Nots has been very good to our family—specifically during the pandemic. The personal care for their staff has been incomparable. They provide great benefits and fair wages. They are generous to the community. Their hiring pool is broad. It is a great business to start a career, not just a job.

The work is somewhat easy enough but very stressful. However supervisors and upper management care nothing about respect for their employees. I was let go because a member of leadership frequently used vulgar language and yelled to get his point across. Finally when I asked to speak with the manager over our department I was released and sent home on suspension for a few days before being terminated. HR was very useless in the matter as they only act as the company’s yes man. They don’t assist the employees at all and I have seen this with other employees as well that had issues with management and HR
