This place is a total dump. Not all the gas pumps work, theres no towels in the bathroom, and the hand dryer also doesnt work, and the door doesnt lock! The selection of food and beverage also kind of stinks. You are much better off going to the Circle K just down the street about a quarter mile.

Highly recommend this place if you want to check out the absolute worst gas station in America and get accosted and attacked by the vile and cenile old lady clerk.You would find cleaner bathrooms 3 days into an outdoor music festival. Broken mirror that by looking at previous reviews hasnt been repaired in years, still no paper towels, no soap and the toilet had fecal meterial on the seat and bowl of the urinal was stained and it wouldnt flush. The store was filthy and reeked.The cenile old clerk clearly makes a habit of attacking people. The gas is not sold at the advertised price and you cant get back to the freeway from the station. We stopped at the McDonalds down the road for dinner (wonderful experience) and asked the clerk about that station and they apologized while laughing and said yeah we all know to stay away from that gas stationRecommend to stay far away or stop in if you are curious to see just how bad it really is. Words just dont do it justice for how horrifying this Shell station is.

If I could post ZERO stars I would. We stopped for gas and used the restroom on a trip. We have three toddlers and had been traveling for 6 hours already and had to take our small children inside to allow them to use the restroom. The restrooms were disgusting and the lady that was working was so inappropriate and RUDE!!! One of my 3 year olds was crying and she told him You need to stop...we dont allow that in here!. I told her how extremely rude that was and informed her he is 3. She said I do this all the time. Children need people other than their parents to tell them how to act sometimes. When I asked her what her name was (she didnt have a name tag on) she rolled her eyes at me and waved her hand in a get out of here motion. Ive never been taken back by a strangers rudeness in my life. She is representing the Shell brand horribly! I would NEVER go to this gas station due to the lack of cleanliness and rudeness of staff.

I can’t even believe this establishment is running. My husband was so disgusted with the cleanliness and the bathroom that we literally cleaned the bottom of his shoes when we left. You people really need to learn how to clean your bathrooms. I’d rather piss on the side of the road than feel like I just left with a million diseases. Disgusting.

Do not recommend this gas station, gas pump did not stop and spewed gas on my car and my pants. The attendant took about 45 seconds to see me, he was eating and talking on the cell phone. Men’s restroom was very dirty and had no paper towel.

Terrible customer service...do NOT stop here. The elderly woman who works here instructed my husband on how he should parent our daughter after he told her she couldnt have a sugary item (per her dentist). Needless to say, she was very disrespectful and condescending in front of our daughter.

This gas station is the worst I’ve ever seen. The attendant was so rude. The gas pump was broken and spewed gas all over my car and the bathroom was disgusting.I was pumping my gas and stepped inside my car last Friday, April 19th. I heard a loud noise and then the gas started spewing out the tank. The pump was broken and should’ve stopped as the tank got full. I went inside to wash my hands and the bathroom was gross. There was soap but it was in a foam cup on the sink. When I stepped out, I noticed how rude the attendant was to my friend when she greeted her. My friend misheard the attendant and said, “excuse me?” The attendant gave a very odd facial expression and shouted, “I SAID, GOOD EVENING!” I didn’t know someone could greet someone and yet be rude about it. I began to explain the situation, and the attendant continually interrupted me by telling my that young people just don’t understand that you can’t step away from the gas pump and that it was my fault that it spewed everywhere.Note: I stopped it with probably less than a gallon spilling.The attendant proceeded to tell me that some things in life just don’t work the way they should and informed me that a lady earlier that day walked in on her cellphone and came out to over 25 gallons of gas spilling. That confirmed that the pump was already broken and no one took the initiative to block off that pump and call for service. I disappointed and I expect Shell to fix this station of all it’s problems.

Took 14mins to pump $17 worth of gas. No soap in the mens restroom. Dirty and dated. Lady inside was super friendly though.

The older woman with grey, curly hair was very rude to me when I used the bathroom (she refused to give me her name). They were being cleaned so the door was open & I did not see the mens sign because the door was against the wall. She said to me we women dont share restrooms with men & I apologized & explained the door was open. Her response was you didnt see the urinal? I said there was BOTH a urinal AND a sit down toilet so I thought it was a family restroom. Her response: you millenials always have a problem. Go get your paci & go. I do not expect to be treated like that anywhere, but especially somewhere where I just spent over $50.

Disappointed that I cant leave zero stars. Stopped here to get gas, as it is right off the interstate. Started pumping gas and the kids got out to stretch their legs, as the gas is pumping the lady comes out telling me I need to hurry because shes closing. Had her lights on and no closing time posted on the door and was extremely rude about it.

Womens bathroom door wouldnt lock and couldnt close.Gas handle position tab was gone.No receipt paper at the pump so you had to go in and inconvenience the attendant (or UNattendant) who was sitting with his feet up:(Awful gas station!!

Bathroom nasty, no paper towels. Staff is rude. Would not recommend. And this comes from someone who has been a cashier and worked to management.

On November 25th 2017 at 12:00 pm I stopped for gas and directions to a fast food restaurant. Before I pumped gas I went in to ask the clerk where the restaurant was I clarified my request by saying the restaurant after saying the name of the restaurant. She stood there with her eyes and mouth open like I had been cursing and finally replied she knew that, that fast food business was a restaurant and where it is, tgen she started a smart aleck response that if I wanted to know directions to said restaurant that all I had to do was ask. Which I thought I had. She continued on to say that she knew where it was and that she knew everything. At this point I had heard enough and cared less if she gave directions or not as a matter of fact I had hoped she would stop talking as everything she was saying was opinionated and overbearing. While I was waiting in line for the restroom she started in on the beverage truck driver who was delivering and stocking the cooler bossing him around telling him to remove his earphones so that he would hear what she had to say.The restroom was not clean, no paper towels and not clean and again not clean.I wanted to tell her how ugly of a person she is but I refuse to argue with a fool.A person such as she is unfit to represent the business and a business that would employ a person who displays that attitude toward customers is unfit to have the patrons that come there. I will never stop there again, and I will strongly urge anyone I interact with to find a different gas station.

The bathroom looks like a grenade went off in it and nobody bothered to clean up, except for the broken mirror which was just laying outside the bathroom in shards for anybody to pick up and likely murder you with in the same bathroom.
