Nice - much cleaner than regular Walmarts! The aisles are wide and the shelves are well stocked and organized. The selection is great and the prices are good. Its mostly a grocery store with some non-grocery items hence the Neighborhood Market moniker.

Felt very safe when I was in store. They have less store representatives to help. Apart from that, satisfied visit. Mask is mandatory to enter into the store.

I like shopping at this marketplace, The parking lot and store are seldom crowded. The time Ive shopped here the service personnel have been pleasant and almost always helpful. Today I asked a young man for assistance in finding an item and he said it was his second day on the job and that he couldnt help me. Its the ONLY time Ive been refused help in this store. He could have sort assistance but didnt. When all you want are food items and basic household items the marketplace is perfect. You dont lose time in a Walmart Superstore wading through the paint or exercise equipment aisles. I have found organic and other items at the marketplace not found at any of the superstores surprisingly.

Poor customer service. Waited for a rep at the customer service counter was informed they were on break and would be back in 10 minutes. I shopped and returned...no one showed.

Good prices, some of the staff is great. Two problems - there is almost never a cashier working during the day. This would be fine if there were more self checkouts; there are only 4 and invariably one is out of service. I went yesterday and each self checkout had a long line with people checking out large loads of groceries....self check is for small loads. If you want to go to all self check then add more like you did in the other stores in the area (Morrisville store has about 10 - almost never a line - and almost always has a person to handle purchases that need ID and other probs).TWO - there are TWO HUGE potholes that have been here all winter. One at the entrance from ParkScene Lane and one at the exit onto High House that is big enough to swallow a small car. I find it VERY hard to believe that no one has complained about this yet. .

Clean location for the most part. Would like to be able to get more items using the site to store portion of the app, especially non food items because this store is much closer to my house.

Nice store on the inside good location. But checking out can be challenging. Every thing was self check out. Not good for those with a full cart or those or 60.

I help out with a food cupboard and for the past 3 years we’ve been coming to this Wal Mart to get what we need to do Thanksgiving baskets for people. The workers have always been very helpful and nice. The prices are good and everyone always does their best to make sure we get what we need to be able to serve others.

Wasn’t crowded at all with PEOPLE.But, there was no space for you to walk or push your cart. Employees don’t care and stand in the middle of the aisles. Employees working but all in the way. They have to many displays all over. There is not enough walking room with all the tables with pies and nonsense all over.

Love walmart but some walmart I go to follow me around like I stole something I feel very uncomfortable at some locations. Foreigners need to stop brown nosing folks.

You can generally find here just about anything you need, even produce. I dont purchase my meats at Walmart bc they dont have good cuts. I purchase my meats at Foodlion (top quality meats at a good price).

Messy and unorganized. Is it too much to keep the parishable food in the cold case? If your looking for gobs of cheap processed food, this is the place to go. Aisle after aisle of high fructose products and a less than impressive produce section made me decide not to bother stopping here again.

A slightly bored staff that knows what their doing at least will help you choose between your two exotic sausages. A good and inexpensive selection of all food help with even the weirdest things you decide to cook. The isles are organized in a way so you can speed shop like a champ! Great Walmart grocery store 👍

There is nobody cleaning the carts and the self check out counter is dirty. Floors are nasty and everytime I go they have empty produce shelfs. I was there yesterday and one of the guys stocking products was sick. His face was red from coughing, and I saw him a couple of times having to hold the cart feeling unwell. About 2 weeks ago, I went there and got a product with a missing part of it and asked the cashier to please change it. Her response was I cant, You have to do it yourself, not the costumer service I am used to, so I turned around, left the product right at the register and left. I have been living in this area for about 3 years now and I used to love this place, but the standards have really fallen, and with the health crisis we are living in now, is not the place I would be recommending to anyone wanting to feel safe.

They have horrible service!!! They never have anyone at customer services and then after you wait for someone to come they make you go to the cashier lines again so you have to wait longer then what you have already wanted!!!

Surprisingly stocked with enough to offer items from each department, in a smaller setting. They even have a book section 😱 and commonly used tools, it was shocking that you could find all of the most necessary items used daily, that a Walmart Supercenter offers, and its in a store less than 1/4 of a regular Walmart store!

