I Love Felicia and Heather! I did have a bad experience with James (the old store manager over a service issue). I almost didn’t return. So a few weeks ago I went to Badcock and they told me it would be 8-12 weeks to get bedroom furniture. So I held off buying from them and decided to return to Farmers even though James completely dropped the ball fixing my couch. BUT since then they have a new store manager Scotty (or Scott.. sorry) he listened to me and took amazing care of me. Couch fixed!! :)) The whole store has a completely different vibe since they get a new store manager! I will definitely be a Farmers Furniture customer from now on!

Went in to check some pricing on a new recliner and love seat. Talked to Scotty who I think is the store manager. Very professional. No hassle no forceful type selling. Very informative about terms and products. Will shop there again when its time to upgrade my bedroom.

Spent $6000+ there, paid cash. Couch is slouped in on one side the day we got it. Suppose to send a company out to fix it. Well see. No return policy. Then see same pieces we bought at Furniture Outlet for half what they sold it to us for. Said they only match the price before you buy it. Only had for 2 weeks & no return policy so out over $1000. Not helpful at all there.

My wife went in and bought me an electric message chair for our 16th anniversary and when she gave it to me I sat in it wasnt very comfortable but trying to give it the benefit of the doubt I kept it for a day and then finally just decided it was too uncomfortable and the reclining function always felt not right. Not really broken just not smooth and very hard to recline or put back in the seating position. I asked her to see if we could return it or swap it out and they flat told her no. No ryme or reason just you bought it no returns. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do business here. Check my previous reveiws ( I have lot of them) it takes a lot to get a bad reveiw from me but this place knew this chair was a gift and not something I picked out. There is always a chance it could be returned. Thats just retail business. I will happily change this reveiw if they change their minds and decide to do the right thing.

Horrible communication, went in to get a payoff amount was told one thing and once i was ready to pay was told another amount. These people are so uneducated and really need to learn how to calculate before giving the customer the amount!! Will never do business here ever again !!!

Terrible no return policy!! Call at two minutes to 9 and tell me my bill is due or a 25 dollar late fee and i never received a bill or a email. Washer keeps stopping and not spinning and im doubting it was new it already looks rusty inside and only had a month.

Heather Allen and Tonya Hoole are the best!!! We went there yesterday and they answered every single question we had great they explained everything to us great!!! They even gave us the best deals and told us the best options!!!! And they even have a great bubbly personality’s!!!! Would definitely recommend everyone to come here and ask for Heather and Tonya!!!! And I will definitely come back again!!

The furniture there is cheap. We got a sofa that the springs and wood has broken. And I got a recliner also and something inside the chair is starting to pop. Just waiting for the chair to break down.Our television stand the doors are coming apart. It still does the job but you can tell we’re the wood is starting to warp. The television stand was put together when we pulled it out of the box. I come in there last month to make a payment and talked to women about the chair making weird noises and she didn’t even come back to talk with me. I heard her back there talking with her work friend about something else. Completely uncalled for just ignored me. If you get something there be aware it maybe cheap material and if you don’t buy a warranty they won’t help you.

RUN AWAY FAST! The purchasing experience is alright but after you sign the paperwork and they get your money, it goes downhill fast from there. Furniture is cheaply constructed, their delivery crews, never arrive on time, are not trained and damage your furniture and dont check to even insure it is properly put together once its in your home. Then the process of trying to get the problems rectified is a total nightmare. I have had my furniture for 3 weeks and my sofa is already having problems and they just want me to have to deal with it through the manufacturer myself now. I will never purchase from any Farmers Furniture again or refer anyone there. In fact, I will be doing quite the opposite. This is just my story, my daughter who spent $3500 there has an even worse one!

