They were honest, quick, and not pushy. Other dealerships tried to pressure or scare us into buying on the spot. One told me the price was $2500 more than the internet price when I got there. Worst dealership Ive been to. The person who sold me the car (Tim Whitehead) didnt know what car he was selling me. I ended up going through with the car I wanted. They didnt answer my questions when I asked them, and when I asked about the price after interest they played it off like I didnt ask them at all. In the end they took advantage of advantage and lied to me about the price of fees and taxes. Will never be back here again.

Our truck broke down in GA, and we were from Florida. Donald and the entire crew at Pugmire were fantastic in helping us get into a new truck that same day, and get us back on the road. Great team and excellent service.

October 2021-It is so incredibly difficult to get an appointment for service at this dealership. I have reported multiple electrical problems and each time nothing has been fixed. My collision assist is not working. My back up sensors no longer work. Now I have a Cover that has FALLEN from under my truck and I am being accused of hitting something. They also let me know it’s Jiffy Lubes fault for not tightening the piece properly. So did I hit something or are you trying to pass the buck? In reality I had to go somewhere else for an oil change due to not being able to get an appointment. I have tried to reschedule appointments I can’t make it to multiple times and no one answers the phone. Ive left voicemails. Literally no communication with me was made to reschedule. The piece that is currently in question was taken off when I went in to get it serviced 10/25. They informed me their manager had filed a claim. When I called Ford customer service they let me know there was no claim filed for any type of part that would be honored under the warranty. There was a claim filed for something completely different stating I was in fact the reason this piece had fallen off. This piece is made of felt and plastic. “A gust of wind will knock it off.”- according to their customer service rep. I am tired of being placated like I am a child. It is obviously not my fault there are issues with the truck. Especially electronic ones. I do not recommend Pugmire Ford. I was told by the Ford customer service staff to go to a different dealership. I hate that. I really wanted to believe this was the place I could do business with for many years.Written July 2020- I am very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail that Pugmire provided during my time with them. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle and only went to run some numbers to see what I would be comfortable driving. When you’re trading a Honda Civic for a truck there’s a level of uncertainty that follows. Upon further review, the truck I was looking at was just not for me. I was allowed to test drive two vehicles with no sales pressure. Tim Whitehead took the time to help me find something in my range of comfort and hit all the check marks regarding what I would be using the truck for. He offered us a fair price and made sure we were capable of handling everything before we made our decision. He took the time to provide answers and if he didn’t know he went and got someone who did. I was in and out within 4 hours of arriving. The service was refreshing in comparison to my other car buying experiences. I am truly pleased I chose a Ford from Pugmire. Their dealership was very clean as well. They truly do care about their customers. Don’t ask for up front pricing! Oh you don’t have a trade!?!? Well we have to charge you $1,500 more. Because that makes perfect sense. As far as I’m concerned if you do have a trade they are gonna low ball your trade by $1,500. Then act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a extra $1,500. Please take your business elsewhere. It isn’t this hard to buy a car!
