If I could give this place zero stars, I would gladly do so. Be careful if youre a woman going in solo for service! They will most definitely try to take advantage of you! They tried to make me pay for a part that the mechanic broke while performing a simple oil change. Luckily, I stood up for myself and they didnt charge me. But they sure tried hard to pull the blinders on me and pay for a mistake that was clearly theirs! I will never, ever go back. The trust is completely gone.

Bought out our lease on their busiest day of the week. That place is so fun, if you have kids, bring them. There is so much to look at, its basically a VW museum with areas for children to play at while you wait for service, amazing restored vehicles straight out of the 60s, and if you are car shopping, like the family ahead of us, kiddos still have fun, not a hush and sit still environment. Watching an associate toss a football to a toddler girl and then watching her play with the ball while her parents finished up ahead of us in financing was the highlight of my day. I couldnt say enough good things about this place really, I wish I were better with names, but every single associate we spoke to from the lot all the way to financing was so friendly and cool, yet high energy and efficient, Im a customer for life.

Can’t say enough positive things about the service department here. I’ve been here multiple times and the customer service is always top notch. I strayed once to another VW dealership/service department closer to where I live and that was a huge mistake. It’s worth the drive to know I’ll have a pleasant experience with a staff that’s always courteous. Thank you!
