Very shady business. They suddenly added a mandatory $5 insurance fee at the end of buying a phone. Supposedly this could be cancelled, but the clerk refused to provide anything in writing or that this was even required at all. Supposedly it was the bosss policy. Plus even after I left (after declining their insurance) they still screwed up my existing account and I had to spend twenty minutes on the phone with carrier customer support dealing with it. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I went in to buy a phone as a gift for my son. To wrap it up and give it to him and have him open it later and transfer it over in his free time. They would not sell me one because they claimed that they had to have his old phone or his pen or some other account information or he would not be able to transfer his old number over. The transfer must be done when I purchased the new phone. Right then and there. They insisted transfer must done right then when the new phone is purchased. Which is silly because that ruined the surprise of buying it as a gift. I asked can’t I come back with his old phone after he is unwrapped the new phone. They said no. The transfer had to be done right then.Needless to say I left and bought nothing. Weird company.

This retailer sold me a screen protector less than one month ago and was willing to sell me another until I asked I thought it was warrantied....oh no she says, Not this one...and we dont do them in store even if they were. You need to call the manufacturer and they only do limited warranty on manf.defects. Wow...But when I bought it less than a month ago my main question was is this wareenty covered and she said yes...so then I was next going to ask if something happens to it where do I go...but before I could finish....she said, just bring it back here..Well that not true now is it.... Whatever happened to taking care of the customer...its been less than a month...!!!!

Staff seemed nice but more worried about the metro pcs gossip then they were about helping me. Also did not set up my phone or even offer to help transfer contacts over. I got the vibe the owner is looking to try and improve on things so willing to check em out again

SCAM..Avoid this Store for Metro-PCS related service. Went to get a number trf and a Moto G7 power.Called in to check the total price after the porting, It was different on reaching the store with a diff of 50$. Managed to get the initial price based on my insistent after providing the name/call details of the person I had talked to. Phone started to go into the boot loop the next day..Spoke to the Mgr. She said she ordered a warranty replacement and after 10 days on checking she is telling now that the warranty order never took place because of a system glitch. and when I told her that is not fair as I am stuck with a broken phone, She kept down the phone and not answering my calls.

This MetroPCS wanted to charge us a $100 fee for their Free iPhone on Us deal. Went to another Metro (on Western Blvd) and we only had to pay sales tax on the phone. I know these are authorized dealers and I guess they can make their own rules but I would steer clear of this store and their extravagant arbitrary fees.

The very WORST SERVICE of any Metro stores that I have been to. The manager; APRIL and her little helpers are extremely RUDE!! I had problems with my phone, and all she wants is to FORCE the customer to purchase another phone. Everything questioned by me was denied with her favorite response : Its company policy! I am a disabled senior, and needed her to help me with technical issues. I requested that she call the department, and I was flat out told NO! I WILL NOT CALL THEM!!. They all began to clean their SHOES, while I stood there. They went on to playing with their personal phones....I was treated worse than the shoes they wore. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MAKING REPAIRS AND ARE ONLY CONCERNED WITH SELLING YOU ANOTHER PHONE, WHILE TREATING YOU LIKE DIRT! Forget calling the Corporate office, they are polite, but still refuse to help you. I now have 2 phones that are new, and I cant use either one. I just got a $360 education!

Dont want to activate any outside phones, want you to buy one of their phones and theyre all only $150 and up. They make up this story saying we dont know if that phone is locked to that network you might be able to use it for a month then you wont be able to use it anymoreLo and behold I brought them a Verizon phone way back in 2014 and told them to activate it anyway and nothing ever happenedI was just there last week in May of 2019 and overheard them tell the exact same story to a woman that wanted to activate a phone her friend gave her. That is just their scare tactics. They must be on commission.Im about to drop them and go with Cricket Wireless instead. I can get an LG Risio 3 for $50 with 2GB of 4g for $30 a month instead of MetroPcs where all I get is a Galaxy J2 (a cheaper phone) for $90 and only 1GB of 4g for $30 a month. The choice is obvious.

I came here and I was assisted by a young woman named Marina. She took the time to assist me, and thoroughly explained some of the specials, what is the deal behind the specials, different plans and what is included, and looked at the phone with me. When requested, she pulled up a comparison chart between two phones that I was looking at. She asked for my budget and managed to get me a phone, first month paid, phone case with screen protector well under $100 dollars (my budget). During my visit, the computers were malfunctioning a little. With her quick thinking skills, she was able to find alternatives to help process my payment and purchases. To put the icing on the cake, I explained to her that I have to be home by a certain time to pick up my child. She assured me I will make it to the bus on time and will do everything as quickly as possible. I totally recommend those who are planning to visit and cut their phone budget, to work with her to get the product you want. She is also bilingual for potential visitors (se habla espanol). After 24 hours, Im happy with my phone.Boss, give this sweet woman a raise!

Unfortunately I cant give this place even one star because I recently went to buy a phone and they sold me one that they told me was very good that the battery lasted two days and that it had a lot of memory but on the contrary it discharges very fast and very slow, the employees of this store lack honesty and ethics ... Too bad.