We need more of these smaller Walmarts stores. This store Is Flagship for sure. The prices are pretty good, but SERVICE IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT. It is very hard to find anyone who wants to help you. Also, the management needs to have a talk with the guys who were stocking eggs and meat at around 4 pm on Monday, February 24, 2020. They were using a lot of PROFANITY, and I did not appreciate that my young son could hear it. These guys really did not care that customers could hear what they were saying. Employees seem like they dont even want to be there, but they need not worry for long. A LIDL GROCERY STORE IS OPENING ACROSS THE STREET, and it will probably put this Walmart out of business.

Its much cheaper than the other Walmart in this area..With less number of people in it compare to other Walmart so this helps in maintain social distance during this covid pandemic.

Amanda who works at the Front End was extremely helpful and friendly. She made my experience helpful and worthwhile. She helped get me a package that I had shipped to the store after customer service was closed for the night. That made my day because I didnt want to have to come back and pick up the item another night

The store itself is always clean and the staff are friendly. The pharmacy thats in the place is outstanding. The staff is great and they are always helpful. I dont think I could go to any other pharmacy. If I have one complaint, there is this older lady who works up front that always gives me the evil eye. It kinda of pisses me off. Just because Im a female with a shaved head doesnt mean Im a criminal.

Very clean store easy in and out!

The selection is good and the store is clean. My only issue is the staff - they very often have no idea what they are doing. When asking people for products and where they are, very often they have no idea or are convinced they dont carry it (when I actually find it later on my own). There are broken scales are the self-checkout, making the purchase of fruits or vegetables very complicated. Last time, I couldnt weigh my produce, called for help, waited for several minutes until a woman came my way and told me the scale was broken. She just scanned two packages of 5 gum and walked away. No explanation. I was very confused and thought that was incredibly rude. When I tried to ask her what I am supposed to do now, she said its fine, just go. I guess she thought she did me some sort of favor with that. Considering that I bought 3 bananas and some other low-price produce item only, Im pretty sure the 5 gum was actually more expensive and she didnt do me any favors with her actions. I also think it was very unprofessional to just scan something else instead of my actual products and walk away !? THis is not the first time Im having issues with customer service. They made me walk all the way around the building (literally around the building, over the parking lot) to pick up a gift card before.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is that no employee enforced policy. I at times had to stop and stand or either distance myself from people who were walking towards me and not following arrows on the floor. When I went to check out, the scanner and counter was so visibly dirty with flour like substance. I asked for wipes to clean as 3 employees were standing at the front, a customer brought it to their attention that I was attempting to clean. It was only then that the came and assisted me.

I love when I get there and greet this lady named Caridad at the dairy section, shes so kind and friendly, she always try to do her best to help customers locate what they need with a smile and high sense to help others. People like her is what makes the difference among Walmart stores, by the way, I have a Walmart a few blocks from my house in Apex,NC, but her store is in the next city @ High House Rd in Cary,NC, she makes a difference that worth to drive a few extra miles. Im hoping that corporate management at Walmart will take this info about direct contact between associates and customers as the main rapport sample of why people still shopping there instead of somewhere else, maybe is not the price but the friendly service.

This Walmart Neighborhood Store is my favorite Walmart in the area. Its does not sell homegoods or clothing, but I like it. Its nit too small, the staff is friendly and cooperative, and I can find any good stock I am looking for in the way of staples. Check them out!

I arrived 5-10 minutes before midnight when they close and found the doors were already shut. I had a personal emergency and this was the only store close to me that was supposed to still be open. A woman saw me at the door and refused to allow me in and claimed the registers had already been closed down. Im really disappointed in this kind of service. Dont close your registers down and lock your doors before you actually close. The sign says that they are open until midnight and I expressed I had an emergency and that it wasnt even midnight yet but I was turned away. Disappointed that Wal-Mart management allows this.

This is the best market out of the 3 in the area. The Best.

Two carts ahead of me took about 5 minutes for their credit card to be processed. Then the couple ahead of me doing their full cart weekly food shopping had their personal check shredded by the check scanner. But most disturbing was the fact that the lone clerk did not know what to do and had no supervisor. The next two customers waiting in line ncluding me simply abandoned their carts and left to store.

