This place used to be okay but the last year they have some questionable practices. I took out a payday advance because I had some delay due to holidays money coming in. My money came in the mail the next day. I went to return the loan to avoid the fee.Their contract stated under rescission: I may cancel this loan by returning to the lender location named... the loan proceeds no later than the close of business on the next busy day following the date of this loan. Lender will not charge any finance charge if I cancel this loan in accordance with the foregoing provisions. Well I did that and they said I needed to be back exactly 24 hours and I missed by a couple of hours so I owe the full amount.They call their district manager only to have that person not answering the phone and say their system won’t allow them to take the money without the financial charge.
