Good selection. Can get in and out quickly. The bakery croissants are amazing. The sushi is very good. Prices are fair with a Ralphs card. Good clearance items. The employees are friendly. Clean and organized.

I enjoyed my shopping experience today. The store is neat and clean. The aisles are not cluttered like Walmart.

Just ordered online and Joey helped me. It was so convenient and she was super helpful and quick. Overall, an amazing experience and the best experience that Ive had with Ralphs thanks to Joey!

This place has good produce, a nice deli section, and a nice bakery. I really like the produce from here because its fresh and lasts pretty long. Its my first time trying out their deli so Im excited. I got ham, Muenster cheese, Wisconsin cheddar and roast beef. They have boars head meats so it should be good. I also got some Italian bread from the bakery so I hope it lasts.

First time using the delivery option. If they didnt have what I needed they replaced it with something else which was just fine. The lady that delivered was very nice. I will definitely be using this again.

What a bad experience with this employee it is already twice herbert I was telling him that I did not want potato salad and he just ignored me he answered in a bad way angrily thanks Herbert for your bad service for the customers

The cheese on my salad tasted spoiled, and the rest of it didnt taste fresh at all. I had to throw away 3/4 of it.

Your employees are helpful, their are other that are superior then other. I will take time to write their names. You are a busy store, its difficult to get all the names!

Love this Ralph’s for a few good reasons! 1) being a Ralph’s reward club member gives me great savings when shopping 2) The floral section is huge with so many flower selections 3) the alcohol is cheap a bottle of Ciroc is $20 bucks 4) it’s very convenient being in a shopping center with a barber shop, ice cream shop.

To whoever makes the 🍣 sushi here... Could you please have more selections with NO SHELLFISH (shrimp/crab). A rainbow roll with no crab meat and no shrimp would be awesome! Note: regular almost daily customer in walking distance, Id be buying a lot more if this wasnt an issue.

Discount section back behind the double swinging doors SE corner of store. Have made lots of great scores at this Ralphs. Dont need a code for the restroom a plus as well.

As one of the last remaining Ralphs in the area, they continue to maintain a high level of quality in each department, from produce to meat and others. And the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Parking is a little wacko, its like theres only one way in & one way out, however the store is clean and usually well stocked. Prices are a little high but not as much as the Albertsons right down the street!Check out area is somewhat crowded !...nice bakery products.

This Ralph’s is very kind to me, I can find everything I need to, I was able to use the bathroom, people were nice to me and the music they play is bomb. Thank you for playing In Your Eyes by The Weeknd as I shopped in peace, doing my grocery shopping in peace. Bless this Ralph’s.

Great supermarket! You can get almost anything there. Very quick services thus no long queues. A quiet, clean, organized and comfortable place to shop.

I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience going to a grocery store before...but here I am, sitting in the parking lot, writing this review! I didnt want to wait to get home because this story deserves to be told. I came in to take advantage of a sale that, unbeknownst to me, expired last week. Jessica was working the self-checkout section. I had a little trouble entering my Alt ID number and she came over to help. She double checked to make sure I got the online coupon discount I had come in specifically for. It didnt take! I showed her the ad and thats when I found out it was a week old. She offered to honor the ad anyway! The whole time, she was chipper and friendly and a REALLY good representative for the company. This store is a little out of my way (I only came in for the deal), but Im inclined to put in the extra few minutes of travel because I got the warm fuzzies from Jessicas EPIC customer service!

Here it says it opens at 6am. I got there and an employee said they open at 8am. No sign saying that displayed

Friendly cashier. Helpful and the gentleman bagging my groceries as well helpful and friendly. Everything I purchased was easy to locate in the store and was fresh. Was so pleased to find the mini cupcakes and cookies decorated for Halloween. Had to have one of each for my coffee. Again. The cashier at the #1 register was very friendly and helpful to me today. I was very pleased with her service.

Great service By the express clerk. She helped me on items didnt know that were on discount. She had a bag ready for me without me even asking for one. Made the service really helpful. Nice job. Will definitely be back since I had a great experience.

I went by the store about 1/4 to one to get some last minute items that I definitely had to have for work that night. There was a young man by the name of Charles that was really great at helping me locate all the things I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the store and where everything was located. I would definitely advise anyone who is going to this story and need to find something fast to see Charles for help.

First time in this store, different layout then my regular store but found what I came fairly easily.

I bought two orders of fried chicken and it was overcooked and tasted disgusting. We picked up the chicken for a Christmas eve celebration. The cooked mushrooms were burned and the deli person didnt care he just shrugged his shoulders. Most of the cooked food was either dry or burned. I will never purchase the fried chicken from this location ever again.

A very professionally run place of business! The selection there is excellent, the management is very confident and the store is overall run extremely well! Ive been shopping there for 8 years now, and Ive always had a pleasant and Bountiful experience with the groceries sold at this location! A+ rating from me!

