I have visited this establishment for some time now getting my coffee that I love very much, however after waiting in line.. which was not an issue at all I saw how management treats their employees during rush hour. Instead of guiding their employees she reacted with frustration and stood giving out demands on what to do instead of helping. The coffee girl is bright and is young, imagine being 32 years old and thinking that she can run both the cashier, coffee machine, take orders,and fill them all in a timely order while the manger stands around. This isn’t a broken business, it’s up and booming everyday, until it won’t be. Treat your employees better because without them you wouldn’t be running your business.

Outstanding, literally, the structure is quite unique inside and out, the service as well as the coffee. I didnt get any food but I could smell it and it was amazing. Loved my latte and the prompt service. Priced right too,a better five star bistro to spend my bucks... Drive thru and walk up service, there is a very inviting dining area but Im not sure its open or restricted.

Great food and service. Chairs in the restaurant area are very uncomfortable.

Bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, large hot black Americano and two pup cups - all for about six bucks. I love this place and take my dogs there every chance I get. The drive through service is always very helpful and friendly. I think its the best breakfast sandwich in Carthage. The cheese they use is fantastic. My only suggestion: figure out how to take payments outside during busy times.

It was meh. Not bad, not great. Ill give it another shot, but just one🙂

Very friendly employees and the food was very delicious 10/10 recommended. Im new to town and this is my my favorite place to go and get a nice meal.

An early morning visit ... taking a chance as an out of towner... friendly and accepting counter service and very good dark roast , well balanced with no bitterness. They have a pull through window which I did not attempt with my trailer attached. I would be a regular if I lived in the area. You are able to go inside and sit if you desire. Enjoy

Decent take on an authentic smashburger. Only way would be better with onions grilled on burger. Fries were hot and crisp. Would go back.

I gave it a 2 because my hubs said is coffee was alright. My Chai tea latte was, well water with foam. I threw it away. They were not speedy, but they did try by sending someone out to take our order.

What a great place! They have really good coffee but also their food is pretty amazing too. Their soup is literally the best - the broccoli and cheese is my favorite but their chicken tortilla soup is also really good. Their staff is just fabulous as well. I went through the drive thru toward the end of hours and they were just so nice to me even though I was so late. I was able to get a friend some soup after her surgery and instead of being annoyed they were just so friendly.

Fantastic place! Just had their Smash burger for the first time today...Delicious! Great service and super quick!

Excellent food and fast service

As a Reuben “snob” I can say that theirs ranks at the top! The fries were also excellent. But, he best of all was their sugar free iced coffee...that isn’t easy to find and theirs is soooo yummy.

What can you do? Where can you go? BOOM! Tin Cup. Great coffee. I had espresso yesterday. Cold Brew today. Good stuff and decent price.

On the time I visited the coffee shop I wasn’t greeted at the door, the person taking my order wasn’t very friendly in the manner that I felt like I was an annoyance for being there, I asked questions about what they’d recommend for an iced coffee and it was very short and brief... again, as if I was being an inconvenience for asking. The second person was just on their phone the entire time... didn’t even look up to say hi. I don’t see myself going back again, may have been a bad day for them but that’s no excuse to treat people that way... as a paying customer who wants to give business to local businesses I expected a more decent way of treating your customers.

This place is EXACTLY what Carthage NEEDS!!! Awesome food, and very friendly people! This place is neck and neck with Cherrys on the square!👍👍👍 The Italian sub, and Chicken Salad are FANTASTIC! Do yourself a favor, and have the German potato salad with whatever sandwich you order, theyll be glad to heat it up for you as well!

This place is a find- quality is excellent!! Recommend! I had a 1/2sandwich-1/2salad (Pilgrim sandwich: turkey, gouda cheese and cranberry-orange sauce, I believe) with iced-tea. Perfect lunch. Cute inside. Coming back!

Tin Cup is a great new addition to the area. The service is fast and friendly. Their sandwiches are delicious and full of flavor. Aside from being a little overpriced, its made up for in quality and flavor. Their Pilgrim and Roast Gouda sandwiches are divine.

