broken spring and frayed cables. Throughout the job, Joe provided progress updates, once completed, I was well informed to the project details.My only issue was Joe’s arrival time changed 3 times. Thankfully, I was home and could accommodate delayed arrival. With that being said, I give the service an A rating. Thank You!

Called 3:30pm, day before closing. They arrived at 5:00 after giving me a window between 4-6pm. They text when they were within 30 minutes arrival time. I tried fixing after watching video. It was only a temporary fix. The service was great from AmericanPro. Explained I had a damage sensor after 16 years. I was very pleased. The trip charge and cost of sensor was about $100.00. Oh, I did not mention the company I used before wanted to charge me $150.00 for an emergency call to come out plus trip charge, and whatever they found wrong with it. Call AmericanPro first. You will not regret. Technician Gilli was awesome. My neighbor will be using them also. On my way to my closing with peace of mind and more money in my pocket.

I always get several quotes and they were competitive with the others, but had a higher level of attention to detail, and included important elements of the job that some others dont (e.g. a weather seal around the door). That combined with their reputation made me choose them, and was notΩ disappointed.