This was rather late when I went to Ralphs and found out open til 1 AM! Most the aisles have palettes of items to distribute. But access to groceries are possibly. Should this hour be ok with a person, its nice since not many people around. The clerks are nice & friendly too, I enjoyed the shopping!

I placed an online order last week. Delivery date was today 3/23/2020 between 7 pm - 9 pm. I received a text at 6:12 pm advising that employee is starting to do my shopping. Almost all of my order needed to be refunded. I advised employee It’s no wonder when you start shopping that late in the day that items are unavailable!!! That is poor Cust service!!! Online orders should be filled earlier than 6:12 pm on the delivery day. I will send this review to Ralphs/Kroger Headqtr. Btw I’m a senior citizen and I thought this would be a safer way to get my groceries. Just got a text order on its way!!! What order!!!

I went to this store today and had one of the most horrible customer service experience. I came to the store to purchase yogurt and while at the section where the yogurt is kept, I noticed that there were only 2 yogurts of the kind that I like left. I noticed an employee (african americanin his late 40s early 50s) restocking the yogurt area so I asked him if he could check to see if there were more yogurts in the back to which he replied very rudely NO and continued doing his job and I tried to ask him more questions and he just ignored me like if I were a Nuisance. I have been a loyal Ralphs customer for years and this experience was unsatisfactory. Please hold customer service training with your employees Ralphs.

Its my local shopping market. There has been a remodel in the store recently and the product lines have been increased two-fold. The staff is lovely and helpful.

I have shopped at this store for over 27 years, I love this place! Although, the conversion is not quite finished, the stores facelift looks fantastic. It will take a little time for me to relearn product placement. If I cant find something that I am looking for, there are Store Directories located at each store entry. Or, I can ask an employee for customer assistance.

My sister did a transaction prior to mine and had an altercation with Naheed because she got cash back and she said she didn’t have $200 for her but somehow ended up having it and told my sister it’s her responsibility to let them know ahead of time before getting it which set my sister off to start complaining to her and did a survey online. My sister continues to complain and the cashier and the manager Jessica are arguing back at her instead of trying to deescalate the situation. I’m standing there not saying anything and Naheed starts to help me. We experienced no confrontation with each other nor was I rude or disrespectful to her and she was not to me either. I complete three six transactions and the bagger Martha bags my items and puts them in my cart. When walking away I realize she shoved all my fruits and vegetables in with the heavy items I purchased instead of placing them in a separate bag and even puts my eggs in the same bag. I walked up to her and said excuse me... Can I have another bag please. She said WHY very rudely. I said because you shoved all my stuff in two bags. She argued that she didn’t and didn’t want to give me another bag. Then she finally decided to give me one and practically threw it towards me. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude to me and she yelled well you and your sister are disrespectful. I said excuse me I was not rude at all. Just because my sister had an issue with you guys doesn’t mean I need to be disrespected. I then asked for her name and let her know I was going to complain and at first she tried to hide her badge from me and then aggressively showed me it. I then continued to tell her I didn’t need to be disrespected but she kept on arguing with me and did not represent your company well. I even asked the cashier was I disrespectful to you and she said no but Martha continued to antagonize me. It was such an issue that Jovana then stepped in and finally tried to deescalate the situation. She told Martha to step away which she refused to listen and continued on. Jovana then told her to get off the floor while apologizing to me and she refused. I told her clearly she doesn’t listen. She said she would be talked to but at this point I’m not confident that will happen or work because she didn’t have respect enough for her manager to exit the sales floor when asked. Again, she is not the type of person I would want to represent my company. I would like the tapes pulled from this evening to show that I was mistreated and disrespected for no reason and I feel I should be compensated and formally apologized to by the disrespectful employee if you choose to keep her as an employee and want a formal apology from the store manager also.Sent from my iPhone

This Ralphs has everything you ever need. It has many of the specialty item that you will not find in any of the local stores. The staff was very helpful and very friendly when youre looking for an item.

Medium sized ralphs with everything locals need. Good prices always. Fruit variation is basically Apples oranges Bananas year round with grapes, strawberries, and pears once in awhile. For the amount of future housing going up in this area I would hope they would make this location bigger. It can get crowded on certain days.

This Ralphs market is a perfect place to shop fresh fruits and juices to go plus all the regular items that you expect in a grocery. The staff was friendly and supportive, too.

I always go to this store. People are nice especially Venus and Lito. Eventhough sometimes customers are rude, they still treat them very nice. Very clean and organized.

I usually shop at Staters but today I went into Ralph’s on Carson st to try something new. I went to the deli and I asked them if they could make me a foot long sandwich to bring to my family’s house. They Replied No! We don’t do sandwiches on the spot!! 2 days in advance Notice! Wow really No wonder why they are going Out of business... I’ve never heard that before I think they were just being Lazy! Staters does it on the spot and caters to their customers!!! Never again!

It would be a good business decision to look for a nicer front end manager. Cheryl seemed to be upset with the world.
