Kitchen Tech, Sandwich, MA has been working with Carver Appliance for years. Their service has been exceptional. Carver Appliance is the best! I have bought my appliances from them since they opened the store. They are great - all of them. This is a professional business which has been here in Carver for decades. Everyone goes there for appliances. I have never had a problem. I dont know anyone who has had a problem with them. They are great.

I’m so glad I went to carver Appliance! They installed my new dishwasher 2 days after I purchased it...... and for $200 dollars less than the home improvement stores would ...... the installer was knowledgeable and fast..... I couldn’t be happier and recommend Carver Appliance to anyone

I have been shopping here since the store opened in 1995. The staff is wonderful and the selection is huge. Ive had many repairs over the years, and the representative has always been on time, professional & fixes the problem the first time. I highly recommend Carver Appliance!

Basically, these people should not be in business. They, like any other vendor can sell you an appliance, but accomplishing anything reasonable with them after that sale is either impossible or unpleasant. Try, as i did, to get them to let you clean the floor after your old appliance is removed. I turned my back and they were hooking up the new appliance, totally ignoring my reasonable request. There is more, but why bother. BUYER BEWARE says it best about this outfit.

We recently moved and needed an inexpensive washer/dryer. We went to Carver Appliance after my mother in law told us they sold used ones with a 30 day warranty. My husband and I bought a used washing machine there for $250 on 4-29-13, it broke after just 2 weeks. I called to have the machine serviced and they were unable to fix it. They then replaced our machine with a similiar unit on 5-13-13 because it was under a 30 day warranty. On 6-4-13 the second machine quit spinning out and again I needed to have it repaired . I called CA again and they came to fix it. The service man was nice and fixed our machine, however they would not honor the warranty. They charged us $128 for a machine that we had for 2 weeks. When I called to complain and inquire about the 30 day warranty I was told that the warranty was already honored on 5-13 and now I needed to pay full price for the repair. I told her that we had owned the new machine for less than 30 days and so the warranty should be honored. The woman on the phone was very rude and informed me that it didnt work like that and than asked me to make a payment immediately. I didnt give them my credit card information over the phone. Obviously we were very upset. For $ 378 we would have gotten a brand new machine. Carver Appliance has horrible customer service and doesnt seem to care about their customers or stand behind their products . I HIGHLY suggest you think twice before buying anything there.

Long story short. I went to buy a NEW refrigerator and they gave me the floor model after I specifically requested a new one. I complained about it and got nothing but arrogance and rudeness . Yes, the lady took off $275.00 but it wasnt what I was looking for, just a new one. Gave me the owners manual to a 4 year old different refrigerator. There was no light bulb in the freezer and after all that Justin still argued that it was a new one. Someone else stated, run away from this business as fast as you can and dont look back. Nothing but lies.

Never had any problems. Bought a washer and dryer, the washer drain hose came undone and started leaking all over the house. They came and fixed it that day. Other than the drain coming loose there was a quick delivery, they took my old washer and dryer and put them where I asked. I bought several refrigerator parts and oven parts there, and Im waiting on a dishwasher part right now. Service is good and havent had any problems.

I called there to ask about a part and the lady was so rude that I told her I don’t want to do business with her. My father had warned me about them. That lady is RUDE!!! I will never do business with this place again and I don’t recommend anyone do business with this lady. The good reviews are from insiders the bad ones are from the customers. RUN!!!

Just took delivery of a speed Queen washer . Could not be happier ! Replacing Samsung Toploader that was a piece of junk . The gentleman at Carver appliance could not of been nicer ~~~very patient letting me vent about how bad the Samsung has been. Same gentleman came and set up the SQ machine with no problem.Speed queen machine has an actual agitator just like the old ones and I’ve just finished washing very dirty work clothes and they are clean. 🤗. Machine stayed balance through the whole cycle . Will be going back for any future appliances ... do not hesitate going to this store ,staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I bought a drier from them it broke within 3 month the sent there service guy out it cost $89.99 just to get him here the never stated in the phone conversation that I would be charge labor as well all they said was I would pay for parts if needed it was a part they forgot to put on the drier before they sold to me and the charge me addition money for a part that was suppose to be there when I bought it will never go back total scam the repair man was her 8 minutes charged me $125.00 remember the dry was bought 90 days ago NEVER AGAIN

One of the worst services ever, they give broken appliances and wont help you fix it once it breaks. They yelled at us for even asking for help.