Disdain for Walmart runs deep. Maybe because they are the the main employer of individuals on welfare. If you work 40 hr a week. You should make enough to not be on welfare. I have been on welfare and the base line to qualify is tougher each yr. so one has to ask how little they pay for you to still qualify for SNAP???

I went to this Walmart neighborhood market today and I was in love. It is one of the nest markets in this area. Everything was so neat and tidy, items looked fresh and were easy to find and prices on somethings like milk and eggs were a couple cents cheaper than other markets in this area. It’s a little further from my house than another location, but this is the one I will go to from on.

Its always dirty, looks like it never gets swept or mopped. Baked goods be very watchful of dates, have taken them home to fine mold. Service is non existant even at the registers.

It is one of the good stores in Cary. Except on Thursdays, where the store closes at 3.00 pm there always will be big ques at the Cash counters, it is good for shopping on other days. There is a pharmacy also in the store.

Great variety of stuffs at unbeatable and unmatched prices. You need time on your hand to explore this huge warehouse of all kind of possible stacked stuffs you need for your day to day activities. Parking area associated with it is an added advantage.

Normally, I would rate Wal-Mart a five but todays visit was less than stellar. I was checked out by Josh who definitely wasnt the brightest bulb in the bunch, and he proved it twice. Once by putting postage stamps on my receipt when he didnt have them at the register and then not crediting them back when I requested it because there were people lined up behind me. Them, I gave him a dollar off coupon at the start of my order and he didnt take it off. Another trip tomorrow to correct the mess. Hopefully, Ill get a better clerk this time!

On and on with this location. Went in to buy some fruit and vegetables. A cashier named Josh slammed the full bag down on the turnstile and I asked him he could have put them gently in my cart. (I set the cart on his side of the register to make it convenient). He told me, you have two hands. I couldnt believe it. I asked him what he said and if I was hearing wrong. He again said, You heard me. Wow! If I said that when I was young, I would have been fired. Told the manager and He didnt do anything. Josh was rude to him too. No respect.Went in tonight and the cashier didnt say hi, etc. I asked her where my hello was? She said I looked like I was In a mood and decided not to talk to me. I asked her Doesnt Walmart teach you a proper way to greet Customers anymore? Then she started going off. She left her lane with my receipt in the printer and stormed off to the front desk leaving me hanging.....What is going on here?I have gotten more and more of my groceries from Harris Teeter down the street and Publix. My wife shops completely at Target. She wont step into Walmart anymore. Never any lanes open except for the Self Checkout lanes and they are always full.I will pay more to shop elsewhere. Its to bad you dont want to go to work but I bring my hard earned money into you to buy items I need. I expect a modicum of decency and respect. Good luck to Walmart and our society. I wont be back.

This is a convenient, clean location. Prices are good for most items. The staff is usually helpful. Although I do avoid the customer service counter.

Its a micro Walmart trying to be a super center, so the department arrangements are odd. There is a low number of check outs, so prepare to wait. There isnt as many products and options, as it is not a super center. The shopping center that this Walmart is in can be very busy and with low visibility ingresses/egresses the parking lot can be hazardous. I try to avoid this location.

Mostly has every produce available, only sometimes run out. But it has been crowded lately.

Nice paired down version of a Super Wal-Mart strictly for food shopping. I love the cleanliness & variety of food available. Theres self checkout, which is nice when your in a hurry. Overall, Walmart got this idea right.

It was clean restocking some produce a little pricey but a good cost effective experience with acceptable customer service.

I hate going here. Its always dirty and has so much expired food its disgusting. For todays adventure, dirty floor with a Caution Wet Floor sign and a puddle in front of the sign. CLEAN IT UP RATHER THAN LEAVING IT.

I had driven by this place a few times and it seemed quaint enough to check it out. It was unfortunately not what I expected. Walmart basically took a portion of their usual grocery portion of their stores and put a nice exterior to it. The place had an unusual smell when we walked in and as we walked through the aisles, noticed they were severely lacking in variety. They also had gaping holes in missing products. Another disappointment was that they did not have a bakery, deli, butcher, anything that would have you classify this place as a market. Typical to your Walmart in the area, they didnt have many registers open. A positive side to the store is their pharmacy area. It was well stocked, clean and the staff very nice.
