Everyone I spoke with was very helpful & Friendly. I Shopped in store, as well as did a Pick up that I ordered online a couple days before. The pick up people were so nice and helpful.

The gentleman that brought out the order was prompt and extremely kind. His kind spirit was more than refreshing - especially when its so easy for employees to be grumpy. He was so nice. We will FOR SURE be back.

The parking lot is always clean of trash and a beautiful visual experience to start my visit. Then I am greeted by warm welcome and told where I can find a properly sanitized cart or basket. The store itself is well lit. Every section of the store is properly labeled to show where specific types of merchandise can be found. The sales floor is always well kept even while being stocked. If ever needing assistance there is usually an associate near buy happy to help or the Target app can provide assistance as well. Check out is no different than any other part of the experience at hand. Self and assistive checkouts are always clean, easy to utilize, and a wonderful experience. To close of each visit the lady/gentleman who is making sure the start of each visit is warm and welcoming also completes the visit with a kind good bye and appreciation to the customer who is leaving.

Love this place! I shop here weekly, sometimes more than once a week. Its always clean and the employees are always helpful.

I come to target for specific items that are great quality and affordable. Love the Halloween items at the front, too!

Store actually had decent stock this time in the dollar section but I was accosted by an AT&T employee by the electronics who pretended to be a helpful employee before asking me about my cell phone service. Sorry, but this is a Target. If I wanted to go to AT&T, I’d go across the street to the store. It reflects poorly on both entities. I don’t want to be pestered when I’m shopping.

I love target. the environment is stress free people are not racing around all crazy. its higher class than other stores and Starbucks is a huge plus. its a warm and inviting place to spend all your money.

Target has nice stuff. The staff are nice. The gentleman who was about to clean the bathroom before I went in was greeting people with welcome, happy Saturday and telling people something was 10% off. He was so happy to be there I felt happier to be there.

This week Target has advertised a circle offer for health care items. Spend $25, get a FREE $5 Target Gift Card .The store in Cartersville, GA has a big sign on the end cap of an aisle in the health care section. The sign was stragecially placed in the middle of the end cap where product brands such as Quest, Atkins, and Premier Protein were displayed. I grabbed $25 worth of these health food brands and headed to the register. NOT ONE THING QUALIFIED for the sale.Why would you place the sign in front of items that do not qualify for the advertised sale?Ugh. Come on Target. You are better than that. Or is this just a Cartersville Store mistake?

Helped me order the item I needed online when they didnt have it in store. I was super happy with the support Jared gave me in efforts to find a better product for me and explain to me why his suggestion was better. I didnt feel pressured to purchasing his suggestion over mine.

Easy to pick up with the app you can just pull into a spot and go to your app and have them bring it out to you.

The boy immediately brought my merchandise out, wearing a face mask. He was polite. The entire process was quick and easy. If you’re in a hurry the drive up process is flawless!

Shopping in the baby section this morning. There was a employee cleaning & doing his job he was listening to a podcast. ( not a huge deal ) but one of the managers on the floor I guess noticed it. Completely chewed him out on the floor infront of every customer and was very rude to him.I will not shop in a place that treats their employees like this.

The nice guy Trey?( I think thats his name ) made the whole experience wonderful! He has the best customer service skills ,Ive seen in a loooong time ! So important ! Repeat business is so important and I will definitely be back😊

Associate was placing stock in one dept but when i ask for a particular item they immediately stop what they were doing and took time to help me search for item i needed for my granddaughter for college. That was very special and she did it with such a pleasant disposition.

I scored low due to my poor customer service experience from customer service and the front of house manager who was also assisting me. Very rude, condescending and deflected my issue. The issue was resolved but I have never experience such poor customer service from a Target store, and left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I will definitely not be returning to this location ever again in Cartersville, GA.

Friendly fast service, never get stuck in check out lines, always have great products for competitive prices, discounts through Target app and Target Red card and the shopping bags are off good quality to reuse at home.

