Thay were helpful and quick at it i diddnt wait long in line and store was clean

My go-to tool and equipment store. Nice place for those with mechanical aptitude. Theres always something that needs repairs and HF has everything you need.

New location, very clean very well laid out and very helpful staff. As with any Harbor freight, the prices are good The quality is hit and miss. Their return policies are outstanding so I dont see why everybody doesnt give them a shot. I have had such good luck with everything Ive purchased with them so far.

Very nice store. Just recently built and they have a large inventory to go with traditional Harbor Freight prices. Wide isles and well lit. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Easy to get to location, handicap parking and accessible, also there is a public restroom. Dont forget to search harbor freight tools online for more coupons and 20% off coupon.

The employees that work here are terrible and unhelpful. If they hate their job so much then they shouldnt work there plain and simple. I needed help locating an item and they completely blew me off. This location is terrible. I will say one of the girls at check out was very nice, she was about it.

A place to go to find out you need things that you didnt know you needed.

I seen on a previous review that the same issue I had someone else had as well. Terrible customer service, the employees does not like working with customer to return items. I never had issues with returning an item at any other store or location. Highly suggest taking a drive to Kennesaw or Canton, way better service there.

They had almost everything we needed, which was a bulb for the lamp over our stove.

Very glad they finally opened one near me. The air tools are not great but everything is a very low price for a brand equivalent.

Finally! A harbor freight in my own town. Gone are the days of driving an hour to get to this store. Yippie!

Cheap and clean. Most tools are a fraction of the cost. But also don’t last as long either .

I needed a new battery charger so I went to my favorite place to buy one. Its a new store and organized nicely with large isles. When they saw a line forming they promptly brought up another Associate to help.

Standard issue harbor freight

We went to Harbor Freight to get a Jack and they had a good selection of them, the place is clean & Employees are helpful and friendly.

I like harbor freight... but today as I was shopping a man and his wife were trying to return an item they said did not work, the employee said they could not return and they would have to call someone else to return it... I believe the customer is always right and the employee was very rude to the customer. Employees should not be treating customers the way I witnessed the guy being treated today. Hope you get your people straightened out so I don’t not have the same problem one day
