Wonderful little office nestled in downtown Cartersville plenty of parking on the street. Big, comfy waiting area with plenty of room. Everyone here is super nice so you feel special just like youre their family. They thoroughly checked out my ear issue but did not force me into any unnecessary testing so I didnt have to pay for things I didnt need. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Give them a call!

They are always helpful and strive to improve my experience with my hearing aids. I have been using them probably for about eight or 10 And this is my third set of hearing aids with them. I was a bit reluctant to go get my hearing tested because I thought I didn’t need it. However, making the decision to try Johnson Audiology was the the best decision I’ve made in a while. They did a great job making me feel comfortable and fitting me into my audible enhancement devices.

Johnson Audiology is the best. The staff and doctors here cannot be compared. The receptionist was absolutely sweet! I recommend that if you are having a hard time keeping up with conversation, have subtitles to watch tv, or miss hearing the sound of music, dont waste time. These folks are amazing. My 80+ yr old mother had to have a repair on one of her hearing aids, wires had pulled out. She was with us visiting from out of state. I did a Google search of her brand and service centers. Johnson Audiology was the closest 5 star office. Called and made an appointment. Staff on phone was very polite and informative. We were not sure if the units were still under any warranty. She advised that they would be able to verify any warranty coverage and also advised on possible repair cost if not under warranty. Upon arrival staff was very friendly and on time for taking our appointment. Nice waiting area and was offered coffee and water. My mother was met with and treated with excellent customer service. She was able to have her hearing aid repaired and batteries replaced. There was a small fee but this was stated up front when making appointment. Our experience was excellent and went as it should with any service based business. My mother has commented since her visit on how she really enjoyed the respect and service she received at Johnson Audiology and if she needs a repair on any future visits she will be sure to have me take her here. Thank you for time and respectful customer service.

We’ve had an amazing experience at Johnson Audiology with my mom getting hearing aids. I will say it is VERY beneficial to go to a doctor of audiology instead of Costco! This has been a life changing experience for our whole family!

This place is excellent! Attentive staff, wonderful doctors. The waiting area is very nice. This place is easy to find from the street. Parking is available. Out of the many visits weve made here, its never a typical doctor visit. Doctor Wade takes time to answer any and all questions, she is wonderful!

Such a nice office! Everyone is very professional and pleasant. Dr. Wade is very knowledgeable in her field. She fitted my husband with Lyric hearing aids. They have allowed him to continue in his career as a physician and definitely improved his overall quality of life. This sure has helped MY quality of life, too!
