I first experienced the pleasure of complete patient satisfaction with Johnson Eye Care’s services when I moved to Cary in 2017. Dr. Delgadillo is exceptional, and the selection of available eyewear is extensive, up to date and comprehensive. Everyone on staff has been thoroughly professional, friendly, and helpful at every step of the process, from making an appointment, to helping me select new eyewear, as well as everything in between. When it comes to all things associated with optometry, Johnson Eye Care is as good as it gets.

I called to schedule an appointment, I found out that they are booked for the next few months. I asked if they can call me when they have cancellation, they responded with very sarcastic voice that they have a waitlist few pages long and they call people from that list first. Thats great you have such a long waitlist, but your customer service should be much better.

Johnson Eye Care was amazing! Ive had challenges with progressive lenses throughout the years and they were very patient and kind. They also had the best and most up to date selection of eyeglass frames. Their staff was phenomenal in helping me find a frame that was flattering and exactly what I had been looking for. I hadnt had my eyes checked in quite a few years and the staff here was awesome! They were super friendly and informative and also made sure to check my insurance plan before they did any procedures to make sure I knew what was going on up front. I would highly highly recommend them!

We have been going to Johnson Eye Care in Cary since 2011. My daughter was 3 years old, and we found out she had very poor vision. Dr. Johnson is always very throughouh with his exams and finds the perfect prescription so that she can see perfectly. I will never forget when we picked up her first prescription glasses, and on the drive home my daughter was amazed by all of the stores and sights that she had never known were there. It was such a special moment. Now my daughter is 11, and has recently been diagnosed with a rare genetic disease that has affected her kidneys, and will require her to have a kidney transplant in the near future. Dr. Johnson and his entire staff were so kind and caring to her, knowing all that she has been through in the last several months. Dr. Johnson even offered prayer, right then and there in the middle of her appointment. It was the most loving thing I have experienced from someone who was not a close friend or family member. I know that neither myself or my daughter will ever forget that moment, and we look forward to working with Dr. Johnson and his staff for as long as we have eye care needs.

I was experiencing very unusual floaters that really had me concerned. I’m a high risk candidate for retinal tears. I called and shared my concern. With it being a potential serious issue, I was told to come in immediately. After thorough testing, my diagnosis was not concerning. THANK YOU Dr. Delgadillo and wonderful staff for your care and commitment to your patients!!

Getting old sucks and they understand that at Johnson eyecare. As we age, so does the potential of having changes in our vision. After getting an exam and switching out two pairs of glasses, one they’re a mistake and the other mine in addition to returning a pair of sunglasses, The staff really stepped up and tried to feather the situation as much as possible. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is very clean and friendly. Unfortunately, after two months of back-and-forth, problem seems to be bigger than an exam and I’m having to go elsewhere to get further testing done on my eyes. That said, they bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy and they succeeded.

Johnson Eye Care office located in a good place. You can easily park your car right in front of the entrance. Office itself looks pretty nice and cozy. Planty of frames from different manufactures that you can try right away. It was pleasure to spend time there. You will not see a crowd of people. Very friendly and polite personal. I got answers to all my questions. Also Ive got choice to check my eyes fundus: photo or just common drops (that will increase your sensitivity for day light for several hours). Like this place.

Dr. Schoepke is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She has also been extremely patient in helping me find contacts that will work best for my prescription. The office also has a wide variety of stylish frames at price points to fit every budget, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Schoepke and Johnson Eye Care.

I WENT TO JOHNSON EYE CARE FOR THE FIRST TIME ABOUT A YEAR AGO. HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. TOOK CARE OF ME RIGHT AWAY. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THEM THIS MONTH.

Wow! What a staff! Dropped my glasses in the lake on vacation and ran out of contacts months ago (overdue for appt). Have to drive home - 200 miles - in 4 days. Called and talked to Mary Sue. She found some sample contacts from my old prescrition and had them over-nighted to me so I could get home! There was an issue with the shipping address (its way out in the boonies) so I called back to clarify and two other staffers took care of that problem. Thank you all SO much!! Not sure what I would have done without you! You rock!

Dr. Johnson has to be one of the most competent Optometrists in McHenry County. He has helped our family overcome a number of different difficult visual challenges over the last 15 years

A melanoma was not spotted during a routine eye exam with dilation. Not Good!

They attend very well in this place very friendly also have a small room with toys to distract babies.