Bought a couch and love seat there and after 6 months had to have couch repaired. After about a year called to have couch fixed again ( the stuffing had completely come out the back out of the couch I dont have small animals there was nothing that could have caused this besides poor craftsman ship) scheduled appointment never received call back to come and fix it. Made another appointment they came out made a list of stuff to order they told me i should have SAVED the stuffing falling out of the couch to put back?! Waited 2 months for stuff to come in called them and asked when it would be fixed so we scheduled another appointment that day they called did the parts come to your house? no they did not?! So after getting a run around with that, they said they would replace it. So they brought a new couch.. the WRONG couch.. so then we come back around to fixing it. they came out and half way fixed it. It still looks pitiful. Ive had them for 2 years and they both are falling apart. It took 8 MONTHS for them to take me in this circle. I had to call DAILY or else I wouldnt hear anything at all.. I learned my lesson, I wont buy from there again.. Im stuck with couches I paid 2K for that are not worth it and Im so tired of trying to get them to do the right thing I have just taken my losses and my lesson and moved on.

I had really great service at this location,the staff was very patient and helpful. I had shopped around a lot before coming here at other buissnesses(in stores and online), the prices at farmers beat all of their local competitors by far. I would recommend shopping here first, dont waste your time anywhere else.

I have had 3 different accounts with farmers furniture and have not been late on any payment. I purchased a whole living room suit Labor Day weekend 2016 (not yet even a year old) at about 5 months I noticed my material was coming apart. ( Luckily enough I purchased the 2 year extended warranty) I call the store and of course they were going to come out and take pictures. I waited so many days and still hadnt heard anything, I call back and of course they were going to do something about it. Finally after about 3 months the parts were order and someone came out to supposedly fix the furniture, the parts were wrong the man left the parts laying in my kitchen, I finally call and ask for the store manager and he did help with the situation and just order me a new set, well the love seat, and sofa, I also had a recliner that nothing was done about. finally after about 2 mnths I got the love seat and sofa replaced. Then, I went to vacuum underneath the new set and find the material underneath one of the recliners the dust liner has come off and hanging. I call they say, they will come out to take pictures I tell them they still havent taken care of my recliner. We schedule an appointment they call to cancel 1st appointment okay fine we reschedule they come out and take pictures of only my recliner he (store manager) says I didt bring my tool to fix the lining but I will come back on Friday (today 8/25/2017), I say okay, this was Wednesday they called on Thursday to confirm our appointment for Friday 8/25/17 to fix the lining. In the end they made it right.

This place looks nice but the finance fees are horrible, every piece of furniture I ever got there falls apart withing a year. I switched to badcock. Badcock is better in quality, service and everything. Mrs. Tonya at Farmers is nice and polite and I like her, but I dont like the store at all. Not worth it

FEB/2015 my wife and I went into this location to get a bed room suit. Everything seemed to be going normal we completed our transaction and went to leave and thats when the problem happen. The finance manager Felicia though it was a good idea to follow us out in to the parking lot and try to discuss our finance in front of the store. In my opinion this is very inappropriate on every level and made her self appear very uneducated.I will never do business here again and the fact the manager did not seemed concerned by the action of his employee. SEPT/2015 Every-time I call and Felicia answers I request some one else to make a payment she is the one of the rudest people I have ever meet. They must had been desperate when they hired her ( I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE DRIVE AND GO SEE THE PEOPLE IN CALHOUN, GA. I REGRET EVER DOING BUSINESS HERE.

They call you at least three times in one day if you are a day late past your payment. Will even go to your house ring your doorbell multiple times until you answer if your even a month late.

We have been a customer of this buisness for a good time now at first our furniture kept breaking they sent a shady repair guy out to my home a 10:00pm who wanted to take my couch with him in the pouring rain no negative thats not happening that was the 1st problem. 2nd we made payment arrangements because my wife was in the hospital then felica files a court order to sue us when she said it was ok to pay everything but $30 we didnt have never told us it would breech our contract for 30 bucks and they would take us to court to either pay all 1400 we owe or it will completely reuin my wifes credit wanna talk about a very very shady person every time my wife calls she picks up and hangs up on her very buisness professional there last time ill ever buy anything from this company!!!!

Took it upon themselves to charge my card without my authorization or knowledge causing me numerous overdraft fees with my bank. Giving 3 stars because they did resolve it but it still was a big inconvenience being out of my money for a week.

BAIT AND SWITCH FINANCING!!!!! Requested 12 months same as cash, when I went to pay it off at 11 months the payoff was over $500 more than expected. Found out they just set it up as 24 months financing.
