This one star review is mostly for Samantha the store manager. Who was extremely rude and when I had an issue with the computer that she knew Wasnt printing anything. After sitting there for 10 minutes while they were trying to work on it and being charged while they were working on it. I said nicely maybe you should put a sign on it letting people know that there are some issues with it. She went behind the counter where I could still see her and she threw up her hand and rudely said yeah you think so. I then looked at her Told her I would be logging off my computer as I Was not OK with the way she was talking to me told her I would stop doing business here. Oh also as I was walking out to talk about me.

I never have an issue and i appreciate the time the employees take to help me and make sure i have everything i need. Thank you

I go here to print at the self-service kiosk frequently and mail via FedEx occasionally. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They greet everyone (that Ive seen walk in, including myself) with a smile as soon as you walk in and acknowledge that they will help you shortly if theres a line. If youre using the self-service kiosk they check on you to see if you need any help and make sure youre doing okay. Outstanding customer service.

I went in the Carson office on Williams st. By Starbucks with a very time sensitive print job.Willow went above and beyond what I expected. She not only got it done beautifully but quicker as well. She was very professional and efficient!! Thank you Willow you are Awesome!!
