James and the others here always do a great job, and go above and beyond in some cases. Were always treated like family here, and they have always been good to us. Been using them for about 10 years, and my family and friends use them as well!

After the wind blew a utility pole onto the bed of my truck, after talking with my insurance and telling them where I wanted to take it, Carthage Auto Plaza got my truck right in. Ill be without it for a week but they always do great work.

These guys are always working hard and do everything they can to get a customer in as soon as possible. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but when someone is good, there is always lots of work to do. I have taken my cars/trucks to them for years and they do a GREAT job. We just had repair work completed. We couldnt have asked for nicer people. Work was completed on time and they were upfront and answered all our questions.

This the only body shop we use. They work well with our insurance company. They do good work. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The work and estimates and prices are always fair and honest. They have repaired hail damage, replaced windshields, replaced a side mirror, and repaired damage from various fenderbenders through the years and we have always been satisfied by the work, the workers and the price.

I just picked up my 5th wheel travel trailer from having them repair it. Had some fiberglass and structural damage to the underneath part of the 5th wheel overhang. The other RV dealerships I talked with didnt want to touch it. Carthage Auto Plaza did a fantastic job and brought it in under quote. Im usually pretty hard to impress but they did it. Hopefully dont have to use them again, but wouldnt hesitate.

I took my car to Carthage Auto Plaza for an insurance repair. I have before photos of the vehicle from my insurance company. When I got my car back, the windshield was broken, my front headlights werent aligned, all of the window buttons werent hooked back up and they left their trash in the door of my car. I called them and asked them to resolve it and they offered to hook up the buttons but said if I want a new windshield, that I needed to get my insurance to cover it. My insurance wont cover it because it was NOT from the wreck. It was at the top of my windshield and clearly splinters out from something hitting it. Go literally anywhere else for auto repairs. Roper in Joplin was fantastic to work with.

Such good people! Really take the customers to heart! And always give me a ride home too! I could not be happier with my car care!

Well, the whole Ill try to work with a local small business to better my community thing was a bust here. Very poor customer service, lack of attention to detail and the inability to find out anything about them online proved too much for me to swallow.