I was disappointed when this Target wouldn’t sell me a patio furniture display. It was sold out on line and in most stores. Carlos worked with me for an hour to locate another set and put it on hold until I could pick it up! He also helped me pick out the best decor for my home... very good quality for an excellent price. I made a purchase in the morning of April 3rd. That afternoon, after I found that I had purchased the wrong item, I went back to the store to return it. I was met at the door and told returns couldn’t be made until April 17th. Today is April 22nd I wanted to return. Something told me to call first. I received a recording saying returns are not allowed until April 26th. I’m thoroughly frustrated with Target and it just reminded me why I will not shop at Target again.Yolanda Bost

The Cartersville Target employees are very helpful and always pleasant. The pick-up service is wonderful. I would love a Super Target here and I think it would do well like the one in Canton.

Bought a pool and the liner was completely unattached brought it back & 3 employees did EVERYTHING they could to help us find another because they were out! Very nice employees & extremely helpful!!

Customer service is AMAZING

Excellent shopping experience! Have shopped here for years anyway, but recently had a particulary great experience. I had bought a television, but upon unpacking at home, found that the screen had been cracked evidently in shipping. Returned to the store and the manager personally met with me and apologized for the inconvience and immediately took care of the exchange. Every associate ( and there were several) took an interest and worked with the manager in the process of getting the exchange. The guest services folks were great also.The exact TV I had bought was out of stock and the shipment would have been several days. The manager exchanged the TV and provided me with the same brand but in a slightly larger screen- at no additional cost. She told me that she was truly sorry for the inconvenience. The associate unboxed the replacement tv and inspected it and actually hooked it up to make sure it was good to go. He then carefully repackaged it and sealed the box. All I can say is this- It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had anywhere!!!!

We love Target they always have some of the best things. Only thing about this one is its not a super Target so they dont have many grocery items which is a let down but other than that very clean and nice store.

Surprized how dirty the store was. Waited in electronics for Cind to help me. She seemed put out and overwhelmed. She never acknowledged me and skipped me twice and went off on another direction. I left and wont be back. Really sad when walmart beats your customer service Cindy.

Target is usually where I go to buy bedsheets. About a week ago I bought bedsheets here and when I got home and took the cardboard off, the sheets had a cut through them. Took them back and exchanged for a different set and when I got home and opened the cardboard these sheets were torn also. :/ Whats up with that. Im going to Hiram next time. Thanks anyway👌

The policy of allowing any person of any gender to use any restroom or dressing room is bad policy. This was the 2nd time I have been in a Target since that policy when into affect.

I had the most helpful employee give me assistance at the check out station.

Disappointed! A Water Pik was recommended yesterday by my dentist after cleaning. Went straight to Target. Was difficult to actually match box with price. A bit surprised in checkout at cost...but paid and brought it home. Thankfully I didnt open it, but wanted to check online for the possibilty of a lower price. BAM! Found it at Walmart for $20.00 less. Darn! Picking it up after work and going out for dinner on my savings. Dont be so greedy Target!

Decent target. Seems understaffed, and has a teeny tiny grocery section. The plus sized clothes are literally mixed with maternity, not sure if due to lack of care or lack of staff. Still pleasant, though.

Love this target! Everyone is so sweet and i always go in there looking for 1 thing and come out with $100 worth of items lol!

I ordered some gym shorts for my son online to be picked up in store. When I went to the store to pick them up, the employee couldnt find them. It seems someone had accidentally given them to another customer, thinking it was part of their order. All the employees I spoke with were very helpful, they gave me a $5 gift card and let me pick out any shorts I wanted at the same price I had paid for the ones I originally ordered, since they no longer had the size I needed in stock. A little frustrating but I think they made up for it. The thing that bugged me the most (and this may seem strange!) was that the changing table in the womens restroom (which wasnt very clean) was right in front of the door. So when I was changing my daughters diaper, everyone that walked in or happened to be right outside the bathroom door, could see me changing her. Now, I know I like privacy when Im using the restroom and I think it would be nice if the little ones being changed had some privacy too. The changing table should be in a stall, or at the very least further into the bathroom so its not the first thing you see when you walk in the door and isnt visible from outside the restroom.