This place was alright. I had a club sandwich ... Expected it to be toasted but it wasnt... But it was fine taste-wise The potato soup was pretty good... Will probably order that again. Eating space inside is a bit small and the tables set up for 4 people worked, but would be more comfortable if just two people say there. The people I went with enjoyed their food, but at the end of the day we all agreed we could easily make what they were serving at home. The price was good, but definitely a no frills type establishment.

This place is so good! My favorite is their chicken salad sandwich (no one has been able to beat it, even Red Onion) and their potato soup is amazing, way better than Panera. My hubs loves their Pilgrim sandwich. Their iced latte is strong and gives me my caffeine fix. I tried their blended coffee when they first opened and it was basically just crushed ice, so I haven’t tried it since. Hopefully they’ll improve on it soon. Their prices are reasonable as well.

My wife, some of our extended family, a few friends, and myself all came crashing in here at 5:30 this evening to check the place out (about ten of us). Quite frankly I’m super impressed with the quality of service we received for being such a large group that close to closing time! For a business that’s been up and running for not even 48 hours everyone on the crew did an excellent job getting orders turned around as quickly as possible. I understand that there is going to be a little bit of a delay, being a new business and everything, but they handled everything very well (Side note: be patient and don’t be rude; no one likes a jerk)!This place is already off to a great start and clearly has a solid crew, so I do not doubt that it will only get better with time!I ordered a hot ham & cheese sandwich and a white mocha frappe, while my wife had a roast beef and Gouda sandwich (with a salted caramel iced mocha). The food was incredibly good, and definitely made with quality ingredients. The drinks were also very good as well. Long story short, this is definitely a place I will be returning to each time I’m in Carthage. Keep up the good work!

So I stopped in here for the first time this morning now keep in mind Im not a big coffee drinker and when I do I usually have my favorite Star bucks coffee about once a month maybe twice. With that being said I had an apple cinnamon scone (fresh out of the oven was amazing)!! And I ordered a white chocolate mocha which is the normal coffee drink I get (but remember not a big coffee fan). For me it didnt have enough flavoring I could taste way to much of the black coffee taste. However this will not stop me from Coming back because I am a big believer in supporting our home town places!! So I cant wait to come back for a lunch and maybe a different drink I seen teas and hot chocolate on the menu so see ya again soon the service was great!!

The coffee is great, with several trips there just to make sure its consistent😉. Had to try a Grand Ave. Club sandwich today and not at all disappointed! Shared with my daughter and was the perfect serving size. We loved and raved on every bite! Got 2 Mocha Cappachinos for our drinks and it was the perfect meal. Five star lil place. We love it!

Who needs Starbucks when you have this place? Better quality, better service and youre supporting a local business when you buy their products! The best!

22.00 fir 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and they forgot 1 of the bags of chips. Not to mention 30 minute wait. Dont waste your time.

Ive only been once and I wasnt terribly disappointed. The staff was attentive and friendly. The wait for one iced drink was a little longer than I hoped but staff kept me distracted till it was done. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it was really really sweet. Sweeter than I like and I live sweet. I tasted more milk and flavor than I did coffee. Not a big deal everyone makes theirs differently. I also bout a cinnamon roll that was on the dry side as well as a little tough even after I nuked it once I got home. Again no biggie. My 4yr old son loved it. They just started. Give it time. I would recommend them 2nd to one other coffee shop but would still recommend.

I was looking for something different in Carthage from our normal choices of burgers and decided to try the Tincup for a takeout order for dinner. My wife had stopped earlier for a coffee and said the menu look good. I ordered the Chicken salad sandwich and Pilgram sandwich with a couple of sides. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Both sandwiches and sides were great. They came with chips which were also a level above the normal. The Togo order was package in a box instead of just being thrown in a bag. The service was fast and friendly. All of this says that this business is trying to be something different with quality. Overall Great.
