Very happy with Cary Florist; we had beautiful flower bouquets for bride + bridesmaids for a July wedding (as well as 3 corsages for moms and grandma). A few months before the wedding I walked in and sat down with a staff member about my vision. I had a few ideas in mind but nothing specific; I needed help and was open to suggestions! The staff member provided great recommendations to pair with my requests and the final product was beautiful. I paid by phone in advance and we picked up the day of the wedding seamlessly. The flowers survived an hour in the car drive no problem. The bouquets looked and smelled wonderful! Thank you so much!

I live in Arizona and was looking for a place in Cary to send flowers to my godmother for Mothers Day. Not only was able to send them with just a few days notice so that they arrive the day before Mothers Day but they were just as beautiful if not more than the photo online.When I sent through my order I realized as I hit submit that a word was missing from my card. I called the shop and they were able to fix it right away and we shared a great laugh about it. Just a real nice business, hard-to-find customer service like this these days. REVISION: Our experience here had a rocky start. We had an appointment, and nobody showed up. I posted a negative review. Within 20 minutes, we received a call from the general manager who profusely apologized, and asked us to come in and meet with her PERSONALLY. She even gave us a quote in advance to consider. We met with her (Her name is Pam), and she is going to get their head designer on our wedding! Absolutely phenomenal customer service, and we can’t wait to work with them as our wedding florist!

I ordered a delivery of flowers ,a small box of chocolates, a teddy and 1 balloon with them.Ordering was easy and I got confirmation of my order as well as when delivery was done same day !Woke up next morning to happy messages from my niece with a picture of her with her flowers and goodies !

Cary Florist, y’all have outdone yourselves yet again! (Actually the 4th time this month 🙃) everything about the service is a breeze and painless. And honestly, the prices are beyond reasonable. I’d pay way more for less quality flowers anywhere else. I’ve had the pleasure to order through kaitlin (if I spelled it wrong I’m so sorry!) and she’s also so awesome and amazing to talk to. So kind, so thoughtful, and has amazing recommendations. The delivery times are set, however It’s always been earlier than set. I could call by 10am and my recipient have their flowers by 1pm. Where else does that?!? NO WHERE! They also don’t charge a arm and a leg for same day delivery. It’s barely different than any other day. If anyone has flower delivery to purchase (or even pick up) please please please give them a try. I promise you won’t regret it!!

Flowers were expected to be delivered in the morning. Called & spoke with a rep. saying my order will be sent out in 30mins that was 1:30pm. Called at 2pm & another lady said it was sent out at 1:27pm. The place is 10mins from my apartment it’s now 4:45pm & haven’t received the flowers yet. If that’s the case I could’ve drove & got them myself ! Store close at 6 !!

I received a flower delivery from Cary Florist on 8/20/20. The bouquet was filled with white roses as the primary flower. I must say, they are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received! Not only that, they are also of the highest quality I have ever had. After one week, none of the flowers have browned and not one petal has fallen. When I need flowers for myself or for delivery, they are the only place I will go! I loved them SO much, I actually called Cary Florist just to let them know how wonderful the bouquet is. Even after a week. Will be posting a pic the day of and a close up of one of the roses now to show the current condition. ❤

I stopped in last minute just before they closed and the two young ladies that were there were very helpful.. instead of getting a bouquet I ended up getting a Norfolk pine and one of the girls went in the back and found a cardinal to add to it... I recommended and Im sure I will shop there again

Our wedding flowers were picked weeks in advance, but we got a call last minute saying that due to a hurricane the flowers would not be shipped (and that Cary Florist would replace with flowers of the same color). The flowers they used were absolutely NOT the same colors at all (they gave dark purple and yellow instead of bright pink. We had to go out and buy new flowers from Whole foods on the morning of my Wedding Day, and Cary Florist would not even discount our fee. We really understand that they couldnt get our original order in, but we did not understand the color scheme change or being unwilling to discount our fee when we called to ask.
