My grandmother ordered a shipment was told she would get a on the 1st and was priced at 1.50 and she called about every day and was told another day and then come the 22nd they come in and the price went up one dollar per gallon more take that times 200 gallons and customer service was horrible we will be looking into other options for some one based locally not head quartered out of Chicago another company offered to come on the same day and would bring a new tank and have it filled.

Ordered a refill and was told it would be filled about 2 weeks later which is bad enough but then they did not even fill it by then. Was told for days I was going to get it and no one ever showed.

Ferrellgas employees have all been kind, considerate and efficient for all the 15 or so years Ive been with them. They have always been patient and given me respect whenever Ive had to call for any information or help with anything. Their delivery person is efficient and friendly, and he likes my dogs! The Ferrellgas prices are in line with the norm, and they offer several options for payment. What more could one ask of their propane delivery company?!?
