Love this place! We used to buy paint from Lowe’s but this staff is actually knowledgeable about their products and provides great recommendations. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my paint needs. Service, price and quality of paints were excellent!

I hate to leave a bad review, but this was our experience -Total lack of customer service, waited for an hour and then was told they were not assisting us. All we needed were paint samples and we were willing to pay for them. Was told they were only helping higher paying customers What a way to treat a local business owner!

Paint can be complicated with several qualities price points and details that make the difference. Sherwin -Williams stores my paint information and has a perfect answer too any question about my tasks.

Mark’s service was fantastic.

My husband, who has been painting for 40 years, used Sherwin Williams paint to paint the ceiling of a business. Upon returning from lunch it looked like it was snowing from the paint falling from the ceiling. A rep came to investigate the next morning and had no explanation as to what could have made that happen. He suggested he use a better grade of paint, but declined to refund for the paint that fell off the ceiling. The only allowance made was to give him the better paint at the lesser price. He didnt ask for compensation to repay the money spent to pay workers to paint the ceiling. I feel like the least they could do would be to replace the bad paint.

I looked on line before i went to purchase five gal. of pant to see if there were any coupons . there were none when i came back home .i got back on there was a 30% off coupon on line it was ab out like i had to buy something before i got the email .i did not like this the sales person should have said something the higher price
